What you'll do

What we're looking for

Smartsheet is establishing a new Enterprise Insights & Intelligence team to centralize ownership of corporate metrics, analytics governance, and self-serve data enablement. You Will

• Design, build, and maintain governed metric models — standardised, reusable definitions of business KPIs that dashboards, reports, and AI agents all query from a single source of truth

You Have

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI engineering, data engineering, or a closely related role
• Experience with KPI design and insight generation — ability to define meaningful metrics, analyse trends, identify anomalies, and communicate findings that drive business decisions
• Familiarity with dbt (dbt Core or dbt Cloud) and concepts like YAML-based metric definitions and reusable data models; hands-on experience is a plus but not required

About the role 

The Senior Integration, API & Automation Engineer is a hands-on technical lead role responsible for shaping and executing Rubrik’s enterprise API, integration, and AI‑driven automation strategy.

Broadly, the role will focus on designing, building, and governing secure, scalable APIs and integrations between our core business platforms and third‑party systems (e.g., ERP, HCM, CRM, data platforms), while mentoring engineers and driving best practices across the organization. Minimum Required:

• Bachelors in technology/Engineering (Computer Science or equivalent)
• 2-4 years of experience in related field and working as an application engineer/developer/support (level 1/2)
• Strong grasp on GIT fundamentals and experience with day-to-day usage
• Hands on knowledge of the following tools and technologies: SQL Server, Windows, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience with an Agile Development Lifecycle
• Experience in web application configuration and templating.
• Operational knowledge of Team Foundation Server, or AzureDevOps and Octopus

Job Overview

As a Senior Database Solutions Architect, you will serve as a pre-sales specialist, supporting the broader sales organization with deep technical knowledge across database workloads. This means working with customers and prospects to educate them on how Rubrik protects and manages data. Additionally, the Solution Architect will have an active role in providing real world feedback to product teams to enhance the product, testing new features before they are released, and championing new features within the sales team. The Solutions Architect provides both immediate and long term impact with their technical knowledge and position of influence with prospects and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Rubrik’s data protection and data security solutions, focussed on database workloads deployed either on-prem or in the cloud.
• Act as a trusted advisor on assigned opportunities, aligning Rubrik’s technology and roadmap with customer business objectives.

Qualifications

• Core expertise: Deep technical proficiency in at least two of the following areas:
• Oracle Stack: Oracle RAC with ASM, Pluggable databases, Data Guard, Golden Gate, Exadata and ExaCC/CS

Position Summary

Role Overview

Clinical Architecture delivers standard medical terminologies to our Symedical clients through a subscription portal. This role blends hands-on SQL development and developer support (approximately 80%) with core DBA responsibilities (approximately 20%). The Data Engineer will work closely with clients and the eCS Biometrics team to optimize the elluminate® platform for end-to-end solutions to aggregate, transform, access and report on clinical data throughout the life cycle of a clinical trial.  This includes study design in elluminate®, collaboration on specifications, and configuration of the various modules to including Data Central, Clinical Data Analytics and Trial Operational Analytics, Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM), Statistical Computing Environment (SCE) and Operational Insights. • Design, develop, test, and deploy highly efficient code for supporting SDTM, Custom reports and Visualizations using tools like MS SQL, elluminate® Mapper and Qlik
