ROOM42, Real Chemistry’s in-house production company, is hiring an experienced Audio Production Lead to join our in-house production team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in sound editing and mixing. Should be familiar with audio post-production workflows - sound design and mixing for film and video, as well as podcast production. Also be comfortable leading remote recording sessions, directing talent and managing communication between team members. A requirement of this role is to have a strong interest and expertise in generative AI software and workflows related to the audio production industry.
Senior Producers are responsible for the execution of all work that flows through the agency. We are creative partners, financial leads, and chief organizers. The right person for this job will be highly organized, with great attention to detail. Able to make proactive suggestions for improvements and not be afraid to contribute.
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
What you’ll do:
Craft sound production strategies in partnership with executive producer
Lead the process to select and hire and manage all vendors relevant to each project
Coordinate pre-production meetings and make any necessary presentations to client and internal agency groups with regard to artist/photographer/talent recommendations and related schedules and estimates
Manage all details of the project from production kick-off through delivery
Have a working knowledge of the copyright laws and consult legal counsel when necessary
Work with business affairs to develop contracts and releases as needed
Help drive integration with the creative and account management teams
Have a working knowledge of local and worldwide directors, photographers, illustrators, animators, and designers as well as an awareness of industry and market trends
Identify and address potential problems as early as possible in the production workflow and escalate as needed
Ensuring deadlines are achieved in the most seamless and cost-effective way.
Seek opportunities to continually improve job skills and knowledge
Communicate openly and proactively with other departments to share knowledge
Liaising with clients throughout the process, advising on timings and budgets.
Strong negotiator when dealing with vendors and usage rights
Supervise productions to ensure effective delivery
Partnering with account teams, keeping them aware of the progress of each campaign and any changes if required.

Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. Role Overview

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and scale robust backend services that power complex business workflows. This role requires strong ownership, deep Java expertise, a solid grounding in hexagonal architecture, and the ability to collaborate effectively across product, QA, AI/ML, and engineering teams in a fast-moving, AI-native environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and build Java (Spring Boot 3.x) microservices following hexagonal architecture — clean domain logic isolated from MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, and Kafka adapter implementations.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, Kafka event consumers/producers, and domain service logic for campaign, scoring, attribution, and customer profile workflows.
• Build and manage MongoDB document schemas and PostgreSQL relational schemas for high-throughput, multi-tenant use cases.
• Implement Cosmos DB data models for event and state storage with appropriate partition key and consistency strategies.
• Take end-to-end ownership of components — from domain design and hexagonal adapter implementation through deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Integrate with Elasticsearch for campaign search, customer lookup, and full-text query workloads.
• Configure and tune Redis or Aerospike for frequency cap enforcement, scoring cache, and session state management.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across services, event pipelines, and data layers.
• Participate actively in design discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
• Mentor Junior engineers and act as a role model for code quality, hexagonal design, and AI-native engineering best practices.

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

This hybrid role combines the skills of an assignment editor and a digital content producer to serve as the hub of the newsroom. The Story Desk Editor drives daily editorial execution, curates and produces impactful stories, and ensures our content connects authentically with audiences across streaming, digital, social and broadcast platforms.
Role Summary
As a Story Desk Editor, you will be part of the Story Management Desk (SMD), a unified desk that replaces the legacy assignment and digital desks. The SMD model ensures a single, streamlined workflow for planning, producing and curating stories across platforms.
You will lead coverage during breaking news, shape daily story planning, and curate content across platforms. This position requires decisive editorial judgment, strong writing skills, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines. You will collaborate with MSJs, producers and photojournalists to deliver accurate, relevant and engaging stories that serve the community.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and communicate newsroom coverage during breaking news, ensuring accuracy, urgency and balance
• Identify and plan stories that matter most to the community, using editorial judgment and social listening
• Create and edit engaging content for digital platforms: website, mobile app and streaming,
• Guide newsroom logistics and provide editorial support for MSJs, producers, and photojournalists
• Edit reporter content for accuracy, grammar, AP style, digital best practices, fairness and ethical considerations
• Enhance storytelling with creative elements (graphics, video, audience-submitted content, etc.)
• Use available metrics to inform coverage and improve audience reach
• Support newsroom operations and coverage planning as needed
• Uphold TEGNA’s journalistic standards and values across all platforms
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of journalism experience in a local newsroom, digital production, or related role
• Strong news judgment and the ability to make fast, sound editorial decisions under pressure
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to produce accurate and compelling content quickly
• Experience with newsroom systems, CMS tools
• Organizational skills to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset that thrives in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or equivalent experience

QA Engineer II (Intermediate Level) will be responsible for ensuring the quality of applications within the banking domain. This role involves manual testing of backend processes, integration points, and file-based data exchanges, with exposure to API and performance testing. The engineer will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and data engineers to validate end-to-end system functionality and data accuracy.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for banking backend applications.
Validate backend data processing, file-based workflows, and inter-system integrations.
Conduct API validation and testing using Postman.
Participate in test planning, test case design, execution, and defect triage.
Collaborate with developers and analysts to resolve defects and clarify requirements.
Document test evidence, track issues in Jira, and report status to QA leads.

Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management.
Experience with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and validation.

Knowledge of Kafka message validation and consumer/producer testing.
