Role & Responsibilities
● In this role, you'll easily master and apply general design knowledge such as alignments, compositions, and typographic handling.
● You'll provide support for established projects and also contribute graphic solutions and proposals from scratch.
● You'll collaborate with Project Managers and Producers to drive clarity, consistency and quality through all stages of the production process.
● You'll work as part of a global team of designers, illustrators, animators and art directors that produces world-class work.

● Pixel perfection and error-free ad content are important. You safeguard quality at all times and work together with visual QAs in order to achieve that.
Requirement
● You have 3+ years of experience.
● You've mastered Illustrator, Indesign, Figma and Photoshop skills.
● You know how to keep your files, layers, and folders super-organized, even if you’re a creative mess outside of Photoshop.
● You know how to work with dielines and different types of vendor specs for print projects.
● Although you work under the supervision of a lead who guarantees the quality of the work, you must also have the ability to work independently if the project requires it.

Job Summary:
The Senior Art Director is a senior-level creative contributor within the agency who may interface directly with Real Chemistry clients as well as all areas of the organization. Primary responsibilities include guiding the ideation and creative development for projects, business development, and some corporate marketing as needed. You’ll be a key production partner to Content, Demand Gen and Sales, with a strong emphasis on templates, decks, repeatable assets and AI-assisted design workflows. Produce high-volume, high-quality design assets for campaigns, email, social, web, events and sales enablement
Own the creation and maintenance of presentation decks, templates and modular design systems (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma)
Design and update sales decks, customer presentations, one-pagers, solution briefs and internal templates
Apply and scale Redwood’s brand guidelines across all deliverables, partnering closely with the Senior Graphic Designer for alignment
