This position will be responsible for performing non-research molecular testing of samples for potentially containing biological threat agents. Ensures incoming operational, QA, and other sample types are processed while maintaining chain of custody. Prepares reports, answers questions, troubleshoots, and makes recommendations to the supervisor for inclusion in comprehensive reports. Maintains and operates equipment properly and in a safe manner, including performing routine calibrations and adjustments. Performs all procedures in accordance with proper handling and storage of various materials. Additionally, will be responsible for maintaining knowledge and skills related to position and program. Laboratory operations are 7 days a week. Team members take turns with weekends and holidays to ensure results are reported each day. In the event of a public health emergency, extended work hours and alternative shift work may be required to maintain temporary emergency 24/7 operations. Kindly be aware that a pre-employment drug screening is a requirement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in microbiology, molecular biology, or related course work in biological sciences.
REQUIRES at least one year of laboratory bench experience, utilizing PCR, aseptic techniques and experience with biological assays. Laboratory training that is assigned or accompanies an associated course is not considered applicable training

Boughton Square Animal Clinic is looking for a caring, dependable Kennel Attendant to join our team! This position involves caring for boarding pets and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Morning and evening shifts are available depending on scheduling needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Walk, feed, and care for dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments
Provide one-on-one play sessions with pets (or with siblings together)
Clean kennels, litter boxes, play areas, and common spaces
Handle laundry, dishes, trash, and general upkeep
Follow safety and cleaning protocols; assist with tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Animal care experience preferred, but not required
Comfortable handling pets of all sizes
Reliable, attentive, and able to follow detailed instructions

Titan Security is currently recruiting for Director of Security at a public venue. The ideal candidate has experience that includes interaction with the local Chicago law enforcement community to work at an iconic cultural institution located in the Central Business District. The individual will work with onsite management, City of Chicago officials, and the contracted security staff to maintain all aspects of physical, personnel and visitor security and life safety. This position will manage all aspects of emergency preparedness including implementation, training and drills. We are seeking a customer-focused and results-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task.

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience: Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field and/or equivalent experience/education preferred. Minimum of seven years of managerial and policy making experience in the law enforcement or contract security field. Experience level to include extensive internal contacts within the local law enforcement community.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC. Professional Certifications in Security Management; CPP or similar certifications preferred.
Computer Skills: Ability to create and manage budgets, budget variance reports and other reports in Excel. Experience with workforce management systems and scheduling systems preferred.
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bi-lingual considered a plus. Must possess excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, financial and time management skills with the ability to concisely and effectively address questions while providing subject matter expertise on policy to ownership and management.
Other Qualifications: Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Strong qualitative and quantitative skills. Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively, establish workflow priorities and work independently with high attention to detail. Ability to start, cultivate and maintain strong relations and work in a team environment. Prior employment history demonstrating the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities, and produce accurate results in a highly-organized manner. Must maintain a working telephone number though which we can contact you.
Physical Demands: The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A list of these job duties is inclusive of, but not limited to: candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time; be able to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs.; be able to accommodate foot patrols on the interior & exterior of the assigned facility; be able to perform assigned duties regardless of inclement weather.
