SAMs will be responsible for product performance at a territory level and expected to be a disease state expert, product champion and an account specialist. The SAM will provide account management support and exhibit business knowledge of the local landscape to assess key stakeholders plus future trends within the marketplace.

• Drive product adoption in LTC facilities
• Proficient in both virtual and live customer engagements

About This Role

Axsome Therapeutics is currently searching for a Regional Business Director (RBD), Long Term Care (LTC) to lead LTC commercial activities for an assigned geography, establish a team of LTC Account Managers, execute marketing strategies, and ensure a successful launch. The RBD will be primarily responsible for the supervision and leadership of an industry shaping, uniquely structured LTC-focused account management team leveraging the use of a highly sophisticated digital infrastructure. All account managers will be aligned to geographical boundaries.  

The RBD is responsible for LTC sales performance at a Region level and is expected to be a product champion and exhibit the business knowledge of the local landscape to assess key stakeholders plus future trends within the marketplace. This is a cross-functional front-line leader role. The position is field-based and will require travel as needed to develop internal and external relationships.

• Responsible for supervising LTC focused operations of the Region which includes: driving results, hiring and coaching, account manager development, performance management, and the assignment of key "priority" accounts in LTC settings

The Inspire Territory Manager will lead commercialization activities introducing Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy to assigned sales territory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own quota attainment through new Fenceline Solution bookings and expansions – focused in on the U.S. Refining market
• Lead complex, end‑to‑end deal execution, including qualification, solution positioning, pricing, bids, and contract structuring.
• Build and maintain a healthy, forecastable pipeline aligned with Picarro’s growth objectives in U.S. Refining.

• Identify opportunities for improving the company’s sales performance and efficiency
• Coordinate closely with Customer Success to ensure disciplined handoff, early adoption success, and expansion readiness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the oil, gas, refining, and petrochemicals sectors, preferably selling complex industrial, environmental, or technical solutions.
• Demonstrated success in complex, multi‑stakeholder solution selling with long sales cycles.
• Experience in scoping and closing $10+ million multi-year strategic contracts and engagements in the target verticals
• Strong negotiation skills, forecasting discipline, and CRM rigor.
• Experience selling into U.S. Refining environments strongly preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively in a growth environment where market entry, credibility building, and repeatability are critical.

POSITION OVERVIEW 

The Therapeutic Specialist, Pain, will be responsible for implementing Collegium’s sales/marketing plan to assure maximum market penetration. This role will develop relationships with target Health Care Professionals (HCPs) office personnel to carry out Collegium’s mission of becoming the leader in responsible pain management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Seek and foster strong business relationships with health care partners and customers
• Develop plan to meet with target customers in assigned territory and serve as a clinical resource for customers
• Organize and execute sales presentations
• Knowledgeable of the competition's products, service offerings, and activity
• Deliver product fair balance information to appropriate customers effectively
• Plan and execute effective call plan
• Increase Collegium product portfolio market share
• Uphold and consistently demonstrate Collegium’s Core Values
• Be accountable for delivery of quality work on time and with minimal errors
• Explain information related to own output
• Work on problems and ideas of some complexity with defined guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-4 years of Pharmaceutical/Life Science industry experience required
• Proven success in an entrepreneurial environment preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required
