Your future role within QRT:
As a Windows Platform Server Engineer, you will be part of the Global Infrastructure Team, responsible for designing, building, and supporting Microsoft Windows Server and virtualization infrastructure. Your role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of core IT services that underpin research technology, trading platforms, market execution, and data processing.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to enhance reliability, scalability, and security.
- Build, manage, and deploy all technologies related to the on-premises Windows Server stack, including OS, observability, backups, and identity services.
- Configure and maintain monitoring and dashboarding tools to track server and application performance.
- Build, manage, and deploy Windows Server environments (2022–2025).
- Build, deploy, and monitor a globally distributed, multi-forest Active Directory environment.
- Manage and configure tools such as Splunk,
- Configure and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and Entra ID integration to enforce security and access policies.
- Automate server management using PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform for provisioning, configuration, and maintenance.
- Optimise and troubleshoot server backups to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
- Utilise SIEM tools to monitor and manage server security and performance.
- Work with storage technologies (SAN/NAS) to ensure efficient integration and high availability.
- Build manage and deploy VMMware ESXi services, clustering, infrastructure and network concepts.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture designs, and support materials.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts
- Support and optimise Citrix DaaS, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune environments.
- Provide 2nd-line support and act as 3rd-line escalation for all Windows Server and application-related issues.
- Provide cross-functional troubleshooting support when required.
- Stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies to identify strategic improvement opportunities.
Your present skillset:
- Extensive experience designing, deploying, and managing Windows Server environments, including large-scale enterprise migrations.
- Strong expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS design, implementation, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation, OS builds, patching, and infrastructure optimisation.
- Deep understanding of Windows Update processes, enterprise patch management, and security hardening best practices.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
- Experience with backup tools such as Veem.
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure, including AWS EC2 and Azure.
- Strong troubleshooting expertise across Windows 10/11 client operating systems.
- Solid cloud platform experience with Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
- Experience supporting and optimising Citrix DaaS / VDI environments.
- Experience supporting and optimising ESXi environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, certificate services (PKI), and infrastructure security.
- Experience with performance monitoring and optimisation of Windows servers, desktops, and virtual machines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and contribute effectively to cross-functional projects
Occasional weekend shifts and out-of-hours coverage may be required to ensure continuous support.

The AV and Network Technician will support the Project Management and Network Engineering team to carry out a best-in-class service in the deployment of networking hardware and AV technology for Global customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
NETWORK
- Installing network hardware, components and cabling
- Trouble shooting and resolving issues with network cabling, copper and fibre.
- Inspecting and testing copper and fibre optic lines to ensure they adhere to industry standards.
- Ability to rack and stack networking hardware within onsite and off-site racks in accordance with requirements.
- Ability to provide technical support through various means of communication
- Collaborate easily with network engineers and project managers
- Assisting network engineers with network design, implementation and problem resolution
- Be able to cable networking rooms and racks to data centre cabling requirements and standards
- Create site survey reports on MDF and IDF readiness including power & cooling and rack status.
- Perform both Pre and Post Wifi surveys using industry standard software and equipment.
- Meet quality, productivity, turnaround time and other expectations
- Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the company and within the competency of the post-holder, including assisting on Audio Visual Team deployments when not assigned to Network deployments The job description should not be regarded as restrictive or definitive but as a broad guide to the demands of the position.
AUDIO VISUAL
- Manage sub-contractors – check the quality of work & track their progress against allocated tasks
- Liaise with the client and provide updates
- Install and de-install AV systems across client sites in a commercial setting
- Configure endpoints and supporting infrastructure
- Conduct room audits to ensure optimal technology performance for various sizes of meeting room
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and spaces ready for use
- Identify and resolve hardware faults and system failures
- Complete post-installation assessments and documentation
- Carry out on-site User Acceptance Testing and software upgrades
- Act as a technical escalation point, providing solutions for ongoing issues
- Collaborate with EOS teams to deliver AV services in line with SLAs and client expectations
- Communicate project updates and reports to management
- Document hardware failures and manage Break/Fix and RMA requests
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Good experience of networking hardware – routers, servers, switches, PDU’s, copper and fibre optic cabling.
- Ability to terminate Straight through & Rollover RJ45 copper cables
- Hands on experience with major manufactures of routers, switches and wireless.
- Proven experience in AV/Video Conferencing system installation
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to read technical network diagrams, schematics and port maps
- Ability to interpret rack build layouts and bills of materials
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of networking concepts and a desire to build skills in this area
- Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to diagnose basic technical problems and find the root cause.
- Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
- Previous years’ experience in Network Engineering Deployments for large-scale networks in a corporate environment.
- Must be available to work outside of normal business hours
GREAT TO HAVE:
CTS EDUCATION: Preferred: (CNET) CDCTP / CCNA / JNCIA/ CompTIA or equivalent.
N.B* Travel is a key requisite for this position; it accounts for 95% of all deployments undertaken. Most travel will be within India but there will also be some international work.

THE ROLE
Sourcing Director - Dress & Skirt
We are seeking a Sourcing Director - Dress & Skirt to join our growing team. Use this section to give a concise overview of the role, including any unique responsibilities, scope, or context that will help candidates understand why this role matters.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for the women categories (Dress & Skirts across different fabrications, woven, knit and sweater knit), including a multi-sourcing approach to ensure resilience.
- Onboard new manufacturing partners to the Quince direct-to-consumer (D2C) model and provide coaching on operating within a rapid replenishment, M2C (Manufacturer-to-Consumer) environment.
- Educate partners on the Quince Operating System (OS), covering:
- Operational Excellence: Fostering rapid lead times and a consumer-oriented approach.
- Financial Model: Achieving high Return on Invested Capital (ROIC).
- Technical Integration: Proficient use of the Vendor Portal.
Operational Excellence & Growth
- Drive continuous improvement to achieve key performance indicators:
- Quality: Defect rate less than 0.5%.
- Speed & Accuracy: Replenishment Lead Time under 14 days.
- Availability: In-stock rate exceeding 99%.
- Financial Impact: Margin-accretive performance.
- Lead Catalog Expansion in collaboration with Merchandising and Product Development (PD) teams, successfully launching new styles and colors approved through the New Product Creation (NPC) process.
- Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with the management of each partner, focusing on strategic alignment, business performance highlights, identified areas for improvement, and future objectives.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of a director level of Strategic Sourcing or Procurement, or Supplier Management experience operating with major US-based retailers.
- Deep set of partner factory connections within category (Dress & Skirts across different fabrications, woven, knit and sweater knit) globally, including APAC, IST and EMEA regions
- Product obsessed with experience in leveraging factories/vendor expertise to design, cost engineer, and bring products to market. With a thorough Knowledge of Key Material localised in the region
- GM mindset with a supply chain background and manufacturing (lean/ JIT) experience
- Deep understanding of cost for the categories , able to drive product cost saving thru clean sheets and apply different negotiation tactics
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical with focus on execution, problem- solving, improving processes and brand enhancement.
- Continuous learner and highly curious; always open to considering new perspectives; proactive when changing course and facing added challenges.
- Business savvy and embrace technology /AI
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
