About the Skuad Acquisition
Back in August 2024, Payoneer acquired Skuad. Skuad's expertise helps businesses in over 160 countries navigate complex challenges such as international payroll, remote onboarding, and regulatory compliance. We are looking for an experienced Global Procurement Manager – Employee Benefits to lead the setup and implementation of employee benefits across the globe. This role will focus on enabling new benefits, ensuring compliance, managing governance frameworks, and acting as an escalation point for complex benefits matters.
Key benefit areas include insurance, company-issued devices, co-working spaces, meal and other vouchers, car lease, background verification, and medical checks/health & safety programs.
This position will play a critical role in building scalable frameworks for global benefits delivery, ensuring consistent execution and alignment across countries
What you’ll do:
Global Benefits Enablement & Governance-
- Lead the implementation and setup of new benefits programs across multiple countries, covering health and life insurance, devices, co-working spaces, vouchers, and related offerings.
- Research and benchmark local market practices to design compliant, competitive, and cost-efficient benefits packages.
- Partner with HR Operations, Legal, Finance, and Payroll teams to operationalise benefits programs and ensure smooth rollouts.
- Develop and maintain standardised processes, documentation, and governance frameworks to support scalable and efficient global benefits management.
- Be responsible for end-to-end vendor/partner management, including onboarding, negotiation, contracting, invoicing, payments, and vendor reviews.
Escalation Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration-
- Act as the escalation point for complex or critical benefits-related queries, exceptions, or compliance issues.
- Collaborate with HR Operations on enrolment, de-enrolment, and vendor coordination, providing subject-matter expertise and guidance.
- Oversee vendor performance, vendor contracts, renewals, and benefit structures to maintain policy consistency and legal compliance.
- Provide structured recommendations and insights to leadership on program design, effectiveness, and improvement opportunities.
Reporting & Insights-
- Monitor benefit utilisation, spend trends, and vendor performance to identify risks or optimisation opportunities.
- Prepare reports and insights for leadership on country-wise benefits of performance, compliance status, and upcoming renewals.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, partnerships, global benefits, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of international benefits, insurance programs, and compliance frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc. (good to have)
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate independently in a global, fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with strong project management and organisational abilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM
The Knot WorldWide is looking for a smart, results-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to support us with our Global AP Operations business. The person should be well-rounded and willing to jump in to get the job done wherever needed. The role will entail working on financial planning, managing accounts for the company, processing journal entries for invoice processing, looking at taxation policies, and staying compliant. Overall, he/she will also be responsible for accounts, costing, finance & audits of the unit, and handling the finance work at the unit level. The person will work with the Shared Services team for his/her scope of work and will report to the Accounts Payable Assistant Manager.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate – Accounts Payable to manage and optimize critical aspects of accounts payable operations. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of global AP processes.
Accounts Payable Operations- Process invoices accurately and efficiently using Coupa and NetSuite, ensuring compliance with VAT and multi-currency operations.
- Ensure proper coding of invoices to facilitate accurate month-end account closing.
- Manage vendor payments, ensuring timely processing and adherence to payment schedules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies, exceptions, and payment issues.
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and addressing outstanding credits.
- Support timely and accurate completion of required reports to other offices Globally,
Compliance and Financial Accuracy
- Ensure all financial data is accurate and complete, meeting internal and external compliance standards.
- Review and verify expense reports, travel card transactions, and employee reimbursements for accuracy and policy adherence.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for audit readiness and support auditors with requested information..
- Assistance with downloading tax invoices from various tax portals across different countries.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and assist in the implementation of automation tools, such as Invoice Smash.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Procurement, Legal, FP&A) to streamline AP workflows.
- Proactively suggest improvements to reduce errors and enhance operational efficiency.
Reporting and Data Analysis
- Prepare and deliver timely and accurate AP reports for management review.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, or cost-saving opportunities.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
- 0-6 months of experience in accounts payable, purchasing, or financial systems operations.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, and data analysis) and G-Suite.
- Understanding of GAAP standards, VAT regulations, and multi-currency operations.
- Fluency in English; both verbal and written is a must.

Role Summary
The Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) function is responsible for establishing and operating the enterprise framework for identifying, assessing, and overseeing risks arising from third party relationships, including outsourced service providers, banking partners and other critical vendors. The function supports regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and sound risk governance across the full third party lifecycle.
The Lead, Third Party Risk Management is an execution role responsible for delivery of core TPRM oversight activities for higher risk and critical vendors, with a specific focus on third party business continuity and recovery evidence review, vendor related incident monitoring and escalation, and structured review of vendor security assessment materials. The role works in close partnership with Business Continuity, Incident Management, Information Security, Technology, and other risk and business stakeholders to ensure third party risk issues are consistently documented, escalated where required, and driven to closure through defined governance processes.
Primary Duty and Responsibilities
- Provide oversight for third party risk activities related to higher risk and critical vendors, ensuring consistent application of TPRM standards across business continuity, incident management, and security review domains.
- Map third parties to the processes and services they support, in order to enable appropriate application of risk controls, resilience requirements, and regulatory oversight for the most critical vendors supporting critical services.
- Coordinate and oversee third‑party business continuity evidence review (e.g., BCP ownership/maintenance, recovery objectives, recovery approach) and ensure identified gaps are escalated through the defined pathway.
- Drive delivery management across assigned TPRM initiatives and workstreams, including planning, dependency management, progress tracking, and issue resolution, to ensure timely and consistent execution of TPRM priorities.
- Oversee third‑party incident monitoring and escalation tracking, ensuring incidents are appropriately documented, routed to relevant stakeholders, and driven to resolution with clear ownership and audit-ready records
- Perform and support structured review of vendor security assessment materials for higher‑risk vendors, including SOC reports, security questionnaires, certifications, and control evidence, synthesizing findings into clear outcomes and required follow‑up actions.
- Partner closely with Business Continuity, Incident Management, IT, Procurement, and other business stakeholders to ensure third‑party risk issues are effectively integrated into governance processes and resolved through defined escalation paths.
- Contribute structured inputs to management‑level reporting on third‑party risk posture, incident trends, and remediation progress, supporting effective oversight and decision‑making.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the Third‑Party Risk Management team and enhance Payoneer’s enterprise resilience and risk management capabilities.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred background in IT, business or law.
- 5-7 years of experience in Third Party Risk Management, Vendor Management, Risk Management, GRC, or related fields.
Qualifications
- Experience operating in a regulated, multinational environment with governance and audit expectations.
- Strong judgment and ability to make decisions across operational and technology related risk topics
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional execution, prioritize work, and unblock dependencies.
- Clear executive communication and ability to produce decision‑focused materials for governance forums.
- Proven ability to structure work, prioritize effectively, and engage senior stakeholders
- Clear and concise communication skills suitable for management and governance forums
- Able to operate independently and influence stakeholders across functions and regions.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong capability to lead and track multistakeholder delivery across parallel workstreams (plans, dependencies, milestones, risks/issues, closure discipline).
- Strong reporting skills: produce management ready summaries and progress views for governance forums, based on structured evidence and tracking outputs.
Certificates or Licenses
- Preferred but not required (e.g., CTPRP, CRISC, CISA, CBCP, BCI (CBCI/AMBCI/MBCI), CISM, or other relevant industry certifications).
