Your Impact
Paystand is hiring a Sales Development Representative! In this role, you will work to prospect and generate leads for our account executives showcasing Paystand as the most cost-effective and efficient way for enterprise businesses to facilitate payments and manage their accounts receivable “AR” process. You will be the first point of contact at Paystand as you get your leads excited, handle objections, and move them through the sales pipeline. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing sales team and develop your selling skills!
Your Role:
- Sales Development Representatives at Paystand have the opportunity to work, collaborate, and grow across a wide array of projects, including:
- Prospecting and generating leads while meeting Paystand’s Ideal Customer Persona (ICP)
- Collaborating closely with Account Executives and your SDR Manager to develop strategies for target B2B businesses, prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks
- Starting and establishing exciting new relationships, opportunities, and meetings with prospective businesses
- Qualifying new opportunities and handling complex objections
- Creating significant outbound activity via targeted cold-calling, emailing, and social selling
- Always improving your approach by using data-driven solutions to track your results
- Meeting - and exceeding(!) quota to help the team hit our product growth objectives
Your Experience:
- Ambitious and self-motivated with comfort in a quota-carrying environment (prior sales experience isn't necessary, but it is a bonus)
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
- Willingness to lead a high volume of outbound cold calling and emailing activities daily - while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
- Attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
Bonus Areas of Expertise:
- Prior experience using a CRM & Sales Engagement Platform
- Prior experience using Data Enrichment Tools & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- A history of quota attainment / relevant sales experience

Role at a Glance:
The Business Operations Manager is responsible for owning and delivering cross-functional execution programs within the Office of the COO. This role ensures that high-impact initiatives tied to revenue growth, operational efficiency, and cross-business-line coordination are executed with discipline, clarity, and measurable outcomes.
Operating in a multi-business-line environment, this role focuses on turning priorities into shipped results by managing follow-through, resolving cross-functional friction, and maintaining operational cadence.
Business Related Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Program Ownership
- Lead second-tier and staff-level cross-functional initiatives from scoping through completion.
- Define timelines, milestones, ownership, and success metrics for assigned programs.
- Ensure sustained follow-up and escalation of blockers to drive on-time delivery.
- OKR / KPI Execution Management
- Own the operational execution of the company-wide OKR and KPI process.
- Ensure departments provide timely updates, data inputs, and action plans.
- Maintain tracking discipline and visibility across performance cycles.
- Operational Rhythm & Coordination
- Drive follow-up from Business Rhythm Meetings, ensuring actions are executed.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program/Project Management, Consulting, or similar operational roles.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution in fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing OKR/KPI frameworks, operational performance tracking, and accountability processes across multiple teams.
- Strong ability to translate strategic priorities into structured execution plans with clear timelines, owners, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience coordinating initiatives across functions such as Revenue, Finance, Product, IT, and Operations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive follow-through, manage dependencies, and escalate blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Strong analytical and data coordination skills, including collecting, validating, and synthesizing operational data.
- Experience producing structured updates, dashboards, or operational reports to track initiative progress.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior leadership.

Role At A Glance
As an Implementation Manager, you are the driving force behind getting Paystand customers live, fast. You’ll manage end-to-end ERP configuration and deployment, working directly with customers to ensure their systems are launched correctly, completely, and on time.
This is an individual contributor (IC) role. You’ll report to the Manager of Implementations and work cross-functionally with Solutions, Support, and Customer Success. Your mission: shorten time-to-value, deliver a clean handoff, and ensure smooth, confident go-lives.
You’ll also act as a consultative partner to customers, guiding them through ERP best practices, offering configuration recommendations, and ensuring the solution aligns with their operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical setup and configuration of ERPs, including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics, Business Central, and Acumatica.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders — offering ERP best practices and recommendations around configuration, workflows, and payment design.
- Partner directly with customer finance and operations teams to translate requirements into an executable implementation plan.
- Customize and deploy the Paystand solution across UAT and Production environments, including workflows, bundles, and payment methods.
- Lead walkthroughs and customer-facing trainings to ensure adoption readiness.
- Track project delivery across timelines, dependencies, and milestones; flag blockers early and keep projects on track.
- Act as the primary driver for go-live: validate production readiness and trigger handoff to Customer Success.
- Coordinate internally with Solutions, Support, RevOps, and Engineering to resolve configuration, data, and enablement issues.
- Keep customer records and project plans updated across systems (HubSpot, Monday, internal dashboards).
- Stay up to date on platform enhancements, ERP updates, and implementation best practices.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years in ERP-focused implementation, onboarding, or technical customer success.
- Strong working knowledge of at least one major ERP (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Business Central or Acumatica preferred).
- Ability to install bundles, configure roles/permissions, map financial fields, and troubleshoot ERP-integrated applications.
- Project management mindset: able to juggle multiple implementations, deadlines, and teams at once.
- Consultative instincts — able to guide customers toward smart implementation decisions based on best practices and their business context.
- Clear communicator in both English and Spanish; confident leading customer calls and training sessions.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving projects.
- Attention to detail, works well under pressure, strong ownership mindset, and an instinct to follow through without being asked.
- Bonus points: familiarity with payment processing systems, HubSpot, Monday.com, or customer onboarding workflows.

About the Role
Paystand is seeking a commercially disciplined Renewals Manager to drive strong renewal outcomes across a dynamic subset of our customer base. This role is accountable for maximizing Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) by owning renewal strategy and execution for customers requiring active commercial engagement.
The Renewals Manager plays a critical role in Paystand’s growth strategy by ensuring renewals are executed on time, on appropriate terms, and in alignment with pricing and contract policies, while exercising sound judgment to retain revenue and reduce churn.
What You Will Own
- Own renewal strategy and execution for a dynamic book of business
- Maximize Gross Dollar Retention through disciplined pricing application and contract optimization
- Lead customer conversations related to renewal pricing, contract terms, and renewal structure
- Apply pricing, discount, and contract policies consistently while evaluating tradeoffs to secure retention
- Structure and execute contract modifications, where appropriate, to improve renewal outcomes
- Drive migration from legacy agreements to current terms and conditions
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Customer Growth, Finance, Legal, RevOps, and Operations to ensure effective and compliant renewals
- Maintain accurate forecasting, documentation, and reporting related to renewal activity
