Hey there! We’re Numa, a forward-thinking hospitality brand redefining how people discover cities. We create spaces where simplicity meets innovation, offering thoughtfully designed rooms, studios, and apartments in the heart of Europe’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
We’re not just transforming the guest experience—we’re revolutionizing the hospitality industry from the inside out. Our cutting-edge technology streamlines operations, delivering unparalleled value with no hidden fees—just real, quality experiences.
At Numa, we believe that travel should be curious and authentic, and we bring those same values to our work culture. As part of our team, you’ll experience a dynamic and supportive environment where creativity thrives, and your contributions make a real impact. We’re committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where every voice is valued, and different perspectives fuel our innovation.
Our full-stack solution is based on modern, serverless architecture. Powered by AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, etc.) and using NodeJS, Typescript, NestJS and React. On the guest facing side we have Next.JS and React. It’s a robust, reliable solution that’s turning heads— and continuously evolving.
In this role, you will:
● Own corporate-focused functionality across the numa ecosystem, taking responsibility for both technical direction and hands-on delivery.
● Build and drive cross-team, full-stack improvements for corporate guests and bookers in partnership with the teams that own the relevant product areas.
● Serve as a lead engineer for initiatives that span multiple verticals, systems, and user interfaces.
● Connect teams, systems, and codepaths to ensure corporate use cases are delivered as cohesive end-to-end solutions across the platform.
● Spar with Lead Engineers on technical decisions while securing buy-in for technical designs that advance the Corporate roadmap.
● Help drive the Engineering Organization’s shift towards full Agentic Engineering
We encourage you to apply even if you don't think you meet all of the below criteria. We care most that you are excited about the role and our mission, and are willing to learn. Ideally, you have:
● AI-Native Engineer with a solid understanding of Agentic Engineering - you don’t just vibe code, you are able to confidently leverage agents to achieve your goals.
● 6+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience, with a strong track record of owning and delivering complex product improvements end to end.
● Strong experience with Next.js, TypeScript, React, React Native, and CSS, with the ability to build high-quality user-facing experiences across complex product surfaces.
● Strong experience with Node.js and API design, including designing solutions that integrate cleanly across multiple systems and domains.
● Strong experience with testing strategies, preferably including Storybook or @testing-library, MSW, and supertest.
● Strong experience with Serverless and Event Driven Architecture, preferably AWS focused.
● Solid understanding of IaC, experience with SST, is a plus.
● Proven ability to independently drive technical solutions from problem framing through implementation, coordinating effectively across multiple teams and codebases where needed.
● Strong product and business understanding, with the ability to translate requirements into pragmatic technical approaches that work across an ecosystem rather than within a single isolated scope.
● Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to identify gaps, surface dependencies and risks early, and maintain momentum in ambiguous, cross-team problem spaces.
● Good judgment in balancing speed, scalability, maintainability, and consistency when delivering solutions that span multiple verticals.
● Excellent communication and technical stakeholder management skills.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
At Remote, we foster internal mobility as a key element of our culture of employee growth and development, supported by a compensation philosophy that guarantees pay equity and fairness. Therefore, all compensation changes associated with an internal move will be reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case by case basis.

Team
The Investment and Pension Products (IPP) tribe at Raisin builds Raisin’s capital markets–based products, enabling customers to grow their wealth with confidence. We take complex, highly regulated financial systems and turn them into easy, transparent, and scalable product experiences. This is core to Raisin’s mission, given the central role these product lines play in Raisin becoming the home for our customers’ wealth.
As part of the IPP tribe, we are building a new cross-functional engineering team focused on the further internationalisation of Raisin’s investment products. The team owns the design, development, and operation of its services end-to-end, following a “you build it, you run it” mindset. This includes responsibility for system reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement in close collaboration with Product, Risk, and other stakeholders.
