The Licensed School Psychologist conducts comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations; consults with school personnel and parents regarding planning, implementing and evaluating individual and group interventions; and functions as a member of the building-based student support team in providing services to students. • Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations for students K through 12 according to federal, state, and school guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of special education services, IEPs, evaluations, and compliance documentation

About You

• Provide high quality virtual speech-language therapy services to a wide variety of students in grades K-12 in Georgia
• Conduct standard and non-standardized assessments, analyze results and write reports to determine strengths and concerns in the areas of motor speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, literacy, and dysphagia
• Develop treatment plans that are strengths-based as well as child and family-centered
• Ensure that IEP, Evaluation and progress monitoring procedures adhere to the district, state and federal guidelines
• Comply with the Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education (MARSE) that impact speech-language pathologists
• Initiate, participate in and follow through on MET/IEP procedures as appropriate
• Ensure that all speech-language evaluations for initial referrals and re-evaluations are conducted within the required timelines
• Develop goals and objectives for each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) with teachers, staff, and parents that are aligned with core standards
• Provide speech-language services as indicated on each student’s IEP
• Maintain accurate, timely records of progress and service
• Report progress to parents as scheduled in students’ IEPs
• Collaborate in the development of the Review of Existing Evaluation Data (REED) and Evaluation Plan for three (3) year re-evaluations
• Initiates and maintains on-going communication with parents and staff to assist with the understanding of speech-language development, evaluation results, and student performance and concerns
• Collect on-going data and adapt treatment accordingly based on trends in student performance
• Attend IEP and Evaluation meetings and provide necessary documentation for team to review in a timely manner
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and all other members of a student’s educational team
• Demonstrate knowledge of academic standards; aligning them with treatment objectives
• Develop, follow, and communicate a daily schedule to building leaders and department supervisors
• Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings and pursue professional development in maintenance of state board licensure and for addressing student and caseload needs
• Facilitate effective student communication abilities across all modes and levels of language
• Participate in building-based intervention processes to support students and teachers
• Develop functional use of district software for purposes of special education compliance and accountability reporting
• Additional duties as assigned

About You

• A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Must hold an active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Georgia
• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite, Google applications, e-mail, and internet applications; excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong content knowledge in one or more content areas
• Exhibit genuine care for children and a passion for teaching
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and interpret student data to make sound educational decisions
• Exhibit flexibility regarding decision-making, daily challenges, and job duties
• Have a strong sense of integrity

Job Summary: The Student CEO leads all aspects of a Saxbys cafe operation while gaining real-world entrepreneurial experience through Saxbys' Experiential Learning Platform. This role provides undergraduate students with unparalleled ownership of a business while developing leadership skills across team development, community engagement, and financial management.

What You Will Own

• Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing team of peers through effective recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management to create a positive work environment that embodies Saxbys' values and culture.
• Community Leadership: Establish the cafe as a community cornerstone through exceptional hospitality, meaningful partnerships, and impactful initiatives that demonstrate Saxbys' commitment to making life better.
• Financial Management: Drive cafe profitability by managing sales growth, labor costs, inventory, and overall operational efficiency while maintaining Saxbys' high standards for product quality and guest experience.
• Brand Representation: Serve as the face of Saxbys on campus, effectively communicating the company's mission, values, and Experiential Learning Platform to stakeholders, guests, and potential team members.

Who You Will Support

• Operations Lead: Collaborate on strategic initiatives, provide regular updates on cafe performance, and implement feedback to continuously improve operations.
• Marketing Team: Generate content for social media, implement local marketing initiatives, and execute promotional campaigns to drive cafe awareness and sales.
• Recruiting Team: Assist in identifying, recruiting, and developing talent for both cafe positions and future Student CEO succession planning.

This position will supervise around 55 direct reports depending on the size of the cafe that semester

What You Have Done

• Completed at least one year of undergraduate studies
• Prior Saxbys cafe experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience in academic, professional, or volunteer settings
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred

What is Required

• Support, exhibit, and promote Saxbys Mission and Core Values in all daily activities. 
• Must be an undergraduate student of the partner organization in good academic standing
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week during cafe operating hours
