We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Engineering Manager passionate about building a world-class platform through a world-class team. Driving the technical direction of the technology, the evolution of the team, and the engineering excellence to make great things happen.
About the Netting Team
The team builds and maintains our multilateral netting platform — a critical solution that enables enterprise customers to consolidate thousands of intercompany payment obligations into a streamlined set of net settlements. Instead of every entity paying every other entity individually across borders, currencies, and banking relationships, our platform calculates optimal net positions and dramatically reduces the volume of cross-border payments that actually need to move. The result: reduced transaction and banking fees, and far less operational overhead.
It's a domain where precision matters — if you enjoy building systems where correctness, performance, and usability intersect with real financial impact, this is a team where your work is felt directly on the bottom line.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of software engineers with deep experience in cloud native services, and full stack systems to create solutions that help meet the needs of business and customers
- Drive decisions on the design, architecture, and delivery of systems
- Build teams and be an active coach and mentor to your team and grow them in their careers
- Drive agile development and analytical methodologies every day
- Strive to continuously improve the operations, processes, methodologies, technology choices, and practices of the team
- Interact with your team, customers, and peers to share information and improve cross-department processes
- Strive for transparency and partnership between our engineers and our business partners
- Engage in concept discussions, and proposed technology solutions, to meet business objectives and influence such decisions
- Ensure all work meets quality, operational, and architectural standards needed for organizational success
- Be a champion of the YBIYRI ethos (you-build-it-you-run-it), which includes participating in their on-call pager rotation.
Who You Are:

- A skilled operator of Agile practices and data driven methodologies
- Ideally, possess deep knowledge and experience with Microsoft languages/frameworks (C#/.NET, SQL Server, Entity Framework)
- Expertise with Azure (Function Apps, Service Bus, etc...) and DevExpress a bonus

- Collaborate across distributed teams (Ireland, U.S., Philippines, Australia) to drive alignment on technical approaches
- Influence product roadmap by identifying technical opportunities that create competitive advantages
- Bridge the gap between technical implementation and business value, helping the team prioritize high-impact work
Maximize Agility:
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the development lifecycle that slow down the entire team
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices that improve developer experience and productivity
- Lead post-mortems and blameless retrospectives that turn incidents into learning opportunities
Ownership & Accountability:
- Own critical systems end-to-end, from design through production support
- Take responsibility for production reliability and proactively prevent incidents
- Step into ambiguous situations and drive them to resolution without needing explicit direction
- Make tough technical trade-off decisions and clearly communicate the reasoning

THE WORK:
Ripple Treasury (formerly GTreasury) is the leading innovator of integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions for the digital treasurer. Developed with the latest technology, Ripple Treasury empowers organizations on their path to strategic treasury. It enables total access to cash, liquidity, payments, and financial risk management.
We’re hiring a Client Support Analyst to join our growing global team. You’ll be the front line for clients using our treasury management platform—the person they rely on to solve problems, answer questions, and keep things moving.
You’ll work closely with teams across the business to deliver fast, thoughtful solutions and make sure clients feel supported every step of the way. Along the way, you’ll get hands-on exposure to how leading global organizations manage treasury and financial risk.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Be the front line for our clients and a trusted partner across the business—you’re who people count on when things matter most
- Own issues end-to-end: troubleshoot, communicate clearly, and drive fast, high-quality resolutions that build trust and long-term relationships
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests to hit SLAs without sacrificing quality (and know when to flex when things get busy)
- Get hands-on with the systems behind the scenes—dig into payment formats, extracts, connectivity (inbound/outbound), and Alliance Lite 2 to diagnose and resolve issues
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Account Managers, Solutions, and Engineering to solve complex problems and keep clients moving forward
- Escalate when needed with clear, well-documented context that helps Development move quickly
- Spot patterns in client issues and turn them into actionable insights to improve our product, processes, and overall client experience
- Continuously look for ways to make support faster, smarter, and more scalable as we grow
- Provide reliable coverage beyond standard business hours—including weekends and holidays when needed—to ensure clients are consistently supported and critical issues are addressed without delay
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- You’re curious and solutions-driven—you like figuring things out and moving fast in environments where priorities shift and no two days look the same
- You break down complex technical issues into clear, actionable steps and communicate them in a way that actually makes sense to clients and teammates
- You’re organized and can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball (or letting things stall)
- You build trust quickly and know how to balance strong client advocacy with good judgment
- You sweat the details, take ownership, and care about getting things right
- You’ve worked in B2B technical support, ideally in a SaaS environment, and are comfortable navigating APIs, bank connectivity, and payment formats is a bonus
- You’re a strong troubleshooter who can read logs, dig into issues, and work through complex systems without getting lost
- You have working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools; experience with RSA, Symantec, or similar tools is a nice to have
- Familiarity with treasury, banking, or accounting concepts is a big plus
- You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity, especially when documentation is limited, and you don’t wait around to be told what to do
- You’re proactive, always learning, and constantly looking for ways to improve how things work

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Staff Software Developer passionate about building a world-class platform through a world-class team. Creating technical software excellence and spearheading application development in design, implementation, and maintenance to make magic happen.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with architects and product managers to design, estimate, and implement pioneering application features across front-end, server-side, and database tiers
- Use Azure services to craft powerful, scalable, and resilient cloud-based solutions
- Enhance our software applications and work with delivery pipelines, feature flags, ensuring seamless integration and deployment
- Conduct rigorous unit, integration, and non-functional (performance, security) testing to guarantee our software is production-ready
- Leverage observability tools and logging to solve and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with at least 8 years of application development experience
- An expert in application development and standards for cloud architecture and deployment

- Skilled in reviewing and estimating user stories as part of an agile development process
- Extensive experience with Azure Services
- Deep knowledge and expertise in ASP.NET/Core and C#
- Expert in Microsoft SQL Server database development
- Highly accomplished in building web applications using Angular with TypeScript, and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
