In a Montessori classroom, the environment and the guide work together to support each child’s development. You’ll assist in preparing beautiful, intentional learning spaces and support children through individualized and small-group activities—always with respect, patience, and care.

How you make an impact: 

• Provide outstanding customer service to all of our patients 
• Work as a team to complete a three dimensional, , 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®) 
• Point person to calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi® system) 
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software) 
• Obtain, enter and process patient information in Intergy 
• Medical office duties to include answering phones, clean patient rooms and room patients

Life Skills Autism Academy is looking for exceptional behavior technicians!  Candidates must hold and maintain current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or be willing to complete a 40 hour training course and sit for their RBT competency exam within 45 days of employment. Pay Range: $19 - $25

Behavior Technician job responsibilities include:

Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training.

• Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in client’s individualized treatment plan built by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with the client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time and following established procedures.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by BCBA/BC.

ACCEL Schools is seeking highly-qualified Virtual Teachers who are dedicated to providing a superior education for all students! We are seeking teachers who are excited to create a rigorous and nurturing classroom environment that prioritizes student learning and social-emotional development. ACCEL Schools uses a cutting-edge 21st-century curriculum, which can be accessed online and through a variety of traditional methods. About the Opportunity

• Serve as the teacher of record and primary instructor in all core content areas and grade levels
• Relentlessly work to meet all goals related to student achievement and culture as well as state specific academic accountability goals
• Deliver highly effective live lessons via web conference based on student need, rooted in research-based instructional practices
• Complete course set up for each course within the Learning Management System
• Monitor student progress in asynchronous courses and provide feedback/grade assignments daily
• Track and maintain contact with each student
• Collaborate with Principal to create and deliver Progress Reports of Students
• Review student level data frequently to inform instructional program adjustments
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
• Utilize research-based best practices in both synchronous and asynchronous instruction
• Create a joyful, caring, and loving classroom environment for all students
• Integrate culturally responsive teaching practices into daily lessons and interactions with students, parents, and colleagues
• Implement school-wide culture expectations and norms, inside the classroom and beyond
• Communicate regularly with families regarding the academic and social-emotional growth of their child
• Incorporate 21st century technology skills into daily classroom practice and team settings
• Participate in the planning and implementation of non-instructional activities such as social events and field trips and attend these events in person

About You

• Current Georgia teaching license in appropriate content area
• Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards

• High level of comfort working in a growth-focused coaching environment based on frequent observations, debriefs, action planning, and progress monitoring
• High quality written and verbal communication skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook

Life Skills Autism Academy is looking for exceptional behavior technicians!  Candidates must hold and maintain current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or be willing to complete a 40 hour training course and sit for their RBT competency exam within 45 days of employment. Registered Behavior Technicians help the development of children who are on the Autism Spectrum by providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapy in a 1:1 setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This therapy is used to increase critical developmental skills such as language and communication, social, and school readiness behaviors.. 

Pay Range: $19 - $25

Behavior Technician job responsibilities include:

Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training.

• Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in client’s individualized treatment plan built by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with the client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time and following established procedures.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Utilize safe and appropriate procedures when working with clients and appropriately report all critical incidents and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparation of client materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

• If extended an offer, must be willing to participate in the company’s background check process.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma of GED is required.
• Must have reliable transportation and in some cases, proof of driver’s license and valid car insurance.

What You’ll Do 

• Build and develop a world-class FP&A team
• Own the annual budget process and other key inputs driving the corporate forecast model
• Partner with leaders across the organization to refine strategic outlooks and support funding requests
• Evaluate and drive standardization of processes, systems, communication, and controls across functions
• Leverage technology to drive efficiencies across the finance and accounting functions
• Provide insightful real-time information to business partners to ensure delivery of EBITDA goals
• Design and coordinate Axon’s monthly budget vs actual process
• Oversee the company’s Procure-to-Pay and Purchase Order Request processes to ensure there are no financial surprises and adequate controls exist
• Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packages and dashboards
• Assist with developing Board and C-Team presentations

What You Bring

• Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting
• Minimum of 10 years of FP&A experience including, but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business analytics in a dynamic environment, supporting both financial and operational decision makers
• Hands-on, roll up the sleeves leadership approach with an ability to manage multiple competing interests in a fast-paced environment
• A doer and a teacher. Experience building a team with a strong emphasis on employee development

Location: Hybrid Presence based near our US Hubs - Boston, San Francisco, Atlanta, Sterling, Denver, Seattle, New York City or Scottsdale. This role follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
