What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the Classroom: Create, plan, and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Fostering Growth: Support each child’s social, emotional, and academic development in a nurturing environment.
- Partnering with Families: Build strong relationships and open communication with parents and caregivers.
- Maintaining Standards: Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom in line with licensing and quality standards.
What You Bring:
- CDA Credential (required)
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare setting
- CPR & First Aid Certified
- Ability to pass a background check
- Passion for early childhood education and leadership
