Business Value Consulting (BVC) is a critical, client-facing role where the consultant will work closely with the MongoDB Sales team, playing a key role in driving the business forward. In a pre-sales perspective, BVCs engage with clients to capture and communicate the potential business value that our solutions provide. For post-Sales, BVCs validate the value, identify optimization opportunities and identify new growth opportunities. You will work across all industries, evaluating the business benefits and financial value to companies primarily in our Enterprise market.

*This role will be focus on North America, with flexibility for the candidates. Significant remote work allows us to support multiple Sales regions across the region. 

Responsibilities

• Support the sales organization, to impact both tactical and strategic opportunity success of our field sales force
• Develop Business Value Consulting collateral for internal and external use: when new MongoDB products are released, and when a gap or need of the practice is identified

The Challenge

As an Implementation Consultant, you will handle the overall responsibility for the customer relationship by working directly with our customers to enhance their overall user experience with the OneTrust Privacy and Data Governance platform.  Following the sales process, consultants become the primary customer contact responsible for building and maintain the relationship, leading the implementation of the solution, and managing customer expectations throughout the engagements.

About Your Role 

Within our Customer Experience (CX) organization, we are looking for technically savvy individuals that want to help carry out the CX mission of enabling our healthcare customers to maximize the value of QGenda. As a consultant on the Consolidation team, you will be the technical advisor throughout a customer’s consolidation process. You will act as both a QGenda product expert as well as a consolidation process expert to ensure the customer’s transition from one instance to another is as efficient and accurate as possible. With your expertise, you will be able to help ensure their data is fully transitioned over with an additional emphasis on helping confirm their setup is as standardized and optimized as needed.  You will work with the Consolidation team, as well as every other team within QGenda, from Sales and Product Engineering, to Implementation and Customer Support.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

As a critical member of the Customer Experience Team, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor that helps to ensure all QGenda data is successfully migrated over from one instance to another. This includes leading the customer through the appropriate milestones and supporting the customer with any merge day (i.e go live of consolidation) and immediate post-merge day support needed to ensure a successful consolidation. You will partner closely with the Consolidation PM and SA as well as any other Project Managers, SAs and technical resources associated with your projects.

Compensation at Inspire11

Inspire11 follows Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Pay Act of 1963, the Illinois Human Rights Act, the Illinois Equal Wage Act, and the Illinois Equal Pay Act of 2003. We believe that people performing the same role at the same level, with similar levels of ability or experience, should be similarly compensated. We also believe that the most critical factors driving compensation should be an Eleven’s skill, experience, performance, responsibility, and effort. We may also consider an employee’s length of service, relevant education, training, or certification, and the requirements of a specific job. We may also consider whether the cost of living or competition for talent in specific markets requires adjustments in compensation for employees in those markets. Our goal is to fairly compensate all our Elevens based on these factors within the Company’s financial ability.  

Compensation may be increased or decreased at Inspire11’s discretion based on an employee’s performance reviews, market conditions, and the Company’s financial performance. Inspire11 will always notify an employee in writing before any change is made to their compensation. 

Bonuses 

We may allow employees in Sales, Recruiting, or Leadership to earn periodic bonuses based on sales, revenue, client-specific or practice-specific targets. These targets are communicated to each eligible employee via offer letter or annual update. All such target-based bonuses are calculated based on the Company and an individual’s periodic performance and will only be awarded if: (a) the employee is meeting performance expectations and is an employee in good standing of the Company; (b) the target is met; and (c) the Company’s current financial performance and market conditions permit the bonus to be paid out. All periodic bonuses are discretionary and are earned only when paid out.  

Each year, the Company will decide whether the Company’s financial performance, market performance, and business realities allow it to create an annual bonus pool. If the Company decides that annual bonuses may be awarded, then the Leadership Team, Market Directors, and Managing Directors will work together to grant annual bonuses to employees in good standing based on the same factors discussed in the previous paragraph while also considering employees’ diligence, performance, expertise, skill, judgment, and experience. To be eligible to participate in this annual bonus pool, an employee must be hired by no later than October 1st of the preceding year. Annual bonuses and merit increases may be prorated based on hire date. Employees eligible for target-based periodic bonuses are not eligible to participate in the annual bonus pool.  

Options or Other Equity in Inspire11 

Inspire11 has a legacy program that allowed certain high-performing employees to purchase shares of the Company through an affiliate. The Company also has a newer program that grants options annually to high-performing employees based on their performance reviews, their managers’ recommendation, and leadership approval. These options have a vesting period associated with them. 

Benefits 

Full-time employees are eligible for the following contributory benefits, where premiums are partially paid by the Company and partially by the employee:

Full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits provided wholly by the Company: 

• Short-term disability, providing for a benefit of 60% of an employee’s salary up to a maximum of $2,000 per week for up to 11 weeks after a 7-day waiting period; 

• Long-term disability, providing for 60% of an employee’s salary up to a maximum of $10,000 per month for the time period from the 91st day after a qualifying event through the earlier of the end of the disability or age 67; 

• Life insurance, providing for a benefit of two times the employee’s annual salary, up to a maximum payout of $400,000;  

• A connectivity stipend of $25 per month; 

• Employee Assistance Program, providing for confidential counseling sessions, 24-hour crisis support, online peer support groups, skills training, behavioral health coaching, initial free legal consultations (and discounted rates on referred lawyers), online legal forms, assistance with eldercare and parenting services, among other things. 

Full-time employees are also eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) plan, which allows employees to contribute to a standard or Roth IRA. According to a vesting schedule, the Company matches 100% of employee contributions on the first 3% of an employee’s salary and 50% of employee contributions from 3% to 5% of an employee’s salary. 

Depending on eligibility and their elections, full-time employees may also have access to certain tax-advantaged savings accounts set up through the Company, into which employees contribute withheld funds:  

• Flexible savings accounts, 

• Limited-purpose flexible savings accounts, 

• Healthcare savings accounts,  

• Dependent care savings accounts, 

• Commuter benefit accounts. 

Paid Time Off and Leave 

Inspire11 grants all eligible employees any statutory leave required by federal, Illinois, or other applicable law, such as FMLA, bereavement, sick leave, emergency leave, jury duty or witness leave, and VESSA leave.  

In addition, Inspire11 has a self-managed paid time off policy (PTO) that does not set predetermined upper limits on the amount of PTO an employee may take. All PTO must be requested in advance and approved by the appropriate supervisor to ensure client work can continue. All full-time employees are expected to take a minimum of one week of PTO each year.  

The Company also gives paid parental leave to full-time employees who have worked for Inspire11 for a year prior to taking leave, including up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave to birth parents and up to 6 weeks of paid parental leave to non-birthing parents. This paid leave can be taken within the first 6 months after the child’s arrival and is in addition to short-term disability leave (for eligible parents). 

Lastly, Inspire11 has eight paid holidays. 

Other Benefits

You will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Coordinators, Project Managers, as well as every other team within QGenda, from Sales and Product Development, to Customer Success and QGenda Support.

• Develop foundational technical knowledge of the QGenda platform by shadowing projects, receiving mentorship from senior team members, and owning the configuration of low-complexity projects
• Become familiar with the QGenda system by working on a variety of projects across multiple customer types
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Senior ICs on implementations to gain an understanding of complex customer requirements and enterprise solution design
• Collaborate with Technical Specialists on implementations to facilitate efficient and standardized configuration of product building blocks
• Collaborate with Project Coordinators and Project Managers on implementations to communicate with customers, maintain project timelines, and mitigate project risks
• Combine logic-based reasoning skills with knowledge of the QGenda platform to consultatively gather customer requirements, and design and configure a solution to meet them
• Test the configured solution and troubleshoot to remove discrepancies between desired and actual functionality
• Analyze multiple possible configurations to select the optimal choice based on the following: best fit for the customer, valid interaction of features, and maintainability
• Utilize internal knowledge base platforms to learn configuration best practices and implement customer solutions accordingly
• Conduct trainings that enable the customer to effectively maximize their use of the product
• Validate the quality and cleanliness of the solution prior to handoff at project end, removing all components used as examples or for testing purposes
• Create robust documentation for each customer to transfer all maintenance knowledge to the respective TAM and CS teams
• Make all applicable updates in project management tools accurately and promptly (e.g., Salesforce, TaskRay, etc.)
• Leverage established internal resources for technical guidance and expertise (e.g., mentors/buddies, Office Hours, 1-on-1s, knowledge base documentation, etc.)
• Engage in client onsite activities during implementation with the aid of a supervising resource
• Communicate to colleagues, direct supervisor, and other leadership within expected, reasonable time frames
• Adhere to all company policies, QGenda workflows, and time-entry requirements
• Complete other duties as directed by a member of QGenda management/leadership

Experience You Bring 

• 1-3 years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and other industry events
• Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software as well as Google Suite Products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet

Not Required, but Nice to Have

• Engineering or other technical degree 
• SaaS/Software technical configuration and implementation experience 
• Experience/exposure to the healthcare and IT ecosystem
