The role

Nebius is building the next generation Full-stack AI cloud platform to power model training, post-training, and large-scale inference for AI-native companies and enterprises. As we expand our presence across the global AI startup ecosystem, we are looking for an Industry Partnerships Lead to build strategic relationships with leading technology companies, enterprises, and industry platforms. 

This role focuses on developing partnerships that accelerate adoption of Nebius infrastructure by collaborating with leading AI-native companies, digital-native companies, and enterprises that share the same startup ICP, while creating long-term ecosystem value through joint go-to-market initiatives and industry collaboration. 

You will work closely with the venture partnerships, community, sales, marketing, channel and BDRs to identify high-impact opportunities and build scalable partnership programs.

Your responsibilities will include: 

Develop strategic industry partnerships 

• Identify and build relationships with leading AI-native startups, digital-natives, enterprises, and ecosystem partners across priority industries with the shared startup ICP. 
• Establish Nebius as a strategic infrastructure partner within emerging AI ecosystems. 

Drive joint go-to-market initiatives 

• Create and execute partnership initiatives such as joint programs, campaigns, ecosystem collaborations, and industry events. 
• Work with internal sales and marketing teams to translate partnerships into qualified opportunities and pipeline. 

Build industry-focused ecosystem programs 

• Design programs that connect industry leaders with founders, startups, researchers building on Nebius. 
• Support vertical initiatives across key sectors such as Robotics & physical AI, HCLS, Media & Entertainment, Retail, Gaming and more.  

Enable cross-functional collaboration 

• Partner closely with sales, marketing, channels, BDR and CSA teams to ensure alignment on partnership opportunities and customer needs. 
• Establish clear frameworks and playbook for partner engagement and internal collaboration. 

Operationalize partnership workflows 

• Track partner engagement, pipeline contribution, and program outcomes through CRM systems and internal processes. 
• Continuously refine partnership strategy based on ecosystem insights and market developments. 

Pipeline Generation 

• Build systematic programs and engagement models with industry partners to accelerate startup customer adoption and conversion. 
• Identify and activate shared ICP opportunities between Nebius and industry partners to generate qualified startup pipeline. 
• Design joint initiatives (e.g., partner-led programs, co-hosted events, ecosystem initiatives, or sector-focused programs) that drive founder and researcher engagement. 

We expect you to have: 

• 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, ecosystem strategy, or GTM roles 
• Experience working with AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or tech ecosystems 
• Strong understanding of startup and venture ecosystems 
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships that drive adoption, pipeline, or revenue 
• Experience working in high-growth startups, scale-ups, or technology companies 
• Ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams 
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot 

• Own and build Nebius’ ISV partner ecosystem from the ground up with your key target accounts — defining strategy, segmentation, onboarding models, and long-term growth frameworks
• Identify, recruit, and close high-impact AI and ISV partners that can drive net-new customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Develop and scale repeatable co-sell motions, embedding partners into Nebius’ core sales plays and strategic opportunities
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, with a strong focus on net-new accounts and expansion
• Build structured frameworks for joint business planning, pipeline generation, forecasting, and performance management
• Lead joint go-to-market execution, ensuring partners are actively generating demand and influencing deals
• Drive partner technical readiness and platform adoption through onboarding, enablement, and joint solution development
• Act as a key architect of Nebius’ partner program, including co-sell models, incentives, and engagement frameworks
• Stay deeply connected to the AI ecosystem, identifying emerging players, trends, and high-leverage partnership opportunities
• Represent Nebius across industry events, ecosystem forums, and strategic partner engagements
• Serve as the voice of partners internally, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and GTM teams

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or indirect sales within B2B technology
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML and cloud ecosystem (infrastructure, models, data pipelines, ISVs, tooling
• Proven track record of building partner ecosystems from early stages — not just managing existing relationships
• Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships that drive measurable business impact
• Proven success in driving net-new pipeline, opening new accounts, and scaling revenue through repeatable co-sell programs
• Experience leading co-sell and joint go-to-market motions with sales organizations
• Solid grasp of cloud platforms and consumption-based business models
• Technical fluency — able to engage in architecture discussions, use-case validation, and product alignment
• Builder mindset — comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure from scratch
• Strong executive presence with experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving sales performance and revenue growth across France by implementing strategic plans and maximizing market opportunities.
• Own and execute the territory strategy by defining the ideal customer profile (ICP), mapping key accounts, analyzing whitespace opportunities, and driving quarterly go-to-market plans.
• Build and advance a high-quality pipeline by actively prospecting through outbound outreach, social engagement, and events; lead discovery conversations, develop compelling business cases with ROI, and drive opportunities through to close.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles by orchestrating cross-functional engagement with operations, IT, finance, procurement, and legal; oversee Proof of Concepts and pilots; and negotiate RaaS terms, conditions, and multi-year agreements to close strategic deals.
• Drive partner ecosystem growth by collaborating and co-selling with system integrators, 3PLs, and channel partners; develop joint account plans and generate sourced pipeline to accelerate revenue.
• Deliver accurate forecasts by applying structured methodologies such as MEDDICC or BANT, providing weekly updates and commit calls with clear next steps to ensure pipeline visibility and accountability.
• Drive executive engagement by coordinating site visits, reference calls, and value reviews with senior stakeholders, while building champions across multiple organizational levels.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration by partnering closely with Solutions Engineering on scope, design, and pricing; align with Customer Success on land-and-expand strategies; and work with Marketing on ABM campaigns, events, and localized content to achieve plan.
• Provide actionable market intelligence by sharing competitive insights, pricing trends, and customer feedback with product teams and leadership to inform strategy and innovation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise new-business sales experience in B2B technology or industrial solutions, specifically within warehouse robotics automation, or warehouse logistics/supply chain sectors.
• Experience selling AMR/ASRS/automation or software-enabled industrial solutions.
• Existing relationships in 3PL, retail/e-commerce and healthcare in France.
• Familiarity with RaaS models and multi-site rollout playbooks.
• Proven new-business closer / hunter with a history of consistent quota attainment and success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals valued at six figures or more in ARR/CARR or RaaS models.
• Skilled in solution and value-based selling, including Total Cost of Ownership analysis, labor and productivity modeling, throughput and SLA discussions, with the ability to craft compelling executive-level narratives.
• Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent) and structured forecasting methodologies, with strong discipline in follow-through and pipeline management.
• Native-level French proficiency (mandatory); Spanish and/or Italian language skills are a strong advantage.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• High travel readiness across Southern Europe (approx. 40–60%).

About the Company

AIDO is an early-stage medical robotics venture on a mission to transform the fight against cancer through innovation in robotic endoscopy. Originating from the world-renowned IHU Strasbourg, the company is developing a novel robotic “third hand” add-on for flexible endoscopes. This compact and intuitive electromechanical assistant enhances the performance of therapeutic endoscopic procedures.

AIDO’s proprietary technology improves ergonomics, stability, and instrument control, reducing the physical strain and coordination burden typically placed on endoscopists. The Role

AIDO is seeking a hands-on CTO / Head of Engineering who can lead product development end-to-end, establish the engineering foundation of the company, and drive the technical roadmap as it enters a new phase of growth.

This role combines strategic influence with deep technical execution. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, clinicians, and the CEO to bring a safe, intuitive, and robust device to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and validation of the electromechanical endoscopy-assist device.

• Build and implement the QMS (ISO 13485) and guide EU/US regulatory strategy.

Profile Requirements

• 10 years of experience (approx.) in medical devices, robotics, or electromechanical systems.
  
  
• Track record of bringing hardware-based medical devices from prototype to clinical or commercial launch.
  
  
• Strong hands-on engineering ability (mechanical/electromechanical/AI).
  
  
• Solid understanding of ISO 13485, CE marking, V&V, and ideally 510(k) processes.
  
  
• Sensitivity to usability and clinical workflow constraints.
  
  
• Comfortable working in early-stage environments with high ownership and autonomy.
  
  
• Excellent communication with clinicians, engineers, and investors.
