About The Role:

• You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of large-scale events, from the moment the sales and legal teams sign the commercial contract through to the final closing of the event.
• You will act as the main point of contact between all stakeholders, including event organizers and the internal teams involved.
• While you will have overall ownership of the process, you will work as part of a team and be responsible for ensuring timely and effective execution by coordinating tasks across departments.
• You will communicate product (Fever usability) and process needs to HQ, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to consolidate requirements and prioritize them accordingly.

About the role

Join Anthropic's Customer Success team as an EMEA based Customer Success Manager as we pioneer the future of enterprise AI adoption. As a Customer Success Manager at Anthropic, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our most complex customers across EMEA helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities - API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.

You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.

OVERVIEW

The Brand Protection Manager for EMEA plays a key role in safeguarding the brand by identifying and removing counterfeit and unauthorized products across offline markets in the region. The role requires strong expertise in regional enforcement environments and close collaboration with global and regional partners. The position is based in Paris and involves regular travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the primary EMEA liaison to the Global Brand Protection team, supporting global initiatives and regional projects.

As the Certification Program Manager for Global Training and Education at Cato Networks you will play a key role in the evolution of the Cato Certification Program. You will manage the complete lifecycle of certification exams from JTAs through to release, continuous improvement and exam retirement. You will also work with other team to ensure alignment of exams, training content and product releases.

This role is key to building a world-class certification program that educates customers, validates skills, drives product adoption, and supports Cato’s business and go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end exam lifecycle, including JTAs, exam blueprint development, item creation, beta testing, release, and maintenance
• Coordinate and facilitate JTA and item writing workshops as well as beta exams sessions
• Establish psychometric and quality standards using industry best practices
• Own the day-to-day operations of the certification program, including process development and documentation
• Manage systems and tools, including exam development tools, exam delivery and proctoring systems, LMS and digital badging systems

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner across all functions, driving data-driven decision-making and delivering actionable insights that shape iBanFirst's growth.

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, leading complex analytics projects end-to-end while championing scalable, high-quality data practices.

Task breakdown (indicative):

• 70% — Business partnering, analysis & reporting: Work hand-in-hand with business teams to understand their needs, translate them into analytical frameworks, and lead complex cross-functional data projects. Your mission will be to lead the Regulatory, Financial Security & Internal Control teams by identifying and evaluating the areas of risk within Alma, defining key policies to comply with regulatory obligations and supervising the internal control framework accordingly.

As the Head of Compliance & Internal Control, you will define Alma policies and positioning as a market leader in compliance and Internal control:

• Define the top management position on high-stakes compliance and control projects impacting all Alma and/or several departments;
• Proactively addresses and adjusts for project-related compliance risks and blockers;
• Sets standards for project quality and ensures alignment with both regulatory requirements and organizational objectives / key battles;

• Financial security:
  • Supervise the AML-CFT framework, especially the definition, update and accuracy of the consumer and merchant Risk classification;
  • Oversee the following actions executed by the Financial Security team:
    • Definition and implementation of the key KYB and KYC processes with all stakeholders’ teams (mainly Risk & Ops);
    • Treatment of KYB/KYC request escalations;
    • Support and challenge the AML-CFT monitoring operated by Fraud & AML-CFT team;
    • Report of the Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) to authorities;
    • Communication of key AML/CFT reports to the ACPR;
    • Definition the AML/CFT annual training and awareness program for all employees.
    • Serve as a liaison to the local authorities.

• Regulatory compliance:
  • Define Alma’s regulatory framework and policies. You will assure compliance to main regulatory obligations of the Alma solution, in all its geographies;

  • Supervise the IOBSP and ESP processes at Alma, and with its key stakeholders;

• Internal Control:
  • Lead the elaboration and update of Alma’s risk mapping. You will identify risks associated to Alma’s processes, evaluate them accordingly and propose controls in order to mitigate them.
  • Supervise the execution of second level controls as part of Alma’s permanent control plan. You will review the controls elaborated by the internal controllers and ensure that recommendations are aligned with the findings at hand.
  • Manage the operational risk management framework at Alma. You will ensure that the risks are well identified and that the incident management framework is effective.
  • Raise awareness in relation to the risk prevention culture in the company. You will carry the Internal Controls’ role and missions within Alma via dedicated trainings along with the recommendations' action plan implementation and follow-up.
  • Support the Periodic Control missions conducted at Alma. You will follow-up on the findings elaborated and the recommendations issued accordingly, and manage the relationship with the periodic controllers.

What You'll Do

This critical role reporting to the regional General Manager - WEU, requires you to be a driven individual with a track record in navigating in the medico-economic environment, securing reimbursement, pricing & patient access to medicines in France (as a priority), Belgium, and the Netherlands.  Establish effective collaboration and communication with external stakeholders, such as healthcare professionals, payers, policy makers including representing BridgeBio and leading and/ or actively participating in HTA and pricing meetings, and the medico-economic community events is also critical. Your primary role will be to design, anticipate and drive all steps of the HTA, pricing and reimbursement process within each country and to engage with early scientific advice and early access programs where & when needed.  You will, therefore, be able to operate in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment where you will influence without authority and effectively communicate WEU market access strategies to all levels. 

Responsibilities

HTA, Pricing & Reimbursement 

• Lead internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute a strategy to demonstrate the value of BridgeBio’s medicines to French, Belgian & Dutch HTA bodies/payers to ensure pricing, reimbursement and optimal patient access
• Responsible for all steps during the value assessments & pricing negotiations, i.e. evidence generation, KOL/expert support, advocacy, assessment analysis, written statements, oral hearing, pricing negotiation, and arbitration
• Ensure timely reimbursement, including developing necessary processes, forms and administrative steps for actual availability and access of BridgeBio drugs in the market
• Create and develop a strong trust relationship with key external stakeholders and decision makers, to be perceived as a partner and an advocate for patients’ access
• Develop and implement early access solutions for France (mainly) and Belgium / Netherlands

Clinical development 

• Influence clinical development plans to incorporate important endpoints and design features into clinical trials that satisfy French / WEU HTA and payers needs 

Evidence generation 

• Assess WEU region needs related to specific diseases and pipeline assets and develop and execute research programs to prepare the necessary data packages for use in HTA assessments and pricing negotiations. 
• Evaluate and propose RWE and data to support access, funding, adoption and commercial success of the drugs

Other 

• Interact effectively with patients’ groups, healthcare professionals, policy makers and payers to understand the burden of diseases that are the target of BridgeBio products
• Lead the shaping and execution of health technology assessment (HTA) early scientific advice engagement
• Assess the viability of early access programs in the region and work with internal/external stakeholders to implement them
• Effectively execute against market access plan within budget
• Manage external suppliers to develop, adapt and validate HTA deliverables (e.g., systematic literature reviews, indirect & mixed treatment comparisons, health economic models, and submission documents)

This is a France-based role with a significant stakeholders’ facing component. Position Overview:

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day execution of client programs, working in partnership with the Client Services teams and our COE (Center of Excellence) to execute social-first marketing strategies built to deliver on client goals. Account Managers are stewards of the VN process and proactively manage the campaign execution. As the Sales Manager you will lead our France Majors Sales Team. We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Majors Accounts’ Sales Leader to help us manage and grow the organisation with overall responsibility for driving Cloudflare's revenue, hiring and brand awareness while maintaining the Cloudflare Culture. 

The position will require leadership that spans go-to-market strategy development, managing Majors Account Executives and key account planning program development and implementation, executive relationship mapping and alignment, cultivating deep levels of trust and product co-creation, balancing short term with long term sales cycles and collaborating extensively cross-functionally to bring to bear product, marketing, support, success, solution engineering and channel onto our highest growth potential accounts. What you will be doing - Key responsibilities

As a Manager Data Scientist, you will play a central role in the design, delivery and scaling of AI projects for our clients. Reporting to the CTO, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end client projects: from framing use cases with business stakeholders to implementing AI solutions that generate measurable impact.
• Ensuring technical excellence: promote software engineering and MLOps best practices to deliver scalable solutions and bring them into production.
• Supporting solution design: challenging business requirements, validating data availability, and selecting the most appropriate methodologies and architectures.
• Being the technical reference for clients: explaining AI approaches in simple terms, providing recommendations on feasibility, risks, and ROI.
• Developing trusted client relationships: interacting with C-level and operational teams to position Artefact as a long-term partner on their Data & AI journey.

Beyond these core responsibilities, you will also be involved in:

Managing the country’s data science team

• Support team staffing, ensuring the right skills are applied to meet project needs.
• Ensure each individual’s continuous well-being within the team, supporting their growth through mentoring, coaching, and career development plans.
• Help define the team’s career framework and participate in performance review processes.
• Challenge existing ways of working and drive innovation to continuously improve Artefact’s data science team.

Developing Artefact’s technical expertise

• Contribute to testing and implementing advanced AI approaches and emerging techniques on client use cases.
• Drive initiatives to build internal accelerators, such as modules and tools that can be reused across projects.
• Maintain an active technology watch: evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and cloud services to assess how they can address client needs.
• Share knowledge through workshops, informal training sessions, and documentation, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Being a great tech manager

• Lead by example: demonstrate technical rigor, pragmatic problem-solving, and the ability to step in directly on projects when the team needs support.
• Provide constructive feedback to help data scientists in your team progress in both technical and consulting dimensions.
• Anticipate risks and unblock teams, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Balance ambition and feasibility: critically assess approaches, driving innovation while ensuring solutions stay realistic to deliver.
• Foster collaboration between data scientists, data engineers, and business teams to ensure solutions are effectively integrated and adopted.

Qualifications - What we are looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing data-driven solutions.
• Strong knowledge in applied machine learning and generative AI.
