We’re looking for a Regional Growth Marketing Manager to join our HQ Marketing team.
Please note this is not a creative marketing role but rather a position focused on planning, coordination, and budgeting for the region, ensuring alignment between HQ and local marketing teams.

The Regional Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategic project management across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, and Malta. You will oversee the region’s performance, align growth goals between HQ and local teams, and manage the full cycle of marketing initiatives aimed at accelerating growth of users, couriers, and restaurant partners.
This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical mindset with creative problem-solving, works comfortably in a cross-functional environment, and has experience in project management. You will play a key role in managing the marketing budget, prioritising tasks for functional teams, and achieving ambitious regional business and marketing KPIs.
