Als Customer Success Agent met een administratieve focus zorg je ervoor dat alles rondom klantgegevens, orders en billingprocessen correct en goed georganiseerd verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met zowel klanten als interne teams. Dagelijks schakel je met Sales, Support en Finance om ervoor te zorgen dat processen soepel blijven draaien — ook wanneer deze nog volop in ontwikkeling zijn.
Dit is geen traditionele supportfunctie en ook geen puur administratieve rol. De functie zit precies tussen operations, administratie en klantcontact in, waarbij je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt voor het behouden van overzicht én het continu verbeteren van processen.
Je vindt het leuk om structuur aan te brengen en overzicht te behouden in een omgeving die continu verandert. Je ziet snel waar verbeteringen mogelijk zijn en neemt initiatief om hiermee aan de slag te gaan. Daarnaast communiceer je makkelijk met verschillende teams en blijf je rustig wanneer situaties nog niet volledig duidelijk zijn.

Job Title: Customer Success Agent (Administrative and Billing Focus)
Purpose of the Role
The Customer Success Agent is responsible for processing customer requests and managing administrative processes related to SIM cards, contracts, customer data, and billing.
The role focuses on maintaining and improving daily operational processes while ensuring smooth and customer-oriented service delivery. You work closely with Sales, Support, Finance, and Operations.
You ensure that orders are processed correctly, customer data remains up to date, billing is checked accurately, and customers are assisted professionally and in a timely manner, even in an environment where processes are still evolving.
Position Within the Organization
The Customer Success Agent reports to the Head of Operations and works closely on a daily basis with the Customer Success team, Sales, Support, Finance, and Network Operations.
The Customer Success Agent works under the guidance of the Lead Customer Success Agent, who is responsible for coaching, team coordination, and further structuring processes.

Administratie: Je speelt een cruciale rol in het soepel laten verlopen van de maandelijkse betalingen en zorgt ervoor dat onze HR-systemen, zoals Workday, altijd up-to-date zijn.

During this Fast Track to Leadership program, you’ll dive into all operational aspects of Picnic. We’ll coach you to become a true leader in one of our Fulfilment Centers and teach you to supervise 100+ people per day. Additionally you will get more and more project responsibility over time, helping to increase the overall efficiency in our FC’s and supply chain. You can take complete ownership over those projects, but don’t worry, it’s OK to make mistakes!
You will develop your soft skills through training sessions and on the job learning, related to topics such as: providing constructive feedback, getting to know your own leadership style, and managing projects from A to Z. Next to that you will improve your hard skills by the use of our tech and analytical tools.
Traineeship Year 1: Building expertise and leadership skills
Onboarding: One-month immersive training with fellow trainees, workshops, real improvement cases, and site visits to expand your network and supply chain knowledge.
Operational Management: Rotate through leadership roles in Fulfilment, receive mentorship, and take ownership of operations within two months..
Analytics: Use floor insights to lead improvement projects, boost efficiency, and customize your development with your team lead.
Leadership: Become a team lead at your FC, receive training on delivering feedback, recruit new employees, and develop your people skills.
Traineeship Year 2: Leading for impact
International experience: Opportunity to work at an international Fulfilment Centre (e.g., Paris, Berlin, Hamburg), sharing insights and learning from global teams.
Taking ownership: Engage in larger projects covering various aspects of our supply chain, such as optimizing purchasing orders or supporting the launch of new automated FCs or DCs. Leverage your insider knowledge and data-driven project management skills to elevate Picnic's supply chain to the next level.
Future Opportunities: upon completing the Fast Track to Leadership program, you can step into the role of an experienced Operations Manager or explore various supply chain leadership options within Picnic.
You are a Master's degree graduate with a specific interest in logistics and supply chain
You have 0-2 years of full-time work experience
You gained your first leadership experience with for example a board year, committee work, or voluntary projects
You're fluent in English
You possess strong analytical skills making you able to quickly grasp numerical data

Food and drinks are at the heart of The Social Hub experience, and you’ll be the one making it all happen. As our F&B Manager, you’ll lead the outlets across restaurant, bar, café, and events, making sure guests leave with stories to tell and reasons to come back. You’ll work side by side with our Head Chef to keep service and kitchen in sync, while building a motivated team that knows how to deliver quality with energy. You’ll also keep a close eye on budgets and performance without losing sight of the guest experience.
This role is all about balancing creativity, operations, and people leadership. If you’re a coach at heart, a strategist by nature, and thrive on empowering others to shine: This is your playground.
