Principales responsabilidades:
1. Implementación de soluciones Cloud
- Configurar, desplegar y dar soporte a la infraestructura en la nube, asegurando alineación con las especificaciones de diseño.
- Utilizar herramientas de automatización e infraestructura como código para la creación y gestión de entornos Cloud.
- Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo DevOps para integrar pipelines de CI/CD, permitiendo una entrega ágil de la infraestructura.
- Implementar políticas y soluciones de seguridad Cloud para la protección de datos y recursos.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de normativas y mejores prácticas de seguridad.
2. Colaboración y comunicación
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar la eficacia de las soluciones Cloud implementadas.
- Mantener documentación clara y detallada sobre arquitectura, configuraciones y procesos.
- Apoyar la creación de arquitecturas de referencia que incluyan servicios de almacenamiento, redes, bases de datos y cómputo.
3. Actualización continua
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias, nuevas tecnologías y buenas prácticas en entornos Cloud.
- Título de tercer nivel en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en roles similares.
- Experiencia deseable en empresas del sector financiero.
- Plataformas Cloud: familiaridad con AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
- Servicios Cloud: comprensión de IaaS, PaaS y SaaS.
- Automatización / IaC: uso de herramientas como Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure ARM.
- Seguridad en la nube: mejores prácticas de seguridad y compliance.
- Redes y conectividad: redes virtuales, VPNs y conectividad entre nubes.
- DevOps y CI/CD: experiencia con herramientas de integración y entrega continua (Azure DevOps).
- Contenedores y orquestación: conocimientos de Docker y Kubernetes.
- Monitoreo y gestión: uso de herramientas como CloudWatch (AWS), Azure Monitor o Stackdriver (GCP).

- You have experience with the Databricks platform.

- Working with data excites you; You have created Big Data architecture, can build and operate data pipelines, and maintain data storage, all within distributed systems.
- You have a deep understanding of data modeling and experience with modern data engineering tools and platforms.
- You have experience in writing clean, high-quality code using the preferred programming language.
- You have built and deployed large-scale data pipelines and data-centric applications using any of the distributed storage platforms and distributed processing platforms in a production setting.
- You have experience with data visualization techniques and can communicate the insights as per the audience.
- You have experience with data-driven approaches and can apply data security and privacy strategy to solve business problems.
- You have experience with different types of databases (i.e.: SQL, NoSQL, data lake, data schemas, etc.).

JOB PURPOSE
The role of Staff or Experienced IT Auditor includes the execution of client engagements and internal activities related to SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 examinations, HIPAA assessments, and external audits of other security and privacy frameworks/standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform the day-to-day activities of IT audit engagements (SOC 1, SOC 2, HIPAA), and readiness assessments under the direction of a member of the management team.
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls
- Identifies and communicates IT audit findings to management
- Help identify performance improvement opportunities for assigned clients
- Communicate effectively with the clients and team members
- Lead client meetings and foster client relationships through proactive communication
- Provide weekly status reports to management
- Proactively communicate to management regarding any potential issues
SKILLS
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively.
- A high degree of motivation.
- Spanish is a plus.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, cybersecurity, or management information systems.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year of experience performing IT audit engagements at a Big 4 or other audit/consulting firm.
- Experience using GRC and compliance automation tools (Vanta, Drata, Secureframe) is a plus.
TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Contractor), you will develop advanced solutions using cutting-edge technologies, including cloud-based services, containerization, AI-driven features, adaptive process automation, and more. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Python and Javascript (React and Node).
- Experience in AI/ML-focused roles is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Delivery principles and techniques, including unit testing and build & deploy pipelines.
- Demonstrated expertise with data store and cloud technologies, ideally within a microservice architecture (AWS, azure, mongodb)
- Good level of English (Mandatory)
- Experience in the banking or fintech industry is desirable.

On our team, you will be in the middle of it all – implementing new functionality, squashing bugs, testing and deploying, monitoring and supporting mission-critical systems, and continually growing as an engineer.
What you’ll do:
- Own and drive system design and architecture decisions
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of AI solutions
- Write, test, and deploy efficient, scalable code to a production environment that impacts millions of users.
- Generate ideas for process improvement, initiatives, and new technologies.
- Collaborate with product and design on new initiatives and features
What you’ll need:
