The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our revenue engine. You’ll report directly to the CRO and own the systems, data, and processes that keep our go-to-market running efficiently.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role you won’t be managing a team initially, but you’ll have significant influence on how we scale.

What You’ll Own

HubSpot Administration & Hygiene

• Own HubSpot as the system of record across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Design and enforce data standards, lifecycle stages, deal stage definitions, and field governance
• Build and maintain workflows, sequences, custom properties, and integrations
• Audit CRM health proactively and resolve data quality issues before they impact reporting

Pipeline Management

• Partner with AEs, BDRs, and CSMs to maintain pipeline accuracy and deal hygiene
• Build and manage pipeline review cadences and frameworks
• Identify coverage gaps, velocity issues, and at-risk deals — surface them to the CRO in real time

Reporting & Dashboards

• Build and maintain executive dashboards covering pipeline, bookings, revenue, and customer success metrics
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages for the CRO and founders
• Own funnel analytics from lead through close, including partner-sourced and influenced attribution

Revenue Forecasting & Planning

• Build and maintain rolling revenue forecasts and scenario models (upside, base, downside)
• Support capacity planning, quota setting, and territory design in partnership with the CRO
• Model the impact of headcount changes, pricing shifts, and partner contributions on revenue outcomes

What We are Looking For

Must-Haves

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related function
• Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise — you’ve built it from the ground up or significantly rebuilt it
• Strong instincts for data hygiene — bad data offends you
• Experience building revenue forecasts and models (spreadsheet-native, ideally with HubSpot integration)
• Fluent in English and able to work Eastern Time hours
• Comfortable reporting directly to a CRO and operating with high autonomy

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment tools
• Exposure to commission and comp plan modeling (quota design, accelerators, SPIFFs)
• Background in B2B SaaS, professional services, or cybersecurity

JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Manager SOC 2 oversees multiple System and Organisation Controls (SOC) examination engagements within the firm’s assurance practice. This role manages the planning, execution, and delivery of  SOC2 attestation engagements, ensuring compliance with AICPA attestation standards and firm quality requirements. 

The Senior Manager serves as a key client contact, guiding SOC reporting requirements, control design, and compliance expectations. This role oversees engagement teams, reviews technical work, and ensures high-quality delivery across engagements. 

In addition to engagement delivery, the Senior Manager supports practice growth, contributes to business development efforts, and plays a critical role in developing Managers and junior staff within the SOC practice. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Engagement Leadership 
• Manage and oversee SOC 2 examination engagements from planning through report delivery 
• Coordinate multiple concurrent engagements while ensuring adherence to AICPA attestation standards (SSAE 18 / AT-C 205 / AT-C 320) 
• Develop engagement plans, timelines, and resource allocations 
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables and high-quality engagement outcomes 
• Serve as the primary day-to-day engagement lead responsible for execution and client coordination 

Technical Oversight and Assurance Quality 

• Apply subject matter expertise in: 
• SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria 
• Internal control frameworks and IT control environments 
• Review control testing procedures, workpapers, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness 
• Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness across client environments 
• Ensure engagement documentation complies with firm methodology and quality standards 
• Identify and escalate technical or compliance issues to senior leadership 

Client Advisory and Relationship Management 

• Act as a primary point of contact for client teams during engagements 
• Lead client walkthroughs, status meetings, and control discussions 
• Communicate engagement progress, findings, and recommendations clearly to client stakeholders 
• Guide SOC readiness, remediation, and control improvements 
• Support the resolution of client issues and ensure a positive engagement experience 

Report Review and Delivery 

• Review SOC reports, management assertions, and supporting documentation 
• Ensure deliverables meet AICPA reporting standards and firm quality expectations 
• Coordinate with Associate Directors/Directors for final review and issuance 
• Ensure timely delivery of reports and client communications 

Practice Support and Business Development 

• Support business development initiatives, including: 
• Proposal preparation 
• Scoping discussions 
• Client presentations 
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts 
• Contribute to the development of methodologies, templates, and best practices 
• Support continuous improvement of engagement processes and tools 

Team Leadership and Mentorship 

• Manage and mentor Managers, Seniors, and Associates across engagements

• Review staff work and provide performance feedback

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field 
• 5+ years of experience in audit, assurance, cybersecurity compliance, or risk advisory 
• Significant experience performing and managing SOC 1 and SOC 2 engagements 
• Strong knowledge of AICPA attestation standards and SOC reporting frameworks 
• Experience managing multiple engagements and leading engagement teams 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY

The ISO Analyst supports the audit and assurance teams in performing ISO 27001 certification assessments and related information security audits. Working under the supervision of an Auditor, Lead Auditor, or Manager, the ISO Analyst assists in audit planning, evidence review, report preparation, and overall quality assurance.

This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a foundational understanding of management systems and information security principles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

General Audit Support

• Ensure that all internal processes are followed correctly and consistently.

• Assist in the creation of audit programs and plans for clients and upcoming audits.

• Support evidence classification, review, and sampling activities.

• Take detailed notes during audits and assist in preparing high-quality reports.

• Send recap and follow-up communications as required.

• Collect statistics and support KPI reporting.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels using professional language and terminology.

• Maintain ethics, fairness, and accuracy in all audit documentation and reporting.

• Protect confidentiality of personally identifiable information (PII) and intellectual property (IP) belonging to both the firm and clients.

• Demonstrate professionalism and responsibility in all interactions.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

• Handle client ingestion and onboarding activities.

• Perform HubSpot data scrubbing and updates.

• Register new engagements in Asana and coordinate Insight ONE transfers (in or out).

• Create SharePoint folders and upload Evidence Lists (EL).

• Follow up on CUP (Client Upload Portal) submissions.

Audit Planning Support (in collaboration with the ISO Manager)

• Follow up on CUP status and pending uploads.

• Send planning call recaps and assist with scheduling.

• Communicate auditor assignments and update Asana tasks.

• Collect and report metrics on Turnaround Time (TAT) for audit plan delivery.

Audit Execution Support (in collaboration with ISO Auditors)

• Ensure auditors have access to necessary GRC platforms and client systems.

Audit Reporting & Quality Assurance (in collaboration with ISO Manager)

• Collect metrics on TAT for archive submissions.

• Register findings in the Universal Registry of Findings.

• Complete archive QA forms and support non-technical QA reviews, including:

  • Audit Report

  • Audit Plan

  • Audit Program

  • Registry of Findings

Certificate & Registry Management

• Handle certificate registration in the appropriate database.

• Maintain IAF CertSearch registrations and updates.
