Customers benefit from our tech-enabled tool tracking, site-wide communication solutions, and expert services, including tool testing, repair, and certification. We also offer consumables and industrial supplies to accompany job sites, along with communication solutions to keep projects connected.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead by example and inspire others to perform to their highest potential, maintaining a professional appearance at all times
- Ensure maximum branch performance and manage operations to maximize the financial success of the branch office.
- Ensure branches in your region are successfully conducting safety and property audits each month
- Assist with your region's branch logistical management as needed
- Monitor metrics including, but not limited to: equipment utilization; underperforming assets; warranty recovery; billed mechanical hours; aged receivables and customer satisfaction
- Assist with purchase order and requisition processing as needed
- Assist with vendor management and vendor onboarding processes as needed
- Identify areas of conflict and improvement across district and determine and implement the appropriate solution for the situation
- Establish reasonable and measurable goals with well-defined expectations for your team members

We’re hiring a Territory Account Manager at our Tooling Solutions rental facility in Baltimore MD , and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Territory Account Managers will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Tooling Solutions branches offer industrial tooling rentals including power tools, pneumatic tools, hand tools, and more.
Pay: $150,000 - $600,000 Total Compensation ($52,000 base salary + Uncapped commission with no market restrictions)
Primary Responsibilities
- Produce revenue inside facilities by signing contracts or acquiring an MSA
- Generate revenue by renting direct to non-contract facilities
- Work with local industrial reps in multiple markets
- Gather all information on requirements to facilitate RFQs
- Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests
- Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Tell them about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently. In other words, educate them on how EquipmentShare solves their problems!
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare. Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.
- Frequent travel: Must be able to physically visit locations within assigned territory.
- Manages and supports job site activities and projects with remote and on site involvement.
- Assists with Equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.

Project Mechanical Engineer IV

- Perform and direct complex design of ductwork, piping and equipment selection for HVAC systems for large scale size buildings. Able to work independently in all Mechanical disciplines with no oversight or guidance. As necessary assist with Plumbing and Fire Protection Designs.
- Oversee, guide, mentor and provide technical leadership to designers and engineering team.
- Direct the work of less experienced staff including the development and presentation of annual performance reviews.
- May serve in the QAQC process and an independent reviewer.
- Interface effectively with clients and members of the design team.
- Oversee the use of engineering complexities related to the use Energy Model software.
- Prepare Revit/BIM modeling of construction drawings of HVAC systems from schematic design to construction administration phases including layout, sketches and detail drawings as required. As necessary perform Revit/BIM modeling for plumbing and fire protection systems.
- Specify mechanical equipment such as boilers, chillers, and air handling units.
- Review and accept selective shop drawings for compliance of specifications and contract documents.
- Interface effectively with clients and members of the project team and attend Owner, Architect, Construction Administration (OAC) meetings with an understanding and focus on the project budget.
- Participate or lead value engineering sessions with Architectural/Engineering team.
- Recommend improvements with reference standards and processes to improve quality, coordination, and to streamline production efforts.
- Conduct staff development activities including work planning, budget development, scheduling in conjunction with the Project Manager.
- Respond to RFI’s and review of change orders in the preparation of construction documents.
- Conduct job site visits to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress. Attend and participate in construction meetings. Site visits frequently require a physical walk-through of site.
- Represents company in project activities; directs activities of project team members; represents company in business development and marketing activities. May serve on internal and/or professional committees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience required.
- Current PE in the United States required.
- LEED accreditation preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Life Safety Codes
- Ability to work independently in all mechanical disciplines with no oversight or guidance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a critical thinker.
- Must be highly analytical.
- Must have the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Must be a fully qualified professional able to perform work with a high degree of latitude, with some ambiguity in work.
- Able to effectively handle multiple projects.
- Experience in computer applications for engineering design programs (i.e. Revit, Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus) required.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in alternative delivery projects with increasing responsibility.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects ($500M+).
- Experience with Alternative Delivery methods such as DB, CMGC, Progressive DB, and P3.
- Strong understanding of design development, construction estimating, and construction methods.
- Experience with scheduling software (Microsoft Project, P-6).
- Knowledge of HCSS and civil project field experience.
- Ability to travel as needed for projects.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Experience with state DOTs is highly valuable.

Project Manager (Construction)
House Buyers of America is looking for a Field Manager who will be responsible for the project management of our home renovations. This person will oversee all aspects of 5-10 projects per month including bidding out jobs, permitting work and ensuring everything is completed according to the project timeline. This person will drive to and work from different job sites scattered throughout the greater DMV Area area therefore you must live in Maryland, DC or Virginia. We do not have a corporate office to report into. This is a field based role.
What you will do:
- Manage and complete 5-10 projects per month according to the set project timeline
- Recruit contractors and manage contracts for all trades and subcontractors
- Strive to complete projects below budget and seek ways to reduce costs and streamline the construction process
- Manage project timeline, respond to all inspections
- Deliver equipment to job sites if needed
- Conduct final inspections of homes to ensure all work was completed properly and take detailed photos of the property
About You:
- You have 5+ years of real estate project management experience in home building, home renovations or insurance restoration
- You have excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher

S&B USA Construction (part of Shikun & Binui Group) is seeking a highly experienced Project Director – Design-Build Construction Manager (DBCM) to lead the successful delivery of large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects ranging from $500M to $2B+. This senior executive role will be responsible for overseeing all phases of progressive design-build and alternative delivery models (P3, DB, DBF, DBFOM), ensuring that projects meet budget, schedule, safety, quality, and stakeholder expectations. The DBCM will serve as the primary point of accountability in the field, managing construction from pre-construction through final acceptance, while coordinating closely with owners, partners, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil/transportation construction, including at least 10 years in senior leadership roles (Project Director, COO, VP). A proven track record of delivering major infrastructure projects—particularly highways, interchanges, managed lanes, or rail—under alternative delivery and P3 models is essential. Strong knowledge of DOT standards (e.g., TDOT, GDOT, VDOT), project controls, Primavera P6, and digital construction tools is required. This role demands a collaborative leader with outstanding communication, risk management, and team development capabilities. An advanced degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required; MBA or executive education is preferred.
Location & Travel

This is a hands-on, player/coach role responsible for leading the transaction team while managing a personal pipeline in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. What you will do
- Manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract ratification through settlement
- Supervise, train, and performance-manage Transaction Coordinators / Settlement Processors
- Establish, track, and manage KPIs for all team members
- Hire, supervise, train and mentor Transaction Coordinators
- Develop and update all policies and procedures, including creating video and written training documents
- Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed
- Personally manage a portfolio of transactions while reviewing teamwork for accuracy and timelines
- Review contracts, addenda, and HUD / Closing Disclosure statements for accuracy
- Request loans for new acquisitions and coordinate with lenders
- Manage construction loan draw requests in partnership with the Construction team
- Oversee all property listings, including procuring professional photography and virtual staging
- Ensure high quality, accuracy, and completeness of all listings across MLS and other platforms
- Ensure the company CRM is updated consistently and accurately for all transactions
- Serve as the escalation point for transaction issues; push back and escalate with title companies, lenders, or other parties when needed to get results
- Solve complex transaction problems involving title defects, surveys, utilities, seller challenges, or other complications
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Construction teams to ensure smooth handoffs and timely closings
- Assist with market expansion efforts, including sourcing and managing title company relationships and 3rd party brokers
- Maintain a high level of customer service for buyers, sellers, and partners
- Assist with hiring and managing 3rd party property managers to manage our rental portfolio

S&B Construction is seeking an Estimating Manager with strong experience in the Heavy Highway / Heavy Civil industry. The ideal candidate will bring a focus on project costs, construction means and methods, and innovative strategies to win bids.
Extensive experience with alternative delivery methods - such as design-build, best value, CMGC/CMAR, and/or P3 is highly preferred.

What you will do:
- Thoroughly review and understand the project specifications and drawings.
- Exhibit a good understanding of how the owner pays for the Schedule of Values.
- Produce accurate take-offs and pricing of Heavy Highway / Heavy Civil components.
- Complete cost estimates on project from $10M to $500M+ price range.
- Solicit subcontractors and vendors for quotations.
- Prepare/manage Minority Participation matrix.
- Analyze self-perform activities versus subcontracted.
- Prepare/assist in creating construction schedules.
- Prepare/analyze equipment utilization schedule.
- Update databases with labor rates, vendor plug values and equipment rates.
- Complete cost estimates for assigned scopes of work on larger projects.
- Provide mentoring for less experienced estimators.
- Manage a group of assisting estimators.
- Exhibit good communication skills with internal staff, subcontractors, vendors, client representation, etc. maintaining ethical standards.
- Manage Joint Venture estimates.
- Identify risks and opportunities for projects.
- Coordinate quantity and cost comparison with Joint Venture Partners.
To be successful in this role:
Required:
- 4-year Engineering Degree or equivalent
- Estimating experience
- Technical training and /or related experience
- Advanced math and computer skills
Preferred:
- 10 years working in the field of Heavy Highway / Heavy Civil projects
- Design Build/ P3 Experience
- HCSS Heavy Bid, Microsoft products, Bluebeam, Smart Bid, Teams, Share Point, CADD, Viewpoint Vista & P6
- Experience estimating all types of projects/contracts
- Experience supervising others
