About Us:
reAlpha Tech Corp. (Nasdaq: AIRE) is a real estate technology company developing an end-to-end commission-free homebuying platform. Utilizing the power of AI and an acquisition-led growth strategy, reAlpha’s goal is to offer a more affordable, streamlined experience for those on the journey to homeownership in the US and globally.
Why Join Us?
At reAlpha, we’re transforming real estate with AI technology. Our team’s excellence drives our success, and we need your expertise. Join us to be part of a culture that values integrity, speed, and growth, where your work sets new industry standards.
An important note: Data shows that men on average apply for a role if they meet 3/10 requirements while women often only do so if it’s 10/10. We strive to clearly define our roles and expectations and encourage you to apply if you believe the opportunity aligns well with your skills and experience, even if it's not a perfect match.
reAlpha runs a lean product team and you'll carry real scope — this is not a role with a narrow lane. You'll execute on a portfolio of reAlpha products with a broad purview, owning the full execution layer end to end: from opportunity identification through design oversight, build, rollout, and optimization.
This role owns Growth — the surfaces that determine whether reAlpha converts and qualifies buyers: sign-up flows, onboarding, search, listing pages, tours, pre-qualification, and the Homebuying Hub. These surfaces run in parallel, and this PM is accountable for moving all of them. Lead volume and lead quality are the core metrics you'll own. You'll report directly to the COO while we bring on a new VP of Product.
This location is onsite in our Ohio office and cannot be done remotely.

MongoDB empowers innovators to create, transform, and disrupt industries by unleashing the power of software and data. Atlas is at the heart of our AI-ready data foundation. Atlas is a best-in-class, fully managed, multi-cloud database service that simplifies the complexities of deploying and managing highly available database deployments across multiple regions and cloud providers. Atlas offers vertically and horizontally scalability, built-in automation for optimizing workloads and resources, advanced observability and security features, and unmatched data distribution with over 125 regions available globally across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
This team is at the forefront of innovation, having brought to life some of the most exciting features we’ve launched in the past, such as multi-cloud databases, predictive autoscaling, and intelligent workload management. Furthermore, this team will continue to play a critical role as the platform expands to where developers need it most: AI search and retrieval, application development, and more.
This role can be based out of our Dublin office or remotely in the Ireland region.
Product Managers on the Atlas team work side-by-side with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to build scalability capabilities that our users trust and that work for the business. You’ll spend your time deeply understanding how customers grow their workloads, developing hypotheses about where scaling breaks down, and validating them with design solutions across Atlas and the MongoDB server. If you’re doing well, you will continuously be accelerating the rate at which our users can safely scale up, scale down, and horizontally scale their deployments.
Our engineering teams are responsible for ensuring that clusters can scale seamlessly as demand changes — from automatic vertical scaling to horizontal auto-scaling — while keeping customer operations and workloads highly available and performant. Achieving this requires clear scaling policies, strong observability into capacity and performance, and resilient mechanisms for rapid yet low-risk scaling actions across our distributed service.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with engineering to strengthen and standardize how clusters scale in Atlas — defining strategies and features that make scaling across our multi-tenant, globally distributed platform safe, predictable, and low-impact for customers, from underlying MongoDB server capabilities through to Atlas automation and APIs..

The Migrations team at MongoDB builds tools and experiences that help customers migrate from one MongoDB cluster to another MongoDB cluster, on‑prem or in Atlas. We own products like Atlas Live Migrate (ALM), standalone mongosync, and related database tools that power mission‑critical migrations.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end MongoDB‑to‑MongoDB migration experience. This is a high‑judgment, high‑stakes role. Migrations are the moment of maximum risk and maximum trust for our largest customers. When a migration goes well, a customer commits to the platform. When it goes badly, they question the relationship. You will own that moment.
We care less about whether you've worked on databases before and more about whether you're the kind of PM who can ramp fast on a hard technical domain, form a clear opinion about what needs to happen, and defend that opinion to senior engineers, field partners, and enterprise CTOs, especially when they disagree with you. Database and migration concepts are teachable. Judgment, conviction, and crispness are not.

MongoDB’s Developer Experience organization is responsible for ensuring developers across every major language ecosystem can use MongoDB seamlessly, intuitively, and idiomatically. We build and maintain the rich set of client libraries and integrations that serve as the primary interfaces to the database, spanning more than ten programming languages and frameworks.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager for Python Developer Experience who will champion MongoDB’s relationship with the Python community, ensuring Python developers and data scientists have the best possible experience using MongoDB. You’ll define the strategy and roadmap for our Python driver, integrations (such as with Django, Flask and FastAPI), and tooling, informed by the needs of the ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with a world-class, globally distributed engineering team, but your focus is outward: understanding and serving Python developers where they are.
You’re a strong fit if you have hands-on experience building with Python and can translate developer pain points into clear, actionable product direction. You thrive at the intersection of code and product, care deeply about developer experience, and have a passion for learning, experimentation, and community engagement.
You will own the strategic vision, product strategy, and roadmap for how MongoDB serves Python developers—defining how our portfolio of client libraries, framework integrations, and ecosystem partnerships should evolve to meet both current developer expectations and future trends in the Python ecosystem. Your work will shape how developers build with MongoDB, ensuring a seamless, idiomatic experience that balances short-term developer needs with long-term platform differentiation and secures MongoDB’s place at the center of modern Python stacks such as the FARM stack.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, documentation, DevRel, and community teams to deliver a cohesive developer experience, and act as a champion for the Python ecosystem within MongoDB. You’ll stay ahead of trends, identify strategic opportunities, and make evidence-based decisions that drive adoption and delight.
As part of onboarding, you will build and document an application using MongoDB and a Python framework of your choice to gain firsthand insight into the developer experience. You’ll also engage directly with community forums, conferences, and open-source contributors to deepen your understanding, validate direction, and build trust with developers.

We are seeking a Senior Staff engineer to design, build, and operate the internal and external Observability stack for the MongoDB platform. Tens of thousands of customers depend on our Observability stack to monitor their database clusters and to generate actionable alerts to safeguard critical workloads. This is an opportunity to join a team that is responsible for all Observability systems that support metrics, metric visualization, logs, traces, and alerts for MongoDB. We are looking for engineers with high standards, and experience in setting direction and technical leadership for large engineering teams in designing and operating complex distributed systems, with strict SLO on security, durability, availability and performance.
As MongoDB Atlas and its supporting infrastructure continue to experience rapid growth, the demand for high-cardinality observability data for internal and external use cases means we need to continually innovate and scale our systems to the next level.
