Job Summary

As a OTM Consultant (Oracle Transportation Manager)(19889) you will be responsible for supporting and delivering transportation solutions within Oracle Transportation Manager (OTM), covering key functionalities such as Order Management, Transportation Planning and Execution, Supply Chain Visibility and Event Management, Inventory Visibility, and Freight Bill Audit and Payment. You will manage and complete customer work packages while ensuring alignment with defined budgets, work plans, quality standards, and timelines, analyze and address client requirements using established templates, frameworks, and standard product functionalities, and collaborate with internal or external DevOps teams to deliver transportation project solution work packages and implement change requests.

Responsibilities and Duties

• The key purpose of this role is to gather requirement, solution design services and development of the transport solution for a broad range of projects and Support.
• Support the business project teams to determine IT solution requirements, CRP demonstrations, customer meetings, solution design
• Manage the implementation of IT project work packages in line with the DHL DevOps way of Working.
• Manage required IT development activity in line with the customer requirements. Ensure any development IT in accordance with supplier governance policies.
• Provide IT support as required for live customers (CRs, new releases etc.).
• Projects implementation, post warranty support and Go-live Support.
• Build effective relationships and maintain close liaison with business and IT by maintaining regular contact through the full project lifecycle.
• Undertake other projects and roles as required from time to time by senior management.
• Run business requirement and GAP analysis workshops for template based implementations.
• Build working relationships with Project team, customers, business and suppliers
• Development of test scenarios and scripts.
• Work with testing team to automate the Testing.
• Manage and/or perform IT testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Document user training to internal and customer teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Good understanding of transportation customer requirements and good technical understanding of solution capabilities e.g. OTM, Kewill.
• Good Knowledge on Agile and DevOps.
• General understanding of transport related ancillary systems and B2B integrated e.g. HERE, Transporeon, Centiro.
• Participates and organizes workshops & events.
• Preparation of solution design proposals from a commercial as well as a technical perspective.
• Advising / consulting to external customers.
• Coordinate, direct and oversee work package delivered by Specialists and/or suppliers
• Developing content for customer presentations and providing technical/functional content
• Years of Experience: 5-8 Years | 3-4 Full Life Cycle Implementation (At least one Implementation in Agile/DevOps) in Oracle Cloud.
• Geographical Experience: Experience implementing Transport solutions in latest Oracle Cloud at least two different regions.

Main Technical tools:

• Core OTM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of OTM modules (Shipment Management, Rate Management, Business Process Automation).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL, XML, and XSLT.
• OTM Tools: Experience with Workflow Agents, Integration Manager, and Screen Sets.
• Cloud Experience: Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud is highly preferred.
• -Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of transportation modes (FTL, LTL, Ocean, Air), multi-leg planning, and freight audit.

Major League Baseball is seeking a Coordinator, Drug Testing, Health & Safety Program to serve as a liaison for Major League Baseball’s drug program and player wellness initiatives across Latin America, and assisting with health, safety, and medical standards for players and academy personnel. The Coordinator will deliver educational programming, manage procedures, and coordinate health and safety resources throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for Major League Baseball’s drug program, player health and safety, mental health, and medical issues in Latin America, including but not limited to drug testing, substance use, emergency response procedures, athletic training, strength and conditioning, and nutritional standards.
• Support the development and delivery of in-person and virtual educational programming and materials on drug program, player health and safety, mental health, substance use, and medical issues for players, academy staff, trainers, international prospects, and family members in both English and Spanish.
• Provide and/or arrange for counseling, education and awareness resources for Minor League and International Amateur players throughout Latin American in response to mental health and substance use related matters or a positive test result for a prohibited substance under an MLB drug testing program.
• Work closely with MLB’s Joint Strength and Conditioning Director and Sports Registered Dietician on the implementation of policies, standards, best practices, and education with respect to nutrition, dietary supplements, and sports performance in Latin America.
• Perform disciplinary notifications under MLB drug programs for Minor League and International Amateur players located in Latin America.
• Assist with the processing of all disciplinary appeals under MLB drug programs in Latin America.
• Serve as a point of contact for drug program sample collection personnel and investigations in Latin America.
• Work with MLB’s medical consultants on the development, implementation and oversight of minimum medical standards, emergency procedures and player health policies at MLB facilities in Latin America
• Assist with coordination of drug testing and educational programming at international prospect showcases in the Dominican Republic and other Latin American countries as needed.
• Assist with the planning and coordination of large-scale health and medical meetings in the Dominican Republic for MLB Club and Academy personnel.
• Work closely with MLB’s Consultant on Behavioral Health and Addiction in the identification of and collaboration with mental health, substance use and addiction clinicians and other resources in Latin America.
• Provide general support and assistance to the Drug, Health and Safety group upon request.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s Degree or a Higher Level of Education in a relevant field from a competitive college or university (education and/or experience in a clinical mental health field preferred)
• Experience delivering in-person and virtual education programs
• Successfully demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and privacy of sensitive materials
• Strong administrative and organizational skills as well as the ability to work well under strict deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (required) and Spanish (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Power Point
• Willingness to travel

Salary Range: $22,000.00 - $25,000.00 (Base Salary) + Bonus
