We are seeking a high-caliber finance professional to serve as a key architect of our corporate financial strategy. This role requires a unique blend of technical modeling mastery and strategic foresight, as you will directly own the company’s cash forecasting, equity dilution models, and long-range planning integration. The ideal candidate is a "three-statement expert" who thrives in a high-growth, fluid environment and possesses the analytical rigor to manage complex balance sheet and liquidity workstreams. You must be a proactive problem-solver, capable of translating intricate financial data into clear, actionable insights. Beyond maintaining the status quo, you will be a champion for scaling our FP&A processes and leveraging tools like Adaptive Insights to enhance the sophistication of our global finance function.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the cash forecast during each monthly forecast cycle, including the annual planning cycle
• Maintain and evolve the WASO (Weighted Average Shares Outstanding) and EPS (Earnings per Share) model, including equity roll-forward schedules and dilution forecasting 
• Architect and update the Balance Sheet forecast, proactively monitoring leverage ratios and capital structure health
• Analyze interest expense trends and the impact of debt instruments on the overall P&L and cash position.
• Manage the Long-Range Planning (LRP) model, translating multi-year strategic initiatives into a cohesive financial outlook for various scenario analyses
• Act as the primary FP&A lead for Treasury support, providing data-driven insights for debt servicing, interest expense forecasting, and overall cash management.
• Support development of integrated modeling for CapEx and equipment lease forecasts in close collaboration with the COGS and Operations teams 
• Drive accountability for cash performance metrics, specifically owning the tracking and reporting of Adjusted FCF, Unlevered FCF, and Cash Generated metrics.
• Drive end-of-quarter Cash Flow analysis with Accounts Payable and Accounting to ensure accuracy, control over final pay runs, and weekly liquidity management. 
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual support for internal reporting and external earnings requirements related to equity, debt, and cash flow movements.
• Support the advancement of FP&A processes, Adaptive Insights planning system and related IT tools, and financial modeling to enhance the overall finance function
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial closes on a monthly basis
• Prepare presentations and key reporting to the Board of Directors and Executive Team
• Develop business cases and analysis to inform and support business and financial decisions
• Collaborate cross functionally to understand the financial impact of, and help prioritize, new business initiatives and investments

What We’ll Expect From You:

• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp and apply analytical concepts
• 2-3 years of investment banking experience (Tier 1 banks preferred)
• Foundational knowledge of GAAP, specifically as it relates to Cash Flow Statement classification
• Demonstrated ability to consistently work within fixed timeframes and meet deadlines
• Proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
• Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and precision; detail-oriented, highly-organized and resourceful
• Must have strong work ethic, team mentality, positive attitude, be highly-driven, self-motivated, have excellent business partnering skills and demonstrate internal stakeholder orientation
• Passion for technology and genuine desire to make meaningful contributions on a team with big aspirations
• Proactive, self-directed operator who demonstrates strong ownership mindset; comfortable working autonomously to drive initiatives and deliver results.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Final candidates will be required to complete a case study analysis during the final rounds.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in, or an aptitude to learn, Adaptive Insights including building models and reports
• Experience in financial forecasting, planning and analysis and operational budget management, preferably in a business partner facing role
• Experience in other tools/programming languages (Looker, SQL, VBA, Netsuite, Oracle, etc.)
• MBA is a plus

Position Summary    

SRS Acquiom is currently searching for a Shareholder Representative Imports Analyst who will be responsible for interpreting complicated post-closing payments allocation spreadsheets, creating guidelines, and manipulating data for import into the system of record. This function will drive the creation of standard procedures and perform the duties outlined below. Specific functional responsibility includes interpreting complex spreadsheets and analyzing the same against merger and agreement documentation, ensuring that all data imported to the system of record matches the source documents for each deal and that VIP holders receive confirmation. 

Location: This is either a hybrid position based in our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position within the Continental United States.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $65k and $72k, depending on experience level.

Primary Responsibilities    

• Interpret and audit post-closing allocation spreadsheets, create guidelines for interpretation of data, and manipulate data for import to the system of record 
• Manage multiple Shareholder Representative deals and track each deal through its phases, monitor progress, and keep everything moving forward.
• Import and export files for use in the system of record (NetSuite)
• Confirming that the data is imported accurately for reporting to shareholders
• Work with other teams to ensure the data received meets all requirements for import into the system of record
• Ensure Operations manuals and guidelines are updated and stay up to date so they can be relied upon for business continuation situations
• Manage vendor relationships and respond to vendor and shareholder inquiries in accordance with our Customer Service standards
• Complete recurring daily and weekly responsibilities on a rotation basis
• Provide updates and information to clients and colleagues in writing and on calls

 Required Qualifications & Skills  

• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 2-3 years financial operations analyst
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and formula writing, and interpretation required; VBA experience a plus
• Experience with sophisticated ERP systems and developing work streams and workarounds to accomplish the desired business task or requirement
• Experience working within a cross-functional and cross-geographical environment
• High awareness of operational risk, critical timelines, and of the complex nature of a financial operations environment, with an ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of the M&A process a plus
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities with strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work outside of business hours on an as-needed basis

What You Will Do  

The Solution Engineer is a strategic partner to support our customers and sales teams throughout the sales process by solving a broad set of technical and business activities. This role extends beyond pre-sales into post-sales enablement, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and long-term value realization for enterprise customers. 

Working closely with the sales team, this role is pivotal to shaping our customer onboarding process. This role focuses on aligning technical product capabilities, consulting on all technical aspects, supporting clients through deployments, to help drive measurable value for the customer.   

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and present technical materials that detail think-cell’s solution, deployment, and integration for clients. 

• Lead technical discovery and solution design, through deployment, adoption, and optimization, including scalable rollout strategies.  

• Lead deployment discussions with IT stakeholders, including architecture design, security alignment, and scalable rollout strategies across Windows and macOS environments 

• Manage inquiries related to data security for a Software as a Service product 

• Adjust XML Style Files to reflect customer PowerPoint design guidelines 

• Generate product presentations and provide tailored demonstrations of the product to customers, drawing on extensive think-cell product feature expertise.   

• Educate and assist sales teams, working in tandem with product management and sales enablement.  

You will be great for this position if you  

• Bachelor's  or master's degree in relevant field (i.e. Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering) 

• 2- 6 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Product specialist supporting sales in SaaS or similar roles, with stakeholder management experience. 

• Computer Science or Information Systems background, including XML, security, and deployment across Windows (Intune/SCCM/GPO) and macOS (JAMF/plist) 

• Skilled at developing captivating PowerPoint presentations. 

• Confident, polished communicator capable of simplifying complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences during technical customer demos and deployments. 

• Consultative and curious mindset in approach to problem-solving. Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues effectively.  

• Strong sales mindset with the ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate the product’s value to customers Ability to be proactive and forward thinking to anticipate customer needs 

• Technical exposure to VBA, python, and API  

• Hybrid work environment in Denver, CO office 3x a week, Tuesday – Thursday 

• You should be comfortable traveling to our headquarters in Berlin, Germany 1-2x per year.

Compensation: think-cell believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture. For this role, we anticipate paying in the range of 85-120k USD per year. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon the key aspects of each case, which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
