JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS required). Willingness to obtain/maintain RBT certification or applicable state ABA license. Enrollment in a BACB-verified course sequence and

Education:

• Proporcionar evaluaciones diagnósticas de salud mental, así como de psicoterapia individual, familiar, de juego, de pareja y/o de grupo, junto con intervención de crisis y apoyo para la gestión de casos a la persona/familia asignada.

• Desarrollar planes de tratamiento; Monitorear el avance del tratamiento y el seguimiento según se indique clínicamente.
• Facilitar el crecimiento y desarrollo del individuo y/o la familia con énfasis en las fortalezas, la cultura, la resiliencia y el bienestar.

• Colaborar con socios internos y externos para apoyar el crecimiento y el desarrollo de las personas a quienes servimos.
• Facilitar la coordinación de servicios para individuos/familias con necesidades suplementarias en los dominios de psiquiatría, de gestión de casos y médico.

• Mantener una documentación clínica precisa y oportuna de acuerdo con los estándares de WellPower.
• Participar en reuniones de equipo/departamento, capacitaciones y sesiones de supervisión según sea necesario.
• Mantener un ambiente de bienestar informado sobre el trauma.
• Realizar otras tareas que se le asignen.

EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA:

• Se requiere una maestría en psicología, trabajo social, consejería u otro campo de servicios humanos.
• Se prefiere tener licencia o en proceso para obtener la licencia dentro de los 6 meses posteriores a su contratación.
• Se prefiere de 1 a 2 años de experiencia en salud mental o servicios humanos.
• Ser bilingüe en inglés y español.

MÁQUINAS Y EQUIPO QUE SE UTILIZARÁN: Computadoras, calculadoras, máquinas de fax, fotocopiadoras, teléfono y una variedad de otros equipos de oficina/administrativos.

EXIGENCIAS FÍSICAS Y MENTALES HABITUALES:

Capacidad para sentarse, pararse, agacharse y alcanzar, conducir, operar equipos de oficina comunes como teléfonos, computadoras, máquinas de fax, fotocopiadoras/impresoras y otras máquinas de negocios. Ocasionalmente levantar hasta 40 libras.Capacidad para dar, recibir y analizar información, formular planes de trabajo, preparar materiales escritos y articular metas y planes de acción. Debe ser capaz de comprender a las personas de diferentes orígenes y ser capaz de comunicarse con ellas de manera efectiva.

CONDICIONES LABORALES: 40 horas por semana - El equipo actualmente trabaja en un horario híbrido y la mayoría del equipo que trabaja a tiempo completo, trabaja al menos 3 días a la semana en persona. El trabajo presencial se lleva a cabo en la ubicación de WellPower en Dahlia Campus for Health and Wellbeing 3401 Eudora St, Denver, CO 80207 y en las oficinas compartidas en los sitios de los socios comunitarios
