Experience with real estate investment products, 1031 exchange offerings, or non-traded REITs is a meaningful plus, but not a prerequisite. This person is both a creative leader and a disciplined operator—able to build durable marketing infrastructure while moving quickly to support active fundraising and broader firm-building initiatives.
