As a Junior International Sourcing Manager, you will act as the bridge between product and procurement teams, managing communication between local and international stakeholders. Sitting within local/regional teams, you will own the end-to-end process from new ingredient requests through onboarding, ensuring efficient sourcing of new ingredients into your market to drive innovation and improve customer experience.

Working in collaboration with Category Managers, you will identify cross-market sourcing opportunities to onboard NID SKUs into the portfolio more efficiently. You will work closely with local Ingredient, Culinary, FSQA, and Supply Chain Operations (SCO) teams to facilitate onboarding while acting as gatekeeper for all requests, ensuring no unnecessary complexity is introduced into operations.

This role reports to the International Team Lead Sourcing, with a dotted line to the local Head of Culinary, and includes regular interaction with international stakeholders and peer Sourcing Managers across HelloFresh markets. This role is offered as a 1-year contract with the potential for extension.

What You’ll Do: The Recipe

• Lead project management for new ingredient requests across Culinary, Product, and Procurement teams

• Own the workflow for new ingredient requests once handed over from Product Operations, acting as gatekeeper to ensure strict adherence to standardized processes, including progression or rejection decisions

• Align with the local NID/Ingredient Specialist to ensure sourcing tasks are completed on time and in line with the critical path

• Act as gatekeeper for all NID requests, ensuring only SKUs that pass Gate 2 (feasibility) progress to Culinary SKU testing

• Review all new ingredient requisition proposals in market for completeness before connecting with local suppliers or handing over to Category Managers for sourcing/tender (if multi-market)

• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication between local and international teams to ensure consistency in NID approach across markets

• Coordinate new developments with Category Managers, sensory testing, Culinary, FSQA, and other markets

• Facilitate speedy SKU onboarding while ensuring coordination of new SKU creation across markets, including reviewing existing alternatives in the global portfolio

• Support Category Managers in cost-saving initiatives through improved SKU catalog management and identifying opportunities for SKU consolidation/rationalization or sourcing from existing international catalogs

• Support SKU improvement initiatives with Culinary and Quality teams to optimize specifications or formulations for better ingredient performance

THE ROLE

Everpure is seeking a Cloud and Data Services Account Executive to accelerate growth of the Portworx and Everpure Cloud across our EMEA (North) accounts. You will own a number of named customers and prospects, build and execute multi year account plans, and drive platform adoption with a focus on business outcomes such as resilience, risk reduction, faster application delivery, and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with cross functional teams across Everpure and the Cloud and Data Services team, including Systems Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, Partner teams, Product, and field leadership. This is a high impact individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, disciplined execution, and customer intimacy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and commercial accounts, delivering against annual and multi year revenue targets.
• Build and execute account plans that map buying centres, application priorities, Kubernetes roadmaps, and transformation programmes.
• Develop executive relationships across CIO, CTO, CISO, Head of Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, SRE, and Application leaders.
• Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through close, including security, risk, procurement, architecture review, and legal processes.
• Position Portworx around measurable outcomes: application resilience, ransomware recovery, data protection, regulatory compliance, cloud portability, and modernisation at scale.
• Orchestrate account teams and partner ecosystems, including GSIs, cloud providers, and regional partners, to drive pipeline creation and deal execution.
• Run a rigorous, value based sales process tailored to cloud native software, with accurate forecasting and strong hygiene in Salesforce and forecasting tools.
• Partner with Customer Experience to expand adoption post sale, identify expansion triggers, and build customer advocacy within the Manufacturing and Automotive community.
• Stay ahead of competitive dynamics in Kubernetes data services, backup and recovery, and container storage, using insights to sharpen strategy and messaging.
• Represent Portworx in customer meetings and relevant industry events, with a field first mindset.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of closing and expanding high value, multi stakeholder deals in large organisations.
• Demonstrable experience selling into commercial & enterprise accounts, with an understanding of procurement, governance, risk, and security requirements.
• Strong grasp of cloud native concepts and the Kubernetes ecosystem, plus the ability to credibly engage architects and platform teams.
• Experience selling to both technical and executive stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into business value and risk outcomes.
• Disciplined pipeline generation, qualification, deal management, and forecasting, with strong operational habits in SFDC.
• Comfort working in a matrixed environment, influencing cross functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong communication and programme management skills, with clear account planning and stakeholder alignment.
• A customer first mindset and a bias for action, with resilience and curiosity.
• Business proficiency in both local language (Dutch, Swedish or Danish) and English.
