ABOUT THE UX DESIGNER ROLE:

WIN is looking for a UX Designer to join our growing team in India. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

This role requires a strong user-first mindset and the ability to simplify complex problems into elegant design solutions. You will contribute across the full UX lifecycle - from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas using modern tools, including AI-assisted design workflows
• Leverage AI tools to move from concept to prototype in hours, not days
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centric solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and improve designs
• Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and evolving product requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Familiarity with AI-powered design, prototyping, or research tools to accelerate workflows
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively
• Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment

About This Role

Most frontend roles ask you to ship features. This one asks you to ship features and build the system that lets QEs, PMs, and designers ship them too - safely, independently, with AI as the connective tissue. The Manifest engineering team already runs on AI-assisted workflows. The infrastructure exists in pieces. You'll complete it, maintain it, and raise the ceiling on what each function can do without engineering in the loop. AI is not the tool you use on the side. It is the medium you work in, and the capability you extend to everyone around you.

What will you own

You own the frontend - not just the code you write, but the system that lets everyone around you contribute to it. That means building features, and it means building the workflows, conventions, and guardrails that let QEs test independently, PMs contribute safely, and designers move from design to something real without waiting in a queue.

The measure of success here is not your personal output. It is how much the team around you can do because of what you built.

Concretely, that looks like:

• The shared AI conventions that keep tooling output consistent across the codebase, whoever is driving
• A skills library that encodes Angular patterns, API contracts, and business logic into workflows anyone on the team can invoke
• Safe zones and guardrails that let non-engineers contribute without creating engineering cleanup
• Design-to-code workflows that unblock designers without dev involvement
• A feedback loop with QEs, PMs, and designers - you hear where things break and you fix them

What success looks like

30 days. You've mapped the frontend architecture and the current cross-functional AI workflows. You know where the codebase is strong, where debt sits, and where QEs, PMs, and designers are getting stuck or falling back on engineering. You have a point of view on what to fix first.

90 days. The skills library has grown. QEs are generating test scaffolds from specs without filing requests to engineering. PMs are making frontend contributions inside defined safe zones with confidence. Designers have a clearer path from Figma to something testable. AI tooling output across the team is more consistent because of conventions you put in place.

6 months. Cross-functional AI workflows are a genuine productivity multiplier - not a set of experiments. Feature cycles are shorter because more of the team can move through more of the process independently. The frontend itself is faster, more reliable, and better structured. Saige and Explore's AI surfaces feel like first-class product experiences, not features the frontend barely holds together. The engineers, QEs, PMs, and designers working in this system are glad you built it the way you did.

About You

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience

Experience

• 1–3 years of hands-on Angular experience - real projects you've built and shipped, even if not at large scale
• Solid TypeScript fundamentals and genuine curiosity about how the browser works as a runtime
• Active fluency with AI-assisted coding tools in your day-to-day work - you use them seriously, not occasionally
• The instinct to think about how your work affects the people around you, not just the ticket in front of you
• A communicator who can hold a useful conversation with a designer, a QE, or a PM - and follow through without being chased

Strong nice-to-haves

• Any exposure to AI-facing UIs - streaming output, recommendation surfaces, or agent interfaces - even in side projects
• Experience or genuine interest in developer experience: documentation, shared patterns, making codebases easier for others to work in
• Early signs of cross-functional thinking - instances where you made something easier for a non-engineer, even informally

About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Airtable Builder/Designer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining Airtable solutions to support business processes and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in dashboard building either Salesforce, or Airtable development and data analysis, with strong technical skills in automation, data workflows, and stakeholder coordination.

• Develop Airtable end to end products to enable our internals to manage their work:

This is a hands-on IC role where you will be the primary creative force behind our video output, setting the standard for quality, pacing, and visual storytelling at scale.

From performance ads and social-first content to product explainers, brand campaigns, and event highlight reels, your work will directly reach millions of students, counselors, educators, and institutions globally. We need someone who brings both deep post-production craft and strategic creative thinking — someone who can independently interpret a brief, make confident editorial decisions, and elevate every frame of content that carries the Cialfo name.

• Own end-to-end post-production for digital marketing campaigns, product launches, brand storytelling, and performance marketing — from raw footage assembly through to final export
• Produce high-impact video content across all major formats and platforms: social media, paid advertising, YouTube, email, website, and live event experiences
• Apply motion graphics, typography animation, and visual effects to elevate storytelling beyond basic cuts — working natively in After Effects as needed
• Manage the full post-production pipeline: rough cut, sound design, color correction and grading, subtitle and captioning, and platform-optimized exports
• Maintain and evolve Manifest Global's video brand language — ensuring visual consistency, tonal accuracy, and narrative coherence across all video touchpoints

You will conceptualize and craft motion-led assets that span performance advertising, product explainers, social media, and live event experiences — work that directly reaches millions of students, counselors, educators, and institutions globally. We're looking for someone who brings both technical mastery and a strong creative point of view: someone who can independently take a brief from concept to final delivery, elevate the work of those around them, and evolve Cialfo's motion identity as the brand scales.

• Own the end-to-end creation of high-quality motion graphics and animated assets for digital marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, and events — from concept through to final export.
• Develop and maintain Manifest Global's motion design language, ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity across all animated touchpoints.
• Produce animated explainers, promotional videos, performance ads, social-first content, and branded motion systems.

You will be the primary creative force behind compelling, publication-ready work across every major marketing touchpoint: digital advertising, social media, email, print, events, interactive experiences, and corporate collateral. Your work will directly touch millions of students, counselors, educators, and institutions worldwide.

We're looking for someone who brings both craft mastery and strategic brand thinking — someone who can execute independently at a high level, self-direct under ambiguity, and raise the creative bar across the team.

• Lead the design and production of high-quality creatives for digital marketing campaigns, event experiences, interactive activations, and corporate collateral.
• Create and format all visual elements across social, email, print, and out-of-home — with a sharp eye for typography, layout, imagery, iconography, and brand consistency.
• Own Cialfo's brand identity expression across all internal and external-facing design work, serving as the brand guardian for the marketing function.
