About This Role
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Video Editor to own how Manifest Global's brand stories are told through video — across every digital channel, campaign, and product narrative we produce. This is a hands-on IC role where you will be the primary creative force behind our video output, setting the standard for quality, pacing, and visual storytelling at scale.
From performance ads and social-first content to product explainers, brand campaigns, and event highlight reels, your work will directly reach millions of students, counselors, educators, and institutions globally. We need someone who brings both deep post-production craft and strategic creative thinking — someone who can independently interpret a brief, make confident editorial decisions, and elevate every frame of content that carries the Cialfo name.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll lead our quality assurance efforts for our marketing process applications, from content briefing through CRM and paid media automation. Working closely with the Lead Software Application Architect and development teams, you'll establish testing frameworks, automation strategies, and quality gates to ensure our Vue 3 SPAs and .NET 9 backends deliver exceptional experiences to our clients.

This position is with Cialfo and BridgeU, one of the brands under Manifest Global, which also includes Explore and Kaaiser.
About this role
We're hiring a Content Marketing Lead to own content strategy for Cialfo and BridgeU's K12 platform globally. This isn't a "set strategy and delegate" role, you'll be deeply hands-on. You'll write, brief, edit, ship, and measure. You'll also build the execution infrastructure around you: AI tools, freelancers, and agencies that let you punch well above your weight. Cialfo and BridgeU sells to schools but serves counselors and students. That means your content has to work across three connected audiences - the administrator who signs the contract, the counselor who uses the platform every day, and the student whose outcomes justify the whole thing. Getting all three right is what makes this role genuinely interesting. This role is based in Delhi, India and carries a global remit.
