Senior Technical Marketing Engineer – Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Technical Marketing Engineer to join our team. This is a hybrid position based in Bengaluru, reporting directly to the Director of Product Management within the Product Management organization.
As a Technical Marketing Engineer operating within the Product Management function, you will serve as the essential technical liaison between engineering innovation and market execution. Your responsibilities will include translating complex product capabilities into compelling technical content—including comprehensive whitepapers, detailed architectural guides, and high-impact demonstrations—while ensuring our field teams possess the necessary technical proof points to secure competitive victories.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the ZPA product specialist across connectors, segmentation, user-to-app policy architecture, and Zero Trust Exchange integration.
- Handle field Product Engagement Requests and represent ZPA in deep-dives, architecture reviews, and proof-of-value engagements.
- Enable the field via training, deal-specific technical consultation, and scalable sessions to build Sales Engineer competency.
- Support critical deal closures with technical proof points, competitive positioning, and hands-on help during evaluation cycles.
- Improve deployment and adoption by finding gaps, driving fixes, and translating field feedback into action with cross-functional teams.
- Own ZPA collateral and demos: maintain the library, build high-impact demos, create Day 2 operations content, and deliver competitive analysis.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5–7 years in technical roles such as Systems Engineering, Technical Marketing, Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or Product Management.
- Deep understanding of ZTNA architectures, including application connectors, identity-aware proxying, micro-segmentation, and least-privilege access.
- Hands-on experience with SASE/SSE platforms, VPNs, SD-WAN, and network security products, and the ability to explain how ZPA replaces legacy approaches.
- Proven success creating technical collateral (whitepapers, deployment guides, competitive analyses, technical blog posts) used by field teams, and translating complex architectures into clear content.
- Experience delivering live product demos and technical training for internal sales teams, channel partners, and customers.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Hands-on experience with Zscaler Private Access or comparable ZTNA platforms.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, VPC/VNet, Okta/Azure AD (Entra ID), endpoint management, and Docker/Kubernetes with modern app architectures.
- Knowledge Python/Bash/JavaScript skills for prototypes/PoCs/tooling, plus GenAI + prompt engineering for content, research, and testing.

- Lead administration and lifecycle management of MDM platforms including Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, supporting macOS, Windows, and mobile environments.

- Design, deploy, and operate cloud-managed networking solutions such as Cisco Meraki and Juniper Mist, covering access points, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN.
- Architect and maintain secure office networking (VLANs, routing, switching, QoS, VPNs, and high-availability designs).

Overview
We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join us.
What You’ll Do
- Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline
- Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently running on GCP and managed with Terraform.
- Collaborate closely with our Scientists to shift the cost/throughput/quality frontier, delivering richer data at bigger scale and lower cost to power our next-generation models.
- Collaborate with others on the AI Team and Speechify Leadership to craft the AI Team’s dataset roadmap to power Speechify’s next-generation consumer and enterprise products.
An Ideal Candidate Should Have
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
- Proficiency with bash/Python scripting in Linux environments
- Proficiency in Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and professional experience with at least one major Cloud Provider (we use GCP)
- Experience with web crawlers, large-scale data processing workflows is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

WIN is building modern, scalable technology platforms that power our nationwide home services network. We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer who enjoys automating, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems to establish the foundation of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
You will work closely with our engineering team to design secure, scalable systems, build automated CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth and reliable operations across all environments.

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment

Senior DevOps Engineer
Location: 100% Remote
About the Role
WIN is building modern, scalable technology platforms that power our nationwide home services network. We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer who enjoys automating, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems to establish the foundation of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
You will work closely with our engineering team to design secure, scalable systems, build automated CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth and reliable operations across all environments.
What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, SQS, Route53, Load Balancers, etc.)
- Build and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Automate provisioning, scaling, and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all systems
- Drive automation, documentation, and best practices for deployment and release processes
- Collaborate closely with software engineers to ensure reliable and efficient releases
- Lead disaster recovery planning, data backups, and failover strategies
What You Bring
- 5+ years in a DevOps, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering role with proven hands-on experience
- Deep expertise in AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch)
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring)
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation)
- Solid Linux administration and scripting skills (bash, python)
- Familiarity with networking, load balancers, DNS, and security best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Bonus: experience with GCP or Azure
