We are looking for a Tracking Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Washington DC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing 2D and 3D tracking algorithms that maintain custody of space objects, processing sensor detections and messages into actionable tracks for space situational awareness missions. You will design and implement multi-target tracking systems using advanced state estimation and data association techniques, develop physics-based models to validate performance, and work closely with software teams to deploy your algorithms into operational systems. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Collaborate with software engineers to transition tracking algorithms from MATLAB/Python prototypes to production C/C++ code optimized for real-time operational systems
• Support the systems engineering lifecycle including requirements decomposition, trade studies on tracking approaches, verification and validation planning, and design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
• Prepare technical documentation and briefings for design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and customer engagements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and testing multi-target tracking algorithms for aerospace, defense, or autonomous systems
• Strong theoretical and practical experience with state estimation techniques, including Kalman Filters (EKF, UKF), multi-target tracking concepts, and Interacting Multiple Model (IMM) filters
• Experience developing tracking algorithms that handle track initiation, maintenance, correlation, and termination in operational systems

ABOUT THE JOB 

Anduril’s Talent Strategy, Experience & Enablement team is seeking a TA Onboarding Specialist to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for our Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators. This is not a generic HR onboarding role — this person will design and execute an onboarding program purpose-built for TA professionals, ensuring every new recruiter and coordinator ramps faster, builds confidence in our tools and processes, and integrates into Anduril’s recruiting culture from day one. 

The right person for this role understands that onboarding a recruiter is fundamentally different from onboarding a software engineer or a finance hire. Recruiters need to learn our ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM. They need to understand our operating principles, interview methodology, and competency framework. They need to know the business lines they support, the hiring managers they’ll partner with, and the technical domains they’ll recruit for. And they need to build credibility with their stakeholders fast — because every week a recruiter is ramping is a week they’re not filling roles. 

You will be the primary point of contact for every new TA hire from offer acceptance through their first 90 days. You’ll partner closely with the Talent Enablement Program Manager on training content, the TA Systems team on tool access and proficiency, and recruiting leadership on business line immersion. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Recruiter Ramp Program Design: Design and maintain a TA-specific onboarding curriculum that covers ATS/CRM proficiency, sourcing tool training, interview methodology, operating principles and competency framework orientation, business line immersion, and hiring manager relationship-building.
• Role-Specific Onboarding Paths: Build and maintain structured 30/60/90 day onboarding plans for each TA role (Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Recruiting Coordinator, Sourcer) with clear milestones, proficiency checkpoints, and success criteria.
• Pre-boarding & Day One Readiness: Coordinate pre-boarding logistics: system access, tool provisioning, team introductions, hiring manager connection, and first-week scheduling. Ensure no new hire shows up on day one without everything they need.
• TA Culture & Process Orientation: Conduct engaging TA-specific orientation sessions that go beyond generic company onboarding — instilling a deep understanding of Anduril’s recruiting culture, operating principles (Speed, Autonomy, Scale, Impact), the Behavioral Question Bank, and what “great” looks like in our hiring process.
• New Hire Liaison & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for new TA hires, providing guidance, answering questions, and proactively identifying when someone is struggling or falling behind on ramp milestones.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with the Talent Enablement Program Manager to ensure onboarding content stays current and aligned with broader enablement programs. Collaborate with TA Systems on tool training and access. Work with recruiting leadership on business line immersion scheduling.
• Onboarding Materials & Knowledge Base: Develop, refine, and maintain onboarding playbooks, checklists, guides, and resource libraries specific to the TA function. Ensure materials reflect current processes, tools, and best practices.
• Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Track onboarding completion rates, ramp time to first hire, new hire satisfaction scores, and hiring manager confidence in new recruiter readiness. Use data to identify gaps and continuously improve the onboarding experience.
• Feedback Loops & Iteration: Proactively identify friction points in the TA onboarding experience and drive improvements. Gather feedback from new hires, their managers, and their stakeholders to inform iteration.

ABOUT THE JOB 

We're seeking a full stack Security Software Engineer to develop novel security tooling for securing our suite of products including and detecting potential cybersecurity issues across embedded Linux systems and Android devices. The ideal candidate can develop across the the full stack - from Linux eBPF programs to cloud backends and everything in between.

ABOUT THE JOB

As the Communications Manager for the Air Dominance & Strike Division, you will be responsible for bringing the narrative and stories around some of Anduril’s most consequential and highest profile products and programs to life. You’ll drive communications campaigns, media strategy, and thought leadership that spotlight our capabilities across autonomous airpower, advanced effects, and mission autonomy. Anduril is developing and deploying an integrated system to make UxVs (robots) highly effective through the entire mission lifecycle. From fleet management, to mission planning, live execution, and integrations into other DOD systems, Lattice is enabling the military to fight at scale with robots across all domains. Engineering Operations is all about ensuring the right people, are talking about the right things, at the right times. In this role, you will work hand in hand with engineering leadership to identify priorities, hold operations oversight meetings, and manage calendars. You will interface mainly with Mission Autonomy engineering, other internal MA functions such as program management, and external leaders from other companies and the USG Program Offices.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Air Dominance & Strike team at Anduril develops aerial and multi-domain robotic systems. The team is responsible for taking products like Fury (unmanned fighter jet) and Barracuda (air-breathing cruise missile) from concept to product. The team also develops Lattice for Mission Autonomy, Anduril’s premier software platform that enables masses of Fury, Barracuda, and other first and third party robots to collaborate across various missions. We work in close coordination with specialist teams like Perception, Motion Planning, Hardware, and Test Engineering to solve some of the hardest problems facing our customers. We are looking for software engineers and roboticists excited about creating a powerful autonomy software stack that includes computer vision, motion planning, SLAM, controls, estimation, and secure communications.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• 3+ years of production-grade C++ and/or Rust experience in a Linux development environment

Anduril’s Lattice software platform integrates together many sensors into a single cohesive view of the world, providing needed context for our users. AI Engineers on Anduril’s Frontier AI team build edge-compatible, generative AI systems into the Lattice software platform to provide features and products that improve autonomy and reduce cognitive burden on the warfighter. Specific applications include but are not limited to automating mission planning, battle-space understanding, voice-control of assets, and enabling higher-levels of autonomy.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Director of Business Development for Warfighter Systems (WS) International to join our rapidly growing team based in either Washington, DC, Costa Mesa, CA or Remote. Connected Warfare Division’s Warfighter Systems Business is focused on developing and fielding capability to support the hyper-enabled operator, taking advantage of the latest in edge and spatial computing, advanced multi-modal sensors, and commercial developments in the augmented reality space. The Warfighter Systems team has already begun conducting operational assessments to validate these integrated systems with US DoW customers, and is in need of a leader to help expand capabilities to support international customers. In this role, you will be responsible for leading global expansion efforts for Connected Warfare Division’s Warfighter borne systems, including Lattice and the full suite of products within the Eagle Eye Family of Systems (FoS). This role is focused on identifying, qualifying, and capturing opportunities to deliver advanced warfighter-focused capabilities to allied and partner nations through Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and other international security cooperation mechanisms. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in bringing new products to international defense markets, navigating international security cooperation mechanisms and strategies, familiarity with export compliance, and a strong track record of strategic engagement with foreign military and government stakeholders.

• Develop and execute international business development strategies to expand the Eagle Eye FoS across allied and partner nations.
