Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven leader with a deep understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer success to join the GTM Operations team. The Director of GTM Operations is a critical, strategic partner to the SVP Commercial FP&A and Operations and the Chief Customer Officer (CCO). You will foster collaboration and alignment among the entire commercial organization including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable processes and leveraging AI to drive sustained revenue growth. Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy and Growth

• Partner with the CCO and Finance to develop and operationalize a commercial growth strategy, ensuring alignment between pipeline and bookings targets, capacity, headcount and budgets
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for Commercial leaders
• Develop and maintain segmentation models and sales coverage strategies that align to growth objectives, drive focus, and optimize rep productivity

Forecasting & Pipeline Management

• Own and evolve the global sales forecasting framework, implementing a disciplined, data-driven forecast cadence across all theatres and segments.
• Utilize Salesforce, GTM tools and data sets (snowflake) to drive predictability, pipeline conversion, stage hygiene, and deal inspection processes.
• Deliver consistent reporting on performance-to-plan, win/loss trends, and funnel dynamics

GTM and Sales Efficiency

• Drive operational excellence by refining core sales processes, methodologies, and business cadences (e.g., territory management, forecasting, and pipeline reviews)
• Implement a standardized sales methodology, with clear stage definitions, qualification criteria, and progression benchmarks across segments
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights into pipeline health, sales performance, and revenue forecasting

Territory Management

• Lead territory design, ensuring sales coverage aligns with market opportunities and business objectives
• Continuously optimize territory assignments and GTM approaches based on performance data and growth trends

Qualifications: 

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Strategy, or Go-to-Market Operations, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience partnering directly with CROs, CFOs, and executive leadership to design and execute multi-year commercial plans.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and other GTM tools.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with forecasting, funnel metrics, sales velocity, and retention/expansion KPIs.

• Demonstrated success in improving sales productivity, enhancing marketing performance, and supporting customer success initiatives

• Experience designing sales methodologies and commercial processes that scale in B2B SaaS
• Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing without authority — excelling at aligning diverse stakeholders around common goals.
• High EQ, clear communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a systems-first leader to transform and scale our GTM technology foundation in an AI-first way across Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success. This role is responsible for owning the GTM systems architecture and driving execution of system initiatives, ensuring our core platforms (Salesforce and adjacent tools) are scalable, integrated, and enable a high-performing commercial organization. This is a builder + platform role, with a strong focus on system design, automation, and delivery. This role reports to the Senior Director of Commercial / Sales Operations and partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Data / Analytics, GTM Apps and IT.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own the GTM Systems Architecture

Own the design and execution of the GTM operating model across Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success

Consolidate and optimize the GTM systems architecture across Salesforce, Gainsight, Common Room, and adjacent tools

Ensure systems are scalable, performant, and aligned to long-term business needs · Drive Systems Execution and Delivery

Own the end-to-end delivery of GTM systems initiatives in partnership with GTM Apps / Data and Analytics, from requirements through implementation and rollout

Manage system-related projects, coordinating across Sales, CS, Ops, Data, and IT as needed to deliver outcomes

Execute against a defined roadmap in partnership with GTM Operations, who owns prioritization and business process

Focus on speed, quality, and reliability of delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed and adopted

Build and Operationalize AI-Driven Workflows

Identify, design, and implement AI-powered workflows that improve productivity, automation, and insight generation

Bring high-impact use cases into production (e.g., pipeline intelligence, account signals, workflow automation)

Partner with Data and Analytics teams to embed models, signals, and insights into GTM systems and workflows

Integrate and Automate the GTM Stack

Lead integration across core GTM tools to create seamless workflows across the customer lifecycle

Eliminate manual work and reduce operational friction through automation

Ensure systems support scalable execution across Sales and Customer Success

Data Integrity & Governance

Own system-level data structures, standards, and governance within Salesforce and adjacent tools

Ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability of data across GTM systems

Partner with FP&A and Analytics to ensure systems support forecasting, reporting, and performance management

Vendor Management

Manage relationships with key GTM technology vendors

Ensure tools are optimized, cost-effective, and aligned with business strategy

Evaluate new technologies, with a focus on AI and automation, to continuously evolve the GTM stack

Qualifications:

· 8–10+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations, with deep Salesforce knowledge

· Proven experience owning and scaling CRM ecosystems and integrations in a B2B SaaS environment

· Experience building automation and applying AI within GTM workflows

· Strong systems and architecture mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

· Strong process optimization experience, demonstrated ability to redesign and streamline GTM workflows across Sales and Customer Success to improve efficiency, adoption and       business outcomes

· Data-driven and analytically rigorous, with familiarity in tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, or similar

· Strong execution orientation with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Job Description

The Data Engineer II will play an important role in expanding our data engineering capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain the data pipelines and supporting infrastructure that power our business. As a Data Engineer II, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining these systems, ensuring the seamless flow and integrity of critical data to support informed decision-making and transactions while collaborating with stakeholders across the business. We are looking for an engineer with a strong sense of ownership and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build out proprietary systems that are the backbone of our business in trading speculative wholesale power contracts
• Own and maintain data pipelines to ingest and deliver data from various sources into our databases using ELT/ETL patterns
• Define downstream business marts used as critical inputs into investment decisions
• Embed validation, lineage, and anomaly detection into data pipelines
• Implement data management policies across pipelines and datasets, including metadata management, retention policies, and access controls
• Partner closely with investment engineers and investment teams to understand data needs, identify gaps, and advise on performance of their processes
• Identify process inefficiencies and proactively create solutions to reduce manual work
• Collaborate with software engineers to design, build, and maintain reliable systems for our data infrastructure
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining full ownership of outcomes

Applicant Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in the data engineering field
• Professional experience using Snowflake
• Professional experience with Dagster and dbt
• Strong coding skills in Python, SQL, and PHP
• Experience with complex data modeling
• An ability to grapple with quantitative concepts and systems, as this role interfaces with largely technical and quantitative peers
• Comfort working both individually as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business
• Strong ownership of work to proactively lead improvements for the Data Engineering team
• Comfort with occasional on-call rotation responsibilities
