As the Business Operations Manager for Global Real Estate, you are the strategic engine behind Everpure’s global footprint. This isn't just about managing budgets; it’s about transforming how our facilities and real estate teams operate through data-driven precision and a "automation-first" philosophy. You will act as the vital bridge between our Geo Directors, Finance, and Accounting teams, ensuring our capital projects and portfolio decisions are backed by rigorous financial modeling and airtight operational controls. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Financial Orchestration: Lead the global annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting in partnership with G&A Finance, ensuring the business moves from "bottoms-up" activity planning to precise financial execution.
• Strategic Deal Modeling: Support regional directors by performing transaction-level analysis and maintaining a bi-annual, automated long-range financial forecast for the entire real estate portfolio.
• Operational Excellence & Compliance: Drive strict adherence to financial controls, SOX compliance, and capital improvement project protocols, serving as the primary conduit for asset settlement and quarterly performance reporting.
• Systems Innovation: Identify and deploy process automation opportunities using advanced tools (Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, etc.) to eliminate manual tasks and elevate the quality of global facilities data.
• Portfolio Performance: Collaborate with the Global Strategy Director and Data Analytics team to define and track KPIs that drive cost optimization and insightful real estate decision-making.
• Financial Advisory: Act as the subject matter expert for the business on vendor setup, purchase requisitions, and account coding, providing the training and resources necessary to maintain high financial literacy across the team.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-mortem analyses on budget cycles to implement process enhancements that improve Everpure's overall financial position and project performance.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Financial & Operational Mastery: Extensive experience in business management, finance, or operations, with a deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial principles.

Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to support the G&A organization from our Prague Finance Hub, with a focus on Facilities and Corporate Functions. This role is a strategic partner to G&A leadership, driving financial insight and discipline across operating expenses, capital investments, and a global real estate portfolio, while leading and developing a high-performing team.

This role owns the Facilities P&L, including OPEX/CAPEX governance, lease analytics, and forecasting, ensuring strong financial execution. This role will also drive spend modeling, lease economics, and scenario planning to inform footprint and investment decisions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytically strong self-starter with advanced modeling and communication skills. This individual will scale reporting, improve processes, and enhance financial visibility to enable data-driven decisions aligned with margin and capital efficiency goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own Close, Planning, Forecasting, and Performance Management: Lead the Facilities P&L and support planning and forecasting activities, partnering with global Facilities and G&A leaders to drive consistency in reporting through a centralized Finance Hub model. Ensure accuracy, develop scenario models, and deliver performance insights to support decision-making and improve cost efficiency.
• Drive Strategic Financial Modeling: Build and maintain models across CapEx, lease accounting, rent, CAM, and operating expenses to evaluate trade-offs and support real estate planning. Partner with global stakeholders to assess the financial impact of footprint and investment decisions.
• Drive Automation and Scalability: Improve reporting and streamline FP&A processes through tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Python, and AI. Support scalable solutions and process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation.
• Lead Expense and Capital Strategy: Support the end-to-end management of CapEx and OpEx, ensuring disciplined spend tracking and alignment with near- and long-term plans.
• Enable Cross-Functional Decisions: Partner with Facilities, Accounting, Procurement, and Corporate Finance to support leasing decisions, budget tracking, and financial analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure financial accuracy and alignment.

• Drive Strategic Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain integrated financial models covering CapEx, lease accounting, facilities rent and CAM, and operating spend. Quantify the three-statement impact of investment and real estate decisions to support disciplined cost management, capital efficiency, and cash flow optimization. Provide visibility into the financial overview by site. Develop a centralized data lake to serve as a single source of truth for various analyses
• Lead Operational Automation: Revolutionize our reporting ecosystem by leveraging SQL, Snowflake, Python, and AI technologies to automate manual workflows, ensuring our financial processes are scalable and integrated across multiple platforms
• Direct Expense & Capital Strategy: Own the full lifecycle of CapEx and OpEx management, balancing expense targets based on current and future long range plans
• Enable Cross-Functional Decisions: Serve as a Finance business partner cross functional to Facilities, Corp Finance, BU Finance, and Cost Accounting, to support leasing agreements, maintain budget oversight, accurately reflect contract terms in financial models, and ensure adherence to purchase order governance
• Planning and Orchestration: Ability to plan and lead multiple timelines and milestones, ensuring alignment across facilities lease renewals and critical dates, while maintaining the regular cadence of financial planning, forecasting, close processes, and financial presentations

WHAT YOU BRING

• Education & Foundation Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Cost Accounting, General Ledger (GL) accounting, or data analytics roles.
• Analytical Storytelling: You possess a mastery of financial modeling and the ability to synthesize massive datasets from tools like Snowflake, SQL, or Tableau into compelling narratives that drive executive action.
• Strategic FP&A Expertise: You have a proven track record of navigating complex business-facing finance roles, specifically in designing investment frameworks or sales-incentive models within a fast-paced corporate environment.
