This person will support high-impact hiring across areas such as Engineering, Product, Data, and other technology functions in a fast-growing global environment.
This is not a traditional recruiting role. We are looking for someone who operates as a true talent advisor to the business, someone capable of influencing decisions, challenging assumptions, bringing market intelligence, and helping leaders make better hiring choices.
You will navigate complex global hiring landscapes, executive stakeholders, compensation discussions, and highly competitive talent markets - while maintaining exceptional hiring quality, calibration, and speed.
You must be comfortable operating with autonomy, executive exposure, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Owning end-to-end hiring for strategic Tech roles across multiple geographies
• Acting as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, Directors, VPs, and executive stakeholders
• Partnering closely with HRBPs to align hiring strategies with business priorities and organizational needs
• Building high-caliber pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and talent engagement
• Driving calibrated hiring processes with strong quality bars and business alignment
• Bringing talent market insights, compensation intelligence, and external perspective into hiring discussions
• Influencing hiring decisions with data, structure, and consultative recommendations
• Elevating candidate experience while maintaining speed, quality, and operational excellence
• Continuously improving recruiting practices, processes, and sourcing strategies
• You operate as a Strategic Advisor — not simply as a recruiter
• You quickly build credibility with Engineering, Product, and Data leaders
• You understand how high-performing tech organizations are structured and scaled
• You are comfortable hiring across complex domains such as Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Data, AI/ML, Product, Platform, and Engineering Leadership
• You know how to assess talent beyond keywords, understanding technical depth, business impact, and organizational fit
• You proactively propose solutions
• Strong experience hiring for tech and product roles in fast-paced or global environments
• Strong sourcing capabilities across platforms, communities, and outbound recruiting strategies
• Experience influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights
• Experience managing multiple strategic searches simultaneously with high quality and speed standards
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or high-growth technology companies
• Experience hiring globally across LATAM, US, or APAC
• Experience with executive or senior-level Tech hiring

As the e-commerce market grows exponentially, so does the challenge of securing it. We are a fast-paced payments processing company with a strong footprint across Latin and Central America, and we are looking for a Fraud Prevention Senior Analyst to join our team.
Your role will focus on a critical reality of our industry: Fraud. However, we believe the real challenge isn't simply stopping fraudulent transactions, it is detecting suspicious behavior while aggressively preserving our merchants' approval rates. There is no pride in low fraud numbers if it comes at the cost of declining valid sales. We need to be precise, strategic, and user-focused. That is why we are looking for a data-driven professional with a Customer-Centric mentality and proven experience in Fraud Prevention to help us find that perfect balance.
