This role plays a critical part in migrating workloads from on‑premises data centers to AWS, enabling standardized cloud Solutions, and integrating automation, security, and monitoring capabilities. • Strong hands‑on experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect)
• Proven experience with Nutanix on AWS (NC2) and Nutanix Solution components
• Hands‑on experience migrating workloads from on‑premises environments to AWS

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $151,000 to $204,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Job Title: Senior Software Engineer, Cloud

Location: Guilford, Connecticut

This role is for talented Software Engineers with applied experience in building modern cloud services and web applications. The goal of this role is to design and develop key software systems for remote setup, management, and monitoring of our fleet of devices and ingestion, storage, visualization, and retrieval of data at a large scale. This engineer will work closely with other software engineers, product managers, UI/UX designers, and subject matter experts across the organization to implement solutions for a wide range of challenging clinical problems in MRI aimed at improving patient outcomes.  Across the organization they will make a significant contribution to the company’s overall vision of developing cloud services with a delightful look and feel. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop software systems and cloud applications with focus on maintenance, extensibility, integration, and security of data storage and retrieval. 
• Quickly learn new tooling, platforms, and frameworks, when building and developing microservices and APIs. 
• Adoption of new policies, technologies, and practices, as well as the evolution of existing methodologies.

The annual base salary for this position is between $143,500 - $165,000. This position is also eligible for to participate in Hyperfine's corporate bonus and equity plans.
