Job Title: IT Specialist

Location: Guilford, Connecticut

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our IT department as an IT Helpdesk/Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. This is an on-site position in Guilford, CT. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Tier 1 and tier 2 response to user requests for technical support. 
• Triage, assign, update, or resolve open tickets. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.

The Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist advises regulatory strategy for the company’s devices and ensures compliance to Regulatory requirements for the regions assigned (domestic/international). Job Title: Senior Manager, Clinical Programs

The Senior Manager of Clinical Programs builds and leads the global Clinical Programs (CP) Team, including Clinical Program Managers (imaging techs and nurses), and reports to the Senior Vice President of Hospital Business. About The Role

Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Location: California, USA

The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is responsible for driving sales of Hyperfine products into their defined geographical territory. The RSD will be calling into several settings within the hospital (ICU, ED, OR) and other potential locations outside the hospital where point of care MRI can provide value. The RSD will need to manage multiple stakeholders throughout the buying process.  Targeted physicians managing patient care, nurses, healthcare services, IT, procurement, and executive administrators who are critical to making buying decisions. The RSD is responsible for developing their territory plan, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue opportunities in a capital sales environment.  The RSD must be ready to sell disruptive technology and coach / lead customers through a change management process for both patient care and hospital workflows.  Finally, the RSD will introduce customers to Hyperfine products, define customer needs, recommend product solutions, and own field based commercial activities to achieve or exceed sales quota.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the territory plan to achieve quota / revenue growth goals, which will include both tactical and strategic thinking / planning.
• Be disciplined to a defined sales process and lead generation process, including specific KPI’s that will be measured weekly, monthly, and quarterly to support sales success.
• Collaborate with team members across the Hyperfine organization to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach.
• Be always the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) or quarterback for the customer while the sales process is underway and throughout the customer lifecycle to penetrate the account fully.
• Manage a complex sale with multiple work streams moving simultaneously and in a proper choreography that leads to system / unit sales of Swoop.
• Experience selling into complex procedures (ICU, ED, OR) and be an expert in anatomy, patient procedures, and delivering product value for targeted clinical specialties. Must be able to learn complex information quickly to apply those learnings in the sales process.
• Proven success selling technical information to the treating clinician, while also selling financially to the procurement team / CFO and orchestrating conversations with the IT / Informatics team at the hospital for successful implementation.
• Support live events such as demonstrations and conferences by managing logistics, driving customer awareness, and working with other commercial teams.
• Partner with Inside Sales to follow up on leads to find new customers, support product demonstrations through scheduling, follow-up, and ongoing funnel management activities.

About The Role

Job Title: Senior AI Scientist

Location: Guilford, Connecticut

The Senior AI Scientist is a talented and experienced Scientist with applied experience in Machine Learning who will innovate and expand our product capabilities. The goal of this role is to develop techniques that solve a wide range of challenging scientific and clinical problems in MRI aimed at improving patient outcomes. You will introduce new algorithms and machine learning models that solve difficult imaging tasks, make our models more accurate and robust, and introduce entirely new approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks and goals with other scientists, software engineers, and a clinical team to help develop a new suite of intelligent medical products. 
• Rapidly prototype deep learning models including, but not limited to, classification, detection, segmentation, reconstruction, super-resolution, and denoising; iterate on training models with fast turnaround time. 
• Design and develop new machine learning algorithms while keeping abreast of the latest advances across various labs and conferences. 
• Maintain and continuously improve our existing DL models, with new training data and modeling techniques. 
• Support software releases, and regulatory documentation. 

Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:

• Ability to design new algorithms for practical problems on real-world datasets. 
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply to research and development process in an iterative and incremental fashion. 
• Ability to work efficiently and clear roadblocks in timely manner. 
• Adaptability to fast-changing work environment. 
• Strong communication skills and proactiveness for working in a cross-functional collaborative environment. 

Required Education & Experience:

• PhD in a relevant field, or MS (or equivalent) with 2+ years of applied experience.
• Experience in Computer Vision, Medical Image Analysis, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
• Experience working with Medical Images and Magnetic Resonance Images.
• Software engineering experience in developing and maintaining systems using Python. 
• Programming experience in PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.

Physical Demands:

• This is a full-time, on-site role based out of Hyperfine’s office in Guilford, CT.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

The annual base salary for this position is between $156,000 - $179,000. This position is also eligible for to participate in Hyperfine's corporate bonus and equity plans. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, location, position level, and other job-related reasons.
