The Category Manager is responsible for building and managing the assortment and trading plan including pricing and promotions, as well as building relationships with suppliers and managing the category performance in Croatia. The Category Manager has full ownership of category performance across assigned categories.

What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.
What makes this different: you won’t do it alone. Lighthouse is deploying an agent AI infrastructure — Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents — alongside a modern revenue stack. AI handles the prep, the sequencing, and the pattern recognition so you can focus on what matters — building

- Pricing - Drives the synchronization of public and customer cloud resources, availability, and dynamic pricing across all major cloud providers. Empowers autoscaling by leveraging discounts, commitments, and cross-cluster tracking to maximize savings. As Super Technologies continues to scale its product and technology platform across multiple markets, we are looking for a Principal Product Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for one of our core product verticals.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Local Market Operations and Marketing, partnering closely with Product and Country leadership to ensure product innovation translates into clear player value and strong commercial outcomes across markets.
You will work closely with product teams throughout the product lifecycle, bringing market insights, player behaviour and commercial context into how products are built and brought to market.
This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, ensuring products launch successfully across markets and deliver strong player adoption and commercial impact. Depending on the product vertical, the role may also include leadership responsibilities within the GTM function.

THE ROLE
The Senior Application Security Engineer is a key member of Cognism’s Information Security Team, reporting into the Application & Infrastructure Security Manager. Your mission is to embed security by design across our engineering and product organization by integrating modern application security practices throughout the full development lifecycle. We focus on building secure, scalable, and resilient systems while enabling the business to innovate quickly and safely. It is to drive a culture where the fastest path for our engineers is the securest path.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Data teams to understand risks within our platform, including risks introduced by AI powered features, and ensure the right controls, guardrails, and security patterns are built into the product at its inception – all the while ensuring a balanced approach to the product experience that our thousands of large global enterprise customers use every day.

The base salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills and scope required, unique relevant experience, and job-related skills.
Cash salary is but one component of our compensation package. It’s inclusive of base salary, education budget, supplemental health insurance, free meals allowance, work from an alternative workplace allowance, occasional awards - Christmas bonus, and an annual bonus.
