What's the Opportunity?
We are looking for Product Support Consultants to join our support team to help our customers use Zenoti effectively to run their business. This team works 24x7x365 and so our consultants have to work at times when our customers need help. Applicants to this role will need to be flexible since their shift assignment will be based on the needs of our customers. Once assigned to a shift, we will work with you to ensure your hours are consistent over a long time horizon such that you can ensure a healthy life with good work-life balance.
What Will I be doing?
- Work with customers to help them solve issues they have with using Zenoti
- Own customer reported issues and see problems through to resolution
- Consult with customers to ensure their business operations run effectively on Zenoti
- Follow all defined processes in the team when working on issues

Be part of the ticketing system and handle the client reported issues.

What Skills do I need?
- Minimum of 4+ years in a customer-facing, English-speaking service role requiring frequent customer engagement; candidates supporting hospitality or retail backgrounds are strongly preferred.
- Experience running a Point-of-Sale or reservations system
- Experience as L2/L3 support agen supporting complex software applications t is highly desired. Proven experience handling complex customer issues and escalations beyond front-line (L1) support.
- A technology-centric background supporting software solutions with demonstrated curiosity and self-learning
- Ability to listen to customer/support specialist requests and quickly develop a plan of action to address the issue
- Self-management, proactive and detail oriented. Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Availability to Work in Day or night shifts
- Can work in a fast paced, ever changing, start-up environment

We are looking for Product Support Consultants to join our support team to help our customers use Zenoti effectively to run their business. What Will I be doing?
- Receive inbound help requests from customers via the primary channels of phone call, chat, and email.
- Own customer reported issues and see problems through to resolution; be an advocate for our customers and their needs.
- Consult with customers to ensure their business operations run effectively on Zenoti
- Demonstrate the ability to research, document, and prioritize customer issues, leveraging internal tools and escalation teams as necessary, as well as prioritizing and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Raise issues to higher levels of support as needed; be able to identify when you need help to solve an issue
- Be a trusted advisor to our customers on issues related to Zenoti products and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction;
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to help customers;
- Provide peer mentorship to team members

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Specialist with a proven background in the SaaS industry to support customer onboarding, drive product adoption, and deliver measurable value through our AI product suite. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring seamless engagement across the customer lifecycle, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to align product capabilities with business outcomes. 
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding & Enablement
- Lead customer onboarding journeys, ensuring seamless setup, integration, and initial success with our AI products.
- Conduct customer-focused sessions, demos, and recommend best practices.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders across technical, business, and executive teams.
- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams.

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SaaS, preferably in a Product Specialist, or Solutions Architect, Business Consultant role.
- Strong understanding of customer onboarding, engagement, and adoption frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management across diverse customer and internal groups.
- Proficiency in analyzing product usage data and presenting actionable insights.
- Prior hands-on exposure to AI or data-driven products is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in the areas of requirements and solution documentation.
- Ability to manage and work across multiple projects. Experience working with remote teams across different time zones
- Strong ability to demo/train and deliver excellent customer presentations.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Fintech Payments Operations to oversee and enhance our payment processing functions. This role requires a deep understanding of payment systems, transaction processing, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient payment operations while driving strategic improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the end-to-end payment operations, including transaction processing, reconciliations, settlements, chargebacks, and refunds.
- Collaborate with payment service providers, banks, and financial institutions to optimize payment workflows and establish strong relationships.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to payments.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in payments operations, payment processing, or financial services.
- Strong expertise in payment gateways, card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH, wire transfers, and digital wallets.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as PCI DSS, PSD2, AML, and KYC.
- Hands-on experience with payment reconciliation, settlements, chargeback management, and fraud prevention.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large teams with strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in using payment processing tools, financial software, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with payment service providers like Adyen, Stripe, or Worldpay.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Specialist with a proven background in the SaaS industry to support customer onboarding, drive product adoption, and deliver measurable value through our AI product suite. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring seamless engagement across the customer lifecycle, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to align product capabilities with business outcomes. 
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding & Enablement
- Lead customer onboarding journeys, ensuring seamless setup, integration, and initial success with our AI products.
- Conduct customer-focused sessions, demos, and recommend best practices.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders across technical, business, and executive teams.
- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Driving Adoption & Value Realization
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
- Monitor product usage and proactively identify opportunities to increase adoption.
- Collaborate with customers to define success metrics and demonstrate ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to escalate and resolve customer issues.
- Share customer insights to influence product roadmap and strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive long-term account growth.
- Reporting & Insights
- Track and analyze customer health, adoption, and engagement metrics.
- Provide regular reports and business reviews to both customers and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SaaS, preferably in a Product Specialist, or Solutions Architect, Business Consultant role.
- Strong understanding of customer onboarding, engagement, and adoption frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management across diverse customer and internal groups.
- Proficiency in analyzing product usage data and presenting actionable insights.
- Prior hands-on exposure to AI or data-driven products is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in the areas of requirements and solution documentation.
- Ability to manage and work across multiple projects. Experience working with remote teams across different time zones
- Strong ability to demo/train and deliver excellent customer presentations.
- Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Open to travel on short notice to customer locations when required
- Good understanding of MS Office, JIRA, confluence applications and PS tools
- Ability to learn new skills and operate in a fast-paced and changing environment.
