Role Overview:  

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex, high-impact programs spanning multiple teams. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering and GTM teams to ensure programs are well scoped, resourced, and executed to meet business objectives.  
 
This role requires proactive leadership and influence skills with technical acumen, organizational finesse, and a passion for operational excellence. 

Role Responsibilities:  

Program Leadership: 

• Drive the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale complex programs across multiple teams. 

• Translate business, product, and technical strategy into clear, executable program plans, roadmaps and milestones.  

• Manage dependencies, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional initiatives 

Stakeholder Management: 

• Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparency into project status, risks, dependencies, decision points, and timelines. 

• Facilitate strong alignment between Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, GTM, and Customer teams proactively addressing misalignment and competing priorities. 

• Advise stakeholders by framing options, implications, and recommendations to support timely, informed decision-making.  

Delivery Governance: 

• Contribute to the development and ongoing evolution of the Delivery function by shaping and piloting scalable delivery practices, frameworks, and operating sequences. 

• Establish clear governance models that promote predictable delivery standards across programs.  

Metrics and Reporting: 

• Establish and track program KPIs to drive continuous improvement. 

• Provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership and program sponsors regarding trends, risks, and opportunities, translating them into actionable recommendations. 

Risk and Change Management: 

• Proactively identify program risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely issue resolution. 

• Lead change management efforts to support new processes and organisational transformations. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management roles within technology-focused or professional services/consulting companies. 

• Strong background in both Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile) and traditional Waterfall delivery environments. 

• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple concurrent teams and complex technical initiatives. 

• Hands-on involvement in establishing or scaling a Delivery function, including tooling and process standardization at organisation and program/project level 

• Experience defining and measuring delivery metrics to inform leadership and guide performance improvements. 

• Proven ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams, facilitating alignment and successful outcomes. 

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills along with the ability to influence others 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Technical background or strong understanding of software development life cycles and architectural principles. 

• Experience with tools such as Jira & Confluence. 

• Experience in a SaaS or cloud-native product company. 

• Certifications such as: 

• CSM/CSPO (Certified ScrumMaster/Product Owner) / PSM (Professional Scrum Master) / PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) 

• SAFe/ LeSS/ Nexus 

• PMP (Project Management Professional)/ Prince 2

About the Role

For this Affiliate Marketing Manager role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with affiliate partners across the UK and EMEA regions. You’ll drive partner acquisition, optimise campaign performance, and ensure brand consistency across all affiliate communications. This role requires strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day needs and growth of the affiliate program, which is inclusive of
• evaluating, forecasting, and executing current and new revenue driving opportunities
• Collect and distribute assets to publishers, adding screenshots of ongoing placements to the calendar/tracker, and auditing current campaigns to make sure they are live within the network and on publisher sites
• Manage weekly and monthly calls with vendors to discuss program growth and exposure opportunities
• Develop and deliver weekly performance reports during internal meetings, highlighting progress against goals, key affiliate placements secured, and upcoming promotional opportunities
• Book upcoming placements in accordance with allocated budget 
• Identify new partnership opportunities and proactively reach out to and follow up with potential partners on a daily basis
• Manage operational aspects of the affiliate program, including but not limited to billing, reporting, publisher screening/approvals, offer creation and creative asset management
• Preferably leverage a bilingual language proficiency to create, localise, and review affiliate marketing content and communications for language specific audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy

Requirements

• 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience with a strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance-based marketing strategies
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with affiliate partners and publishers, specifically within the UK and EMEA regions
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau and affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Rakuten, Impact, CJ, Awin)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Comfortable presenting performance updates and insights to stakeholders
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid environment
• Bilingual fluency (English and an additional language), with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

About the Role

The Arabic speaking, Channel Account Manager, MEA will report to our Director of Channel, EMEA carrying a primary focus on building pipeline and channel revenue with existing channel partners. There will also be a heavy focus sourcing strategic new channel relationships. This position requires the candidate to be extremely motivated, results-driven and have a good network within the channel ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day recruitment and relationship management of channel partners to include value added resellers, distributors, systems integrators and strategic software partners (primarily Turkey & Middle East and Africa)
• Act as a liaison between Keeper and assigned channel partners and Ingram Micro MEA.
• Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key sales and channel personnel in assigned partner accounts
• Coordinate the involvement of Keeper personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
• Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
• Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct sales teams
• Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements
• Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
• Identify partner GTM &/or services offerings; working with partner sales resources, marketing, etc. develop & launch offerings to point of incremental joint revenue achievement
• Build relationships with technology vendors to identify mutual greenfield opportunities with shared partners
• Maintain channel opportunity registrations in Salesforce.com and assist the direct sales team in closing channel generated leads
• Plan and execute on Channel Marketing activities and events to support brand awareness and demand generation with the Strategic Partner group
• Ability to travel to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) & rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company

Requirements

• 5+ years of security SaaS channel sales experience
• Must be bilingual, English and Arabic (both verbal and written)
• Proven success driving revenue growth via channel partners
• Good understanding of Partner Incentive programs and PRM tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
• Strong written/verbal communications skills
