What we are looking for:
The Digital Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for leading and scaling Cobre's digital growth strategy, integrating organic and paid acquisition channels with a product-led vision. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, owning the digital ecosystem that drives brand visibility, demand generation, and product positioning.
The Growth Marketing Lead will act as a bridge between marketing, product, and sales, leading SEO/GEO initiatives, website management, multichannel campaigns, and the adoption of artificial intelligence to multiply results. We're looking for someone who not only designs the strategy but rolls up their sleeves and executes it, with a startup mindset and a focus on measurable impact.

What do you need:
5+ years of experience proficiently writing code in Java Spring Boot, and 2+ with Python (additional programming languages are a plus).

2+ years of experience with software design and architecture.
Direct experience working on highly concurrent processing platforms, ideally in the payment industry (processors, PSPs, processing gateways, Exchanges, etc).
Understanding of DevOps best practices, IaC, and cloud-first software development
Experience in CI/CD concept, and capabilities to support automation, pipelines, virtualization, and containerization

Position Summary

Treasury Manager LATAM
Location: LATAM
Position Summary
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, global business and play a critical role in building, stabilizing, and leading the treasury function across LATAM.
As Head of Treasury, you will partner closely with the LATAM Head of Finance and global finance teams, with direct exposure to senior leadership, ensuring full visibility, control, and execution of cash across multiple entities and currencies in the region.
