The Role

As an Account Director at Recorded Future, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and generating new business. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in cybersecurity, IT, and procurement. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role ideal for a strategic, driven, and customer-obsessed sales leader.

What You'll Do

New Business Acquisition

• Identify and pursue net-new logo opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and channel networks
• Conduct strategic discovery to align cybersecurity needs with Recorded Future’s intelligence solutions
• Engage channel partners in joint go-to-market motions, leveraging their reach and relationships

Account Management

• Own and grow key enterprise accounts across multiple verticals

Sales Execution & Forecasting

• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6–12 months
• Apply MEDDPICC and value-based selling frameworks to qualify and advance deals
• Develop and present compelling proposals, with a strong grasp of both technical value and business ROI
• Use Salesforce, Clari, and Gong to manage pipeline health, track activity, and maintain forecast accuracy
• Handle objections and pricing conversations with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Market Intelligence & Strategy

The role  

he Sr Data Analyst is a mid-level practitioner role within Analytics, Intelligence, & Optimization. • End-to-end HR operational and administration of all People related processes, including all employee documentation, maintenance of employee files, systems updates, onboarding, local and international movements, offboarding, life cycle events, supporting payroll, benefits administration, providing references, processing invoices, and providing support to any other divisions within the HR organization.
• To provide an efficient and responsive People Operations service, acting as the first point of contact for all People Operations queries, and providing advice and guidance to managers and staff across Tipalti.
• Maintain data integrity on all HR & Payroll Systems, through timely recording and upkeep of information.
• Identify and resolve data inaccuracies and inadequacies to improve data integrity within HRIS.
• Undertake administrative tasks for the complete employee lifecycle, this will include but is not limited to logging absences, monitoring probation periods, managing all parental leave requests, creating and changing employee records
• Participate in both local and global People projects.
• Use in-depth knowledge of analyzing data to develop reports, templates, dashboards, score cards and metrics to:
  • Create and deliver the monthly HR Management Information report using a variety of bespoke systems
  • Provide bespoke data analysis and insights, measurement, and tracking methodologies for HR deliverables
  • Define reporting relating to employee data and statistics in response to stakeholder requests, ensuring on-time delivery

• Map, document, and maintain a library of People's operational processes

About you 

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years HR generalist/operations/coordination experience.
• 1-2 years of working knowledge and expertise in People Systems and/or HRIS.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Results orientated.
• Good communicator.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools – MS PowerBI.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Mentor and support your team members, providing guidance on complex technical issues and designing onboarding processes for new hires. You'll be responsible for building and managing the team's shift schedule to ensure proper coverage.
• Oversee ticket assignments and prioritization to meet service-level agreements (SLAs). You'll handle escalations from the Operations team, management, and/or customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Take ownership of customer-specific projects, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to drive them from start to finish. You'll work closely and report to global managers to ensure alignment across domains and support cross-team initiatives.
• Actively work on technical tickets and use your strong technical background to guide the team in troubleshooting complex cases.
• Engage directly with customers on high-priority issues and provide timely updates to leadership on progress and critical issues. You'll lead the preparation of RCA documents for major incidents, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Proactively identify process gaps, propose solutions, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and documentation.

About you 

• Hands-on experience in Support or Technical Support, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in a technical support or engineering team, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Availability to assist with critical Sev 1 issues outside of standard working hours when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• You are assertive, decisive, and confident, with the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple escalations. You're also resilient and solution-oriented in challenging situations.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, customer-friendly explanations.
