Job Summary: 

The Employment Litigation Associate will support the company’s employment-related litigation and dispute resolution matters. This role will focus on handling employment claims, advising on workplace risk, and supporting broader litigation matters as needed. This role requires being proactive, detail-oriented, and business-minded, with experience managing employment disputes in a fast-paced environment.

Job Expectations:

Employment Litigation & Claims

• Manage and support employment-related claims, including wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and PAGA matters
• Assist in responding to administrative agency charges (e.g., EEOC, DFEH/CRD, Labor Commissioner)
• Draft position statements, settlement agreements, and litigation documents
• Partner with HR and internal stakeholders on pre-litigation dispute resolution and risk mitigation

Litigation Support

• Identify trends in claims and recommend proactive risk mitigation strategies

Outside Counsel & Operations

• Coordinate with outside counsel on employment litigation matters, including managing deadlines, strategy alignment, and budgets
• Support document preservation, litigation holds, and e-discovery processes
• Maintain organized case files and assist with reporting and tracking of claims

The Tax Manager will work on various tax reporting, compliance and planning projects as directed by the Director of Tax. The Tax Manager will support and review month end close activities. 

Job Expectations:

• Oversee the end-to-end preparation and filing of state, local, and international indirect tax returns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external tax preparers, ensuring all data provided is accurate and filings meet all statutory deadlines.

• Be an integral partner to Anduril’s Product and Program Teams by:

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the interface between the spacecraft and launch providers for all of Anduril’s spacecraft. You will be responsible for the coordination of all deliverables to the launch provider and act as the primary point of contact for all things launch to Anduril’s spacecraft customers. The Launch Integration team will work closely with related teams, such as the mechanical and structural spacecraft design, systems engineer, electrical design, program management, spacecraft mission operations, etc. to ensure requirements satisfaction across all launch platforms including commercial rideshare, national security space launch.

This role is tied to ongoing, funded programs within Anduril’s Space Business Line. • Own the launch integration plans and procedures for various spacecraft programs launching to all orbital regimes

ABOUT THE JOB

As a member of Anduril’s Technical Operations team, you will be responsible for deploying and supporting Anduril’s products all over the world. Anduril is seeking a Firmware Engineer to join our team based in Irvine, CA. The Sentry Firmware team at Anduril develops core technology used for our Sentry Tower product line. We work in close coordination with Electrical Engineering to develop hardware and software solutions to some of the hardest problems facing our customers. We are looking for a Computer Vision Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for working on and understand the design of all perception subsystems to include but not limited to hardware sensors and advanced processing platforms, navigation algorithms, flight software implementation, subsystem integration & test (I&T), and vehicle I&T. The computer vision engineering team will work closely with related teams, including Sensors, GNC, Avionics, Systems, Flight Software, Mission Operations, and Ground Software. Lead the project from start to finish with the customer and the engineering team. Develop the technical path for success, identify engineering needs, and validate the projected product outcome with the customer.
