A Product Lead owns the product direction for a small, autonomous squad. You decide what to build, why it matters, and whether it worked. You're accountable for business outcomes, not just features shipped.
What makes this role different from a traditional Product Manager? You don't write specs and hand them off. You prototype ideas with AI tools before committing engineering time. You contribute code for straightforward changes (copy, config, feature flags, simple UI updates) so you can unblock yourself and move faster. You work in Git daily, read PRs, and understand what shipped without needing a status meeting.
The core job is still product judgment, discovery, and stakeholder alignment. But the technical bar is higher than a traditional PM role. You need to hold your own in architectural conversations, earn engineering's trust by being close to the work, and use AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow.
This isn't a PM who codes full-time. And it isn't an engineering lead with product responsibilities bolted on. It's what we believe the best product person looks like in the AI era: someone who can own outcomes and move fast without waiting for handoffs.

We're looking for a Control Desk & Credit Analyst to join our Credit team and help us maintain the integrity of Clara’s credit decision-making processes. In this role, you'll ensure that every prospect meets our compliance standards, conduct in-depth financial analyses, and contribute to continuous process progress. You will act as a critical gatekeeper, balancing risk mitigation with the agility needed to support our B2B growth.
You will:
Verify that all prospects comply with legal, cash flow, credit score, and risk assessment requirements.
Manage onboarding processes, including KYC, KYB, AML checks, credit score validation, and credit origination.
Analyze customer financial conditions and assess creditworthiness for B2B clients.
Propose credit limits based on risk analysis and financial health.
Review and challenge first-line credit risk models to ensure accuracy.
Identify, propose, and implement process improvements using tools like N8N or Hubspot to streamline workflows.
Support credit bureau audits and operational improvement initiatives.

Position Overview
We’re looking for an Associate Full Stack Engineer to contribute to the development of web applications across both front-end and back-end. Job Title: Implementation Engineer
Location: Medellin, Colombia
Hybrid model: 2 times per week at the office.
Role Overview:
Implementation Engineers collaborate with both new and existing clients to implement NICE products, acting as experts in configuring the client’s NICE portal and integrating it into their business processes. They take primary responsibility for setting up and implementing technical systems and applications, leveraging configuration tools, programming knowledge, and project management expertise.
