Operations Program Manager

We are seeking a highly technical Operations Program Manager to lead build readiness & internal ramp execution for hardware manufacturing. This role requires strong hands-on manufacturing engineering instincts, the ability to dive into process capability and equipment readiness, and real experience improving throughput, yield, and reliability at production facilities. You will manage builds from prototypes to mass production, working with cross-functional teams to ensure processes are capable and stable at scale.

Responsibilities will include:

• Drive cross-functional execution from NPI through mass production, aligning Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and external stakeholders to meet build and ramp targets
• Define ramp success criteria, build plans, and phase-gate reviews to enable smooth transition from proto → pilot → MP → scale
• Manage program schedules, risks, and dependencies; maintain clear dashboards and communication, escalating critical issues with data-driven options for resolution
• Own factory and supplier readiness for PCBA & box builds: lead technical reviews, capacity & CapEx planning, process qualification, line bring-up, and on-site build support
• Drive yield improvement and issue closure by partnering with internal teams and manufacturing sites to validate process, test coverage, and quality systems
• Lead root cause, containment, corrective action, and long-term process improvements
• Establish run-at-rate requirements and validate capacity at suppliers and internal sites
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for cycle-time reduction, debottlenecking, and throughput increase
• Serve as the primary interface between internal product teams and external manufacturing partners to ensure aligned execution and accountability
• Support go-to-market operational readiness, ensuring supply availability, logistics, and sustaining plans are in place for launch and scale

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years in program management, CM operations, manufacturing & process engineering, supplier industrialization, or technical operations in high-volume hardware
• Demonstrated success improving yield, throughput, cycle time, and OEE in production
• Hands-on experience with PPAP/APQP, DOE, SPC, PFMEA, GR&R, control plans
• Strong data analysis skills: Excel/Sheets; SQL, JMP, Minitab or Python beneficial
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
• Experience in automotive or power electronics manufacturing
• Experience scaling hardware production from lab/pilot → volume manufacturing

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Be an integral partner to Anduril’s Product and Program Teams by:
• Defining the configuration management plans for key programs.
• Ensuring that all engineering change requests are appropriately documented, reviewed, approved, and communicated in a timely manner.
• Generating, populating, and submitting change requests including manage compilation and synthesis of impact analyses.

We are seeking a Senior Mission Data Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate the foundational data infrastructure that empowers our analytics and engineering teams. Stand up offline evals (nDCG, MRR, Recall@K, Precision@K), LLM-as-judge harnesses, human-in-the-loop labeling, and online experimentation. Extend evaluation beyond ranking metrics to measure subagent decision quality — did it ask the right follow-up?, did it correctly recognize when retrieval failed?, did it ground its answer in the right evidence?. Quality you can't measure is quality you can't ship.
• Set technical direction and grow the team. Set the multi-year roadmap, mentor senior engineers, partner with Research, Product, and Platform leaders, and raise the technical bar across the org.

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time spent building production retrieval, search, or RAG systems at scale.

The Role 

We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and operate the data pipelines and aggregates that power Zeta’s AdTech platform. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on high-scale batch + streaming data processing, reliable data products, and analytics-ready datasets that enable prediction, agentic workflows, BI reporting, and measurement. The Planning team is responsible for planning material and builds to support rapidly iterating and building of cutting-edge defense hardware, including static equipment, mobile ground equipment, and flight vehicles. The Manager of Demand & Supply Planning will manage a team of Demand & Supply Planners in executing S&OP and providing in-depth analysis for our business partners. They will ultimately be responsible for sending the correct signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what and when to buy or build for each of the supported product lines. The addition of this role is pivotal in transforming our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, empowering our operations to not only meet but exceed our financial objectives. ABOUT THE JOB

The Senior Supply Chain Program Manager is a strategic driver of change within the Supply Chain Programs team, responsible for the end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional projects. The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:
Growth Data Science is a global team of data scientists who work with internal and external stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of Moloco Ads and help advertisers achieve their business goals. As a Senior Data Scientist you will act as a leader within the team, working across a portfolio of top strategic advertisers and taking ownership of high impact product initiatives. • Advertiser engagement; engaging with advertisers to understand their business objectives, measurement strategies and identifying opportunities for Moloco to drive business value

The impact you'll be contributing to Moloco:
Product Analytics Data Science (PDS) is the data science team that works closely with the R&D team on our core Ads product. As a Data Scientist II, you will drive performance improvement in our product through a deep understanding of the ads ecosystem (supply, demand, bidding, ML) and customer needs, and provide the data driven insight and scientific solutions.

Our team is responsible for:

• Conducting deep-dive analysis to influence R&D decisions and strategies: analyzing large datasets with queries and scripts, extracting valuable signals out of noise, and producing actionable insights into how we could improve Moloco’s complex ML and bidding system to drive outcomes for customers. 
• Building the right metrics to measure campaign health: improving campaign performance monitoring by establishing the right metric framework, and understanding cause-and-effect relationships across drivers

Role Overview

ID.me is seeking a Staff Data Engineer (SDE-V) to lead the design, build, and operation of the core data infrastructure that underpins our identity platform. This engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of the systems that move, process, and store data across the company.

In this role, you’ll own and operate key data infrastructure components — including event streaming platforms, relational databases, and batch processing systems — while driving automation and engineering best practices that improve data platform reliability and developer efficiency. You’ll partner closely with Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure ID.me’s data ecosystem meets demanding operational, security, and regulatory requirements.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for a data infrastructure engineer who thrives at the intersection of distributed systems, platform engineering, and data operations.

This role is based out of our Mountain View, CA or McLean, VA offices and requires full-time in-office attendance.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate core data infrastructure, including event streaming, relational database, and batch processing platforms.
• Design and implement highly reliable, observable, and scalable data systems that enable real-time and batch data processing.
• Develop automation and guardrails for data governance, retention, and compliance, ensuring auditability and consistency across services.
