The Role

Huge is looking for a Senior QA who is a specialist in mobile app ecosystems. In this role, you aren’t just a tester; you are a quality strategist. You will be responsible for defining the testing architecture for complex React Native applications and integrated web services. Unlike a generalist, you understand that a simulator is no substitute for the real world—extensive experience testing on physical iOS and Android devices is strictly required. You will partner closely with engineering and product teams to mitigate risk and ensure that our "BFF" and API service layers are robust enough to handle global-scale commerce.

What You’ll Be Doing

Quality Strategy

• Hardware-First QA: Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle with a focus on physical device validation, ensuring app performance, battery consumption, and haptics meet world-class standards across various OS versions and hardware specs.
• Automation Architecture: Design and implement scalable automated testing frameworks (using tools like Appium) that work across physical device clouds and local hardware.
• Service Layer Validation: Rigorously test BFF and API service layers with Postman or similar tools, ensuring data integrity and performance between the mobile front-end and the commerce backend.
• Risk Mitigation: Quickly identify hardware-specific "blind spots" (e.g., camera integration, biometrics, or connectivity drops) and communicate them to the team with actionable solutions.

Leadership & Process Excellence

• Standards & Governance: Establish quality standards that prioritize physical device benchmarks over simulator results.
• Collaborative Quality: Work hand-in-hand with Product and Engineering to translate complex business requirements into test plans that cover real-world edge cases.
• Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior QA team members, providing expert guidance and elevating the team’s technical capabilities in mobile performance profiling.

What we’d like to see

• 6+ years of QA engineering experience: Specifically focused on high-traffic digital products and mobile React Native applications
• Physical Device Testing Expertise: You must have a proven track record of testing on physical iOS and Android hardware. You understand the nuances that simulators miss, from gesture response times to real-world push notification delivery.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and the ability to debug React code to write more effective tests.
• API & Integration Mastery: Deep understanding of BFF architectures and API testing; experience validating complex commerce and payment integrations is a major plus.
• Automation Tooling: Expert-level experience with mobile test automation frameworks (Playwright + Appium or similar) and CI/CD integration.

Role Summary and Impact

With the growth of our Android app, being the most used text-to-speech app in the Play Store, we find the need for a Senior Android Engineer to help us support the new user base as well as work on new and exciting projects to push us forward.

What You’ll Do

• Owning major features and working closely with our design team - take ownership of features inside the app and become responsible of delivering high quality features
• Shape the future of our Android team
• Own, maintain and improve reliability metrics for key features
• Participate in discussions across different teams - Product, Design, Engineering
• Review pull requests, and support other teammates
• Handle critical issues or cope with unexpected challenges 
• Take ownership of feature releases and provide nightly builds for the QA team

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Familiarity with Android components
• Experience building or contributing to at least one Android app

Job description.

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic Director of Media to join the Marketing Services team. In this role, you will architect and oversee sophisticated, multi-channel media ecosystems that drive measurable impact for our clients. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategic vision and granular execution, leveraging a deep expertise of the digital and traditional landscape—from programmatic and paid social to OOH and content syndication. 

As a "player-coach," you will be responsible for navigating complex tech stacks like DV360 and Meta Ads Manager while providing the steady leadership necessary to guide high-performing teams through fast-paced environments. Whether you are identifying market whitespace using Nielsen data or negotiating high-stakes IOs, you bring a blend of analytical rigor and professional intuition. 

What you’ll be doing.

• In this role, you will serve as a strategic media lead for key clients, overseeing media strategy from planning through execution.
• You will partner closely with internal media teams to deliver campaigns, building strong relationships with discipline leads and managers to ensure alignment and performance.
• As the primary day-to-day media contact for clients, you will provide strategic guidance and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
• You will collaborate with client services to support business development and drive growth across the client portfolio, while helping shape the direction of marketing services.
• You will work cross-functionally to ensure the right resources are in place and identify new opportunities within client engagements.
• Design and execute integrated media plans that align with long-term client KPIs and whitespace opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign operations, including vendor negotiations, contract development, and rigorous budget oversight.
• Build and mentor a collaborative media team, fostering a culture of professional growth and executional excellence.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear, data-backed recommendations and performance results with executive presence.

What we’d like to see.

• 8+ years leading or supporting media strategy development and activation, including creating and delivering strategic media presentations
• You have at least 5+ years’ experience managing digital marketing or media delivery teams across all performance digital media channels (in-platform experience preferred).
• A strong command of the media and digital ecosystem with the ability to identify and create thought leadership POVs and assets.
• A proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale marketing strategies across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Adept at thinking and strategizing in real time with clients and internal team members
• Hands-on proficiency with DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta Ads Manager, and enterprise-grade DSPs.
• Expert use of Nielsen, MediaRadar, and analytics platforms to uncover trends and competitive whitespace.
• Deep knowledge across digital (social, programmatic, content syndication) and traditional (TV, Radio, OOH) channels.
• A strong background in B2B or Financial Services/Banking is highly preferred to navigate complex regulatory and lead-gen landscapes.
• The ability to pivot from high-level vision to the technical nuances of IO development, contract review, and vendor management without missing a beat.
• Strong appreciation for design and user experience.
