• Develop culturally informed tools, playbooks, and facilitation guides that help managers apply our existing frameworks in the ways that fully resonate there -- including how H-shaped development shows up in feedback and growth conversations
• Build an evergreen program architecture that reinforces feedback and coaching behaviors over time
• Ensure all programming connects clearly to Huge's global performance and talent strategy
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate program development, iterate on learning assets, and bring evidence-based insights to the work faster (while keeping the human judgment and cultural sensitivity that no AI tool replaces)

Training & Capability Building

• Design and deliver workshops, cohort experiences, and embedded learning moments focused on feedback, coaching, and performance conversations
• Work in Spanish where it makes the difference and to help ideas land

Talent Analytics & Insights

What You Bring

• Experience extending or localizing existing talent frameworks. You know how to take a strong model and make it work in a new context without breaking what makes it good (and also know how to make it better)
• You're H-shaped yourself: you bring genuine depth in at least one OD&E discipline (L&D, coaching, org effectiveness) alongside real capability in an adjacent space (talent analytics, I/O research, or people strategy), and you can see where the field is heading
• Deep familiarity with how Colombian workplace culture shapes feedback, hierarchical relationships, and manager-employee dynamics 
• Native or near-native Spanish fluency
• Background in I/O psychology or equivalent applied experience in talent analytics, organizational research, or evidence-based program design

• Orquestación de Equipos: Gestionar directamente los equipos funcionales de PP para asegurar la remediación del código personalizado y la estabilidad de las interfaces (al menos 20-40 desarrolladores).
• Gestión de Stakeholders: Manejar las demandas de una empresa global, comunicándose eficazmente con ejecutivos del nivel C y líderes de sitios locales.
• Complejidad del Paisaje: Gestionar paisajes de múltiples niveles, asegurando la sincronización entre plantillas globales y requerimientos locales.

Requisitos:

• Inglés Intermedio
• Título universitario en gestión de TI o campo relacionado
• Experiencia de 10+ años en el ecosistema SAP PP.  
• Al menos 2 migraciones S/4HANA de ciclo completo grandes/globales (Brownfield, Greenfield o Transición de Datos Selectiva).
• Experiencia profunda en Manufactura, específicamente en los sectores de Materiales de Construcción o Minería (es fundamental comprender la cadena de suministro).
• Sólida experiencia en la gestión de ciclos PP e integraciones de sistemas complejos (BTP).
• Comprensión de finanzas generales y presupuestación, incluyendo gestión de pérdidas y ganancias, balance y flujo de caja.
  
• Demostrar experiencia utilizando SAP Activate y metodologías ágiles, SAP Solution Manager / SAP Readiness Check 2.0 y el Catálogo de Ítems de Simplificación.
• SAP Cloud ALM para la gobernanza de procesos, pruebas y gestión de versiones.

• Paradigma de Desarrollo Moderno de S/4HANA
  • El responsable de Planificación de Producción debe impulsar la transición de los procesos de fabricación basados en ECC a las mejores prácticas de SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, promoviendo la estandarización, simplificación y procesamiento de producción en tiempo real habilitado por la nueva funcionalidad de S/4HANA Manufacturing (como MRP Live, PPDS, IBP, Fabricación Digital).
  • Fuerte comprensión de las Vistas CDS y de S/4HANA Embedded Analytics desde una perspectiva de Manufactura, lo que permite al responsable definir los requisitos funcionales para la elaboración de informes de fabricación en tiempo real, guiar el uso de contenido analítico estándar (cantidad de producción, consumos, desperdicio, planificación de capacidad) y minimizar la necesidad de informes personalizados.
  • Capacidad para diseñar procesos de Manufactura y modelos de informes que aprovechen las capacidades de HANA en memoria, reduciendo la duplicación de datos, los esfuerzos de conciliación y el procesamiento por lotes, garantizando al mismo tiempo un manejo eficiente de transacciones de fabricación de alto volumen.
  • Capacidad para guiar la adopción de aplicaciones SAP Fiori para Manufactura, incluyendo planificación de producción, ejecución de producción, datos maestros, control de producción y costes, gestión de capacidad, integración de calidad, análisis e indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs), planificación y programación avanzada, asegurando una experiencia de usuario intuitiva alineada con el acceso basado en roles, segregación de funciones y principios estándar de UX de SAP.
• Estrategia de Migración y Corrección
  • Dado que se requiere experiencia en al menos dos migraciones, el líder debe ser un experto en las herramientas que cierran la brecha entre los sistemas antiguos y los nuevos.
  • Competencia en la definición de la estrategia de prueba de PP (SIT, UAT, Regresión, Integración).
  • Data Migration Cockpit (SMC): Conocimiento técnico del LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit) y tablas de staging para la ingestión de datos a gran escala.
  • Base de Datos de Simplificación: Conocimiento profundo de la Lista de Simplificación de S/4HANA para predecir cómo los cambios de procesos estándar (como la conversión de Business Partner) afectan al código personalizado.
• Integración y Extensibilidad (El "Núcleo Limpio")
  
  • Responsabilidad de la integración y extensibilidad de PP bajo los principios del Núcleo Limpio de SAP S/4HANA, asegurando un diseño de procesos basado en estándares y minimizando personalizaciones. Gobernanza de las integraciones entre PP y FI, SD, MM, QM y sistemas externos utilizando APIs estándar, IDocs e integración basada en eventos. Definición y control de la estrategia de extensibilidad (dentro de la aplicación y paralela en SAP BTP), asegurando soluciones seguras para actualizaciones, mantenibilidad a largo plazo y alineación con los estándares de arquitectura empresarial en los entornos globales de S/4HANA.
  • SAP BTP (Plataforma de Tecnología Empresarial): Conocimiento de la Extensibilidad Paralela para construir aplicaciones personalizadas fuera del ERP central.
  • Suite de Integración / CPI: Gestionar el equipo de integración requiere comprender iFlows, Gestión de API y Event Mesh para el intercambio de datos en tiempo real con los sistemas de planta (MES) o sensores IoT en minería.
  • Protocolos Legados: Dominio continuado de ALE/IDoc, RFC y BAPIs, ya que a menudo siguen siendo críticos para la integración con equipos de fabricación antiguos y aplicaciones de manufactura externas.
• Panorama y Gobernanza
  
  • gCTS (CTS habilitado para Git): Modernización del proceso de transporte utilizando Git para el control de versiones dentro del panorama SAP.
  • Optimización del Rendimiento: En la industria pesada, un informe mal redactado puede bloquear una tabla de producción.
  • El líder debe ser experto en ST05 (Rastreo SQL) y SAT (Análisis de Tiempo de Ejecución) para asegurar la estabilidad del sistema.
