Twilio is looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager who is going to be the designated technical support engineering contact for our strategic customers. As a designated TAM you will be supporting customers during Central hours (9am to 6pm CT) and working on the cases created by customers and resolving complex technical problems with potentially very costly and far-reaching consequences. You should have an interest in digging deep as well as be able to zoom out and look at the larger picture. The TAM delivers proactive guidance to the customer to provide added value through the use of Twilio technologies and deliver recommendations to make the customer’s environment less susceptible to business impacting downtime. You are able to remain calm and effective at higher workloads as well as excelling at prioritization and evaluation of situational urgency. There will also be the potential need to volunteer for holiday coverage on a stipend basis.

As a Senior Account Director, you’ll be responsible for working with clients in the Healthcare division. You will have a broad and varied background with hands-on experience across many digital marketing channels and tools. This role will work to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned and earned channels. We’ve got an amazing opportunity for one super talented Digital Designer to become part of the Brandtech+ global family and network. Our only ask of you would be to develop and create leading visual concepts that communicates inspiring digital ideas that are informative as they are captivating.
Drive best-in-class design practices and roll out your design thinking and execution across 360-degree campaigns. Your design experience should be broad, your portfolio should feature design projects previously executed on past or present client that includes BTL print elements, digital, visual merchandising, and in-store signage, although you’re not limited to these. You will be working within brand guidelines, producing design and artwork to the client’s brief and exacting standards. They will proactively manage projects within agreed timescales considering quality, accuracy, and consistency. The expectation is to maintain a fast paced and responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands within our organisation whilst learning from others and developing your craft along the way.

About the role:
The Project Manager is responsible for running creative and production processes and working alongside our existing talented Project Management team to drive a project from brief to delivery. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects within the North America market. Working with your clients to initiate and scope new briefs, managing pipeline of work, preparing production-ready briefs for creatives, allocating required resources, designing project plans for delivery and ensuring the accurate interpretation of WIP feedback during the creative process. You will ensure project plans are communicated internally and externally for stakeholder alignment, whilst identifying and mitigating against project risks at all times.

Treasury Manager LATAM
Location: LATAM
Position Summary
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, global business and play a critical role in building, stabilizing, and leading the treasury function across LATAM.
As Head of Treasury, you will partner closely with the LATAM Head of Finance and global finance teams, with direct exposure to senior leadership, ensuring full visibility, control, and execution of cash across multiple entities and currencies in the region.
You will own the LATAM treasury infrastructure, including banking, liquidity management, cash flow planning, and payment execution, while establishing scalable processes to support both organic growth and M&A integration.
This role operates in a complex, multi-entity and cross-border environment, requiring strong coordination across Accounting, AP, AR, FP&A, and Operations to ensure disciplined cash management, efficient funding, and controlled execution of payments across the region.
This role offers the opportunity to build and shape the treasury function from the ground up, implement structure and controls, and support the continued expansion of LATAM operations.
