You will partner closely with functional leaders across Operations, Technology, and G&A to drive financial discipline, improve forecasting accuracy, and deliver actionable insights. This role will also support board and investor reporting in a private equity-backed environment.
Salary Range: $100,000- $120,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential
Location - Greenwood Village, CO. 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
- Own and manage OPEX forecasting and budgeting across multiple functional areas, including direct partnership with business leaders
- Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Lead monthly variance analysis and provide clear, actionable insights to senior leadership
- Support development of annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts
- Build and enhance financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing, and investment decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and G&A leaders to improve financial visibility and accountability
- Support board and investor reporting, including preparation of materials and narrative insights
- Contribute to private equity value creation initiatives, including cost optimization and operational efficiency efforts
- Drive process improvements across FP&A, including reporting automation and forecasting methodologies
- Perform ad hoc analyses and strategic projects as needed

- Contribute meaningfully to value creation initiatives in a PE-backed environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or related roles
- Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or technology-enabled business preferred
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with PowerPoint, NetSuite, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for a strategic and analytical GTM Finance Manager (individual contributor), with a focus on supporting our Marketing organization and Product Led Growth (PLG) revenue segment. This role will play a critical part in driving financial insight, strategic planning and investment optimization, directly impacting an integral function of the GTM business. You’ll partner closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), as well as the head of PLG, to provide end-to-end financial support—ranging from revenue forecasting, to strategic pipeline analysis and ROI measurement of marketing programs, to headcount and capacity planning for the Business Development org. Your work will directly influence how we allocate resources, measure performance and scale our customer acquisition and growth strategies.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and can bridge the gap between data, strategy and execution. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, bringing a deep understanding of GTM dynamics, financial modeling and business storytelling.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Denver, CO office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do

Partner with the head of PLG to support revenue forecasting, target tracking, investment modeling and strategic planning for product-led initiatives.

Work closely with the CMO to analyze marketing funnel performance, optimize program spend and evaluate ROI across channels and campaigns.

Drive strategic headcount and capacity planning for our business development function, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.

Build and maintain financial models that help quantify tradeoffs and guide decision-making across GTM investments.

Develop clear and concise insights and recommendations for senior leadership, including inputs for quarterly business reviews and board meetings.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales, and Product to align financial plans with business priorities.
Skills We’re Looking For

6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or investment banking, supporting GTM or marketing teams.

Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, marketing funnels, and PLG dynamics.

Familiarity with tools like Looker, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other marketing automation/CRM platforms

Prior exposure to marketing mix modeling, attribution analysis, or campaign-level ROI frameworks

Proven ability to partner with senior executives and drive data-informed decisions.

Strong financial modeling, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex topics into actionable insights.

Comfortable working independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills

Comfort working with large datasets using SQL, Snowflake, or similar tools for ad-hoc deep dives.

Background in consulting or investment banking with a strong foundation in executive storytelling.

As a Senior Analyst on the GTM Finance team, you’ll support the systems and analysis that drive revenue forecasting, topline reporting, and performance tracking. This role supports the Sr. Manager of GTM Finance and partners closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure clean, timely reporting and high-quality decision support. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to build deep SaaS finance expertise and grow into a strategic finance leader over time.

What You’ll Do
- Revenue Forecasting: Maintain and evolve forecast models, support scenario planning, and assist with executive forecast reviews
- Month/Quarter Close: Prepare forecast-to-actuals packages, flash reporting, and topline performance narratives
- Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key revenue and customer KPIs, including NRR, churn, and pipeline conversion
- Cross-Functional Partnering: Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Data teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting and metrics
Strategic Analysis: Execute ad hoc analyses on pricing, channel efficiency, and new business opportunities - Infrastructure Support: Help build and improve forecasting tools, dashboards, and reporting processes at scale
Skills We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or business analytics (ideally at a SaaS company)
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills, with a sharp attention to data hygiene and modeling logic
- Comfort navigating financial statements and revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, etc.)
- Exposure to planning systems (Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive), Salesforce, and Looker a plus
- Collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
