We are seeking a Product Marketing Associate to own a portfolio of products and drive their success across the full product marketing lifecycle — from discovery through launch, optimization, and iteration. About the Role:
We are seeking a technically strong, hands-on Senior Database Reliability Engineer to help design, build, and scale the database platform used across Sezzle’s applications.
This is not a traditional DBA role. This role is for an engineer who can combine deep database knowledge with software engineering, infrastructure engineering, and platform thinking. You will help build the systems, libraries, automation, standards, and guardrails that make database usage across Sezzle reliable, secure, scalable, and easy for developers to adopt correctly.
As a Senior Database Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for improving how Sezzle applications connect to, migrate, operate, observe, and scale their databases. You will work across application teams, infrastructure, security, and engineering leadership to define patterns that improve database reliability by design — not just by operational response.
You should be comfortable owning problems end-to-end: understanding application behavior, reading code, reviewing database access patterns, building shared tooling, improving connection management, designing migration safety checks, analyzing production performance, and helping developers use databases in safer and more scalable ways.
You should consider yourself a DOer to be a good fit for this role. We are looking for someone who can ship production-quality engineering work, not just advise from the sidelines. With AI tooling and automation, you should be a force multiplier for database reliability, developer productivity, and operational excellence across Sezzle.
Compensation:

The Role:
The Contract Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator is responsible for owning aspects of our SFDC instance related to our end-to-end sales, customer success and customer support journey. You will be responsible for optimizing our sales motions and internal customer experience by enhancing our tools, processes and data. You’ll design, configure, and deploy innovative solutions in our SFDC instance and other tools in our Sales tech stack to deliver a best-in-class sales and customer success experience for our teams. What You'll Do:
CRM Campaign Execution & Analysis
Build, launch, and iterate on campaigns and canvases in Braze across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
Audit existing consumer journeys to identify engagement gaps, drop-off points, and missed messaging opportunities.
Develop segmentation strategies and personalized comms that improve activation, engagement, and retention.
Support A/B test design, execution, and readout — translating results into clear, actionable recommendations.

We are hiring a seasoned sales leader to grow business in the Southern LATAM region, with emphasis in Chile, Peru, and Argentina. In this role, you will prospect and engage with senior decision makers in Information Security & Risk teams within large enterprise organizations. As a Regional Account Director "Major Account Director" you will call on accounts at senior levels, have excellent personal relationships in Security & Risk functions, and engage collaboratively with our prospects and customers to present the value of the SecurityScorecard solution. You will report to our VP, Sales, LATAM.
The position involves both phone/web and frequent face to face value selling, and is approximately 30-40% travel oriented. When not onsite at a customer, you will be based locally within your assigned region.
