Nexamp is looking to hire a Lead Commissioning Engineering to join it's Clean Energy Deployment team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Nexamp projects are safely and reliably energized on schedule, moving through project milestones, including, Mechanical Completion (MC), Permission to Operate (PTO) and Substantial Completion (SC). You will leverage deep SCADA and data acquisition expertise across utility-scale and distributed generation projects to validate that assets perform as modeled and as represented to financing partners, banks, and utilities, and to close gaps in our growing SCADA pipeline. By owning the technical review and implementation of SCADA and related controls, you will help turn projects on, maintain critical deadlines, and confirm that operational performance aligns with contractual, market, and internal performance requirements.

Compensation
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $140,000 - $155,000. New Leaf Energy seeks a Civil Project Engineer I. We are currently only considering internal applicants. In this role, you will work with a team of engineers, project developers, and engineering consultants to review, design, and permit prospective solar PV, wind, and energy storage projects. Our successful candidate will be relied on to balance due diligence efforts with project risks for the continued development of projects for New Leaf Energy.
This position may be filled out of our Boston, MA, Lowell, MA, Chicago, IL, and Troy, NY, or Oakland, CA offices. We value in-person collaboration and offer a hybrid work environment. Hybrid employees work in the office at least two out of every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and are free to work from the office or home on other days. Compensation
New Leaf Energy compensates all employees in three ways: market-competitive base salary, plus above-market variable compensation, plus an equity-like program such that all employees experience the benefits of ownership. We use a data-driven and transparent methodology to calibrate compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable, guided by the New Leaf Energy compensation manual, which is available to all employees.
Under our compensation framework, the likely base salary range for this position is $113,980 - 129,660. The on-target annual cash bonus associated with this position is an additional 10% percent of base salary. Your actual salary may be above, in, or below this range, depending on your location and experience. Our office locations in Lowell, Boston, Oakland, and Chicago all carry geography-based upward adjustments to the base pay range.

Position Summary / Objective
The Director, eCommerce & Omnichannel is the enterprise leader responsible for defining and scaling Riverside’s digital commerce strategy, with a primary focus on accelerating profitable growth for the MadeGood brand across Amazon, omnichannel retailers, and emerging on-demand platforms.
This role is accountable for the performance of the global eCommerce business, including strategy, customer development, channel profitability, and successful channel activation. As eCommerce becomes an increasingly critical driver of household penetration and brand discovery, this leader will shape how Riverside acquires, converts, and retains consumers in digital environments while ensuring strong alignment with total US commercial strategy.
The Director will operate at both a strategic and system-building level, establishing the long-term roadmap for digital commerce, building scalable capabilities, and ensuring disciplined investment across platforms. This individual will lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Insights to deliver best-in-class digital execution and sustainable, profitable growth.
